I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. The staff who answers the phone and schedules all the appointments is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest, warmest human being I’ve ever met. She was absolutely meant for a career working with expectant moms. Her softness and kindness enhance the entire experience. She helps put all your nerves to rest. The sonographer points out all the baby's organs and body parts, shows you everything and explains what you’re looking at. She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to show you all that she can. The pictures and heartbeat audio are just the most reassuring thing. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have any nervousness from past losses or fertility difficulties. While my appointment isn't until next week, I can say that what I like most about UC Baby is the excellent quality of service that I have thus far received. The owner of the UC Baby Ottawa was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing me with lots of information to help me decide if a 3D/4D ultrasound was right for me, and which package would best suit my needs. I can't wait until my appointment, where I will get a chance to see my baby in 3D! Oh, and of course, I really like UC Baby's promotions. I've already recommended UC Baby to all of my pregnant friends.

This is the first time I went to UC BABY in Ottawa. They were super amazing. I am a surrogate mom and they were so accommodating. Not only did I have my sister and mom with me but my little nephew who decided to play in the cupboards ....lol...they also let us Skype with the parents of the baby. And the technician took her time to explain every part of their baby to them. It was such an amazing experience. I did the Gender Reveal at 17 weeks and had an amazing experience at the UC Baby. The staff was very friendly and gave an outstanding service. Being first-time parents, it has been very hard going to the ultrasounds and appointments alone because of covid. Fortunately, with UC Baby they allowed my boyfriend to join the appointment with me. This meant everything to both of us. He wants to be there to experience it all with me. Today, my husband and I got a sneak peek at our baby girl! We had a great experience right from the beginning. This was our second session of a two-part deal (first was gender scan, second 3D ultrasound) and although the baby wanted to hide her face with hands and toes, the tech knew some tricks to get her to cooperate! Yes, I did jumping jacks and laid on my side, but in the end.... TA DA! We got a great picture of our little bean! We had such a great experience with the entire staff who made our session unforgettable. For a small extra fee, we purchased the USB with the entire recording! Amazing experience & great staff. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They take the time to make you feel comfortable. Huge tv screens to really see your baby in depth.
