We had a very stubborn baby, would not show the face. Had to get up and jump around, not just once but twice. And chug an orange juice and still would not show the face. I had a wonderful 3d ultrasound experience at UC BABY Surrey! The technician took the time to get us some great photos even though my stubborn little boy kept hiding his face with his hands. I also got to live stream the experience to my mother and mother-in-law so they could experience it as well. Wonderful experience at UC BABY. They were so friendly, and made me comfortable all the time. First time i went, we couldn’t get a good picture, because my baby was hiding all the time. I had such a terrible experience at my first ultrasound at the hospital. I wasn't told much information, my boyfriend wasn't allowed to see the baby and I did not get a picture. We had a chance to see our very first baby in 3D and it was an experience we will cherish forever! At 25 weeks we were able to see him move around, yawn, eat his feet and kick his mama! The video broadcast was so COOL and my family enjoyed watching and listening to the whole appointment from home. I am blown away by the service provided by UC Baby Toronto. Our ultrasound technician was kind, patient and super encouraging even when our baby was not cooperating to let himself be seen. Had an absolutely amazing experience. The day I had my second trimester ultrasound at Kingston hospital, they were unable to determine the gender of my baby. I cried, as I was looking forward to knowing and being able to prepare. My mother surprised me with a visit to UC BABY Ottawa. I would recommend this to anybody! The people there were extremely friendly, and helpful. We got some great shots of our baby girl! And they told us the gender without doubt. We bought the Bronze Package, which doesn't include a copy of the video or photos from the session. You can however, purchase them for around $40. This is the first time I went to UC BABY in Ottawa. They were super amazing. I am a surrogate mom and they were so accommodating. We had a 3D ultrasound at 28 weeks and it allowed my partner and I to feel more connected with our little boy. As a mother carrying our son for 9 months, I felt connected right from the start but the ultrasound gave my partner something to feel connected too. It was an amazing experience. All the staff at UC BABY were so accommodating and they did everything to ensure we got the best photos of our Twins. We came back 3 times but at no extra cost, as on one scan one baby was asleep and then it was the other way round the next time. Love the service they gave us, first time i go and the baby was facing my back so couldnt see her face little disapointed but wasnt their fault!! I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC BABY Whitby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. The UC Baby staff was great, she was kind and we were able to get cute photos of our son. This was the first ultrasound for the father. So magical for him to be a part of it. We were also able to share this moment with grandparents via live broadcasting. all of them said it was a special moment and super easy to access. Worth every penny. The sonographer was so sweet and kind during each scan. She took time to ensure we got the best pics of the babies, even though our baby was not cooperative at times. She was flexible with the time of appointments and gave us the best deal with the packages they had. This would be the best gift to any pregnant mama out there, and if you are pregnant, it would be the precious gift you could gift yourself— peace of mind, time with your partner while savouring the time seeing your babe and the best pic you could ever get of your baby while in your womb. -- December 2023 | Google Review

Such an amazing experience being a client for our 30-week 3D ultrasound at UC Baby. The lady was so thorough with the appointment and wanted to provide us everything that we paid for. Trying to get the baby to move to see her face better, spending a bit of extra time on the details, and explaining everything was so helpful as well. I liked UC Baby because I got to finally see my baby brother/sister in 3D and 4D. My Mom showed us the black and white picture from her doctor, but it didn't even compare to the amazing pictures from UC Baby. My favorite part of the appointment was getting the Heartbeat Bear with my brother's or sister?s heartbeat inside it. I sleep with it every night, and it makes me feel that much closer to them. Thank you so much.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. We were able to watch our son smile, blink, stretch, kick, We saw him stick his tounge out and grab his own feet. He likes to touch his face. Truly amazing. Brings tears to my eyes. We are 30 and a half weeks pregnant and seeing him the way we did makes his pending arrival even that more special. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We purchased the Silver Package which allowed us to receive pictures and video and allowed us to share the experience live with family and friends who live all the way on the east coast. They are so incredibly kind here. Had a 16-week Gender Reveal, and they took their time to look at everything and allowed my husband and daughter in the room. It was the first time they ever went to an appointment with me, and it was such a special moment. Kind, informative and caring staff. I loved my experience!!! The tech was fantastic. She described everything we saw and took wonderful pictures. The receptionist was patient when choosing which pictures to print out and allowed my daughter to choose which bear she wanted to put the heartbeat in. Fantastic experience! Ultrasound tech advised us she would be late due to a personal emergency. She communicated well with us and provided a few options. We decided to just stay in touch and go with the flow. The appointment ended up being on time anyways, and she was fabulous, friendly, and upbeat! 10 out of 10, I would recommend!
