Visited UC BABY twice this pregnancy because of not only the amazing service but to be able share this unique positive experience with our families! Going to UC BABY made it so easy to convince my husband to go again because we were both so blown away with our first visit. Our first visit was at 30 weeks and our second visit was at 32 weeks. Both times we were fortunately greeted by the amazing staff. On our first visit, we were running late due to traffic yet we were still greeted with exceptional service. Not only that- we were also upgraded to an even better deal than we expected before coming in! During each session, the manager explained the packages and pricing to us prior to going in the room. She even provided some needed sugar to make sure baby will cooperate. They were so awesome that they provided an extra photo for both sides of the family to keep at the end of our second session. How thoughtful is that? Our technician addressed our questions in such a professional and respectful manner. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. My first experience was 10/10. I did a Gender Reveal, and I was thrilled with the whole experience from start to finish. My second visit was for the 3D ultrasound. I chose the Bronze package, and in hindsight, I wish I selected the Silver or Gold. Either way, this experience was even better! I brought my partner and younger child. It's such a comfortable setting for us all. There is great seating for the guests and a huge monitor for us all to view this exciting event. My little one wasn't cooperating, but that didn't stop the ultrasound tech. Just had our 3/4D ultrasound yesterday....what an amazing experience! We made a last minute appointment and were accommodated without hesitation from the staff. My fiance and I have gone to this location twice now to see our first child. The ultrasound tech has been absolutely phenomenal! She has been able to give us so much information I didn't even know you could get from an ultrasound. As a first time mom this is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with the mandatory ultrasounds I’ve had previously and those technicians always made me feel like it was my fault they couldn’t get results. Here at UC Baby, they make you feel incredibly wonderful and celebrate the new baby you’re growing! The technician here was outstanding! She’s super sweet, patient and is super kind. We’ve been yanked around the past few weeks trying to find out the sex of the baby and our sonographer at UC Baby took a mere matter of 30 seconds to find out! The atmosphere here is absolutely calming. It feels almost like a spa retreat! There is a huge TV where you can see the action happening. We were able to see so much of our baby and our amazing technician explained every little bit to us. She also let us ask any questions we had which was a bonus too! Honestly, I’d recommend this to any parent(s) who are going to have a baby. My husband and I had the best time here and if we get pregnant in the future we’re definitely coming back! Due to Covid 19, my husband hasn't been able to accompany me to any prenatal appointments. I am SO glad we booked this ultrasound with UC Baby. This was his first experience seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat, and he was very excited to come! I am blown away by the service provided by UC Baby Toronto. Our ultrasound technician was kind, patient and super encouraging even when our baby was not cooperating to let himself be seen. She tried SOOO hard to get a good picture for us. The office is modern and comfortable. Got an ultrasound here at UC BABY and had a great experience. The girl who runs it is extremely sweet and knowledgable. What I like most about UC Baby is their customer service and high standards. No matter which location you visit (I have been to 3 and will visit my 4th in just a few weeks), they are always helpful and kind. They do their best to get you the pictures and video you dream of. I believe I was one of your first clients here in Winnipeg. The first time I went was to find out the gender of our baby - so excited when we heard it was a girl, and your tech was excited with us. We went again for our next pregnancy at 10 weeks, just for peace of mind as I was an "older" mommy and feeling very apprehensive. I will be honest: I was skeptical about spending the money; I went with the cheapest option (Gender Reveal), as my husband wouldn’t be here for the anatomy scan. I can say with confidence that it was completely worth it. The atmosphere and experience alone are things you don’t get at the hospital. The sonographer was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we spent 20 minutes there and were unable to tell the gender, as the baby was down too low. I was advised to drink more water and come back the same day, and we were instantly able to determine the gender. Best place! It was so much fun to see our little ones. Photos came out clear you really get a good idea of what they are going to look like. The first time we went, the arms were hiding and they managed to get a ok photo. We waited 30 minutes, drank a smoothie and tried again but he was still hiding. They gave us an appointment the following week after for a rescan free of charge. We went in and he was hiding again but they wouldn’t quit till they got a good one. Went back in 20 minutes later and he finally moved and showed his face. It was so much fun. It’s a great gift for someone as well super happy with the great service. They even send you a text to confirm your appointment and we got the live stream package so friends and family can watch clearly what was going on. Wow! What an amazing experience! I went for a gender determination ultrasound at 19.5 weeks. Unfortunately, our little 'man' was not very co-operative during the ultrasound. They were able to give us the gender, but they had hoped to give us a nice photo of his face...Our little one wanted nothing to do with that, but not from lack of trying on the ultrasonographers part. She was amazing! She tried so hard to get us the best images possible. Even though he buried his face in my placenta the entire time, we still have some wonderful pictures. What I most enjoyed was the fact they actually care about you, you?re not just a paying customer to them. When I went in for my 3D ultrasound, my baby was hiding its face so they let me go and come back later on and we got a perfect picture. I was so overjoyed and grateful. Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. I brought the whole family and we enjoyed watching our little guy move around and soothe himself to sleep by sucking his thumb. Definitely a great experience. I also seen they had a contest for a free package or a Heartbeat Bear so I entered every day and to my surprise won a bear. I found out about UC Baby when during the Covid situation my husband was not allowed in hospital for ultrasounds. I found it on Facebook and then booked it right away. The experience was really awesome. The staff was really polite and tried their best to get the best photos and we were really happy with the results. I went to UC Baby because I wanted to know the sex of my baby, I am at 18 weeks and 3 days and I was getting impatient waiting for my ultrasound for 16-23 weeks. So this was the best thing I could have done. They are so patient and very detailed on the Gender Reveal session. Best experience I ever had. This is my 4th baby. Such a great experience today. First, I was called to make sure I had the correct address, and then told to drive safely. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. The sonographer was wonderful with us, too, but especially with our 5 year old, who was very shy at the start, but felt such comfort with her after a few minutes. She got some great shots of our little guy, who is 31.5 weeks today. We were/ are so pleased with the outcome. The setting is calm and comforting, and the bathroom is super clean (I look at those details ?). We've already framed one of the pictures and put it in our 5 year old's room, as per his request. After 30 minutes of trying to get a clear photo of the my child's face it was unsuccessful because the face of the baby was on the other side. So i was given another appointment to come in and get a free ultrasound which was later successful. So thanks to her for showing genuine concern for what i wanted. I came in a little while ago to get the chance to see my munchkins features and to see how beautiful he is. Also got a gender confirmation . I was so amazed and happy with this experience. i would highly recommend UC BABY to anyone. I went here three times with my three kids! The best part is even if family is on the other side of the world or just in other provinces they email you a link to your email where you then send to your family and friends and they get to access the session online or on an iphone from where ever they are. My husband would have missed all three ultrasound experiences if it wasn't for their FREE live broadcasting services. They made it possible for all my family from east to north of Canada to be involved and it made the experience great. Awesome staff...Same lady sonographer for all three of my kids. As early as 16 weeks they can find out gender and they give you time to view your baby's movements and personality and how they are doing inside your tummy (its such a connecting time). They also give you a DVD and a few printed pictures. Another option that was available was for myself or the other siblings they could get a Heartbeat Bear in blue or pink with a recording of my baby's heart beat in it (soooo sweet and important to build attachment for siblings and family and myself). Hearing the heart beat is awesome and to be able to hear it anytime after your session is an amazing experience. If you are a person that just can't wait to find out the gender, or if you don't want to know ...or you only want certain people to know, they are very sensitive and understanding of what you want and they make it happen. The technology was outstanding and we couldn't believe how clear and detailed the videos and images were! We had a chance to see our very first baby in 3D and it was an experience we will cherish forever! At 25 weeks we were able to see him move around, yawn, eat his feet and kick his mama! The video broadcast was so COOL and my family enjoyed watching and listening to the whole appointment from home. The tech was AMAZING and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable-I haven't been able to stop smiling since. I left with a DVD of the whole scan, 70 + digital images of baby and three printed out photos.
