I did the Gender Reveal at 17 weeks and had an amazing experience at the UC Baby. The staff was very friendly and gave an outstanding service. Being first-time parents, it has been very hard going to the ultrasounds and appointments alone because of covid. Fortunately, with UC Baby they allowed my boyfriend to join the appointment with me. This meant everything to both of us. He wants to be there to experience it all with me. After a miscommunication with booking, a non existent appointment and an extremely upset hormonal pregnant lady, UC BABY exceeded expectations with a prompt, generous solution and we had the most amazing ultrasound. My whole family and I are extremely pleased with how the situation was handled and the outcome of our visit. Amazing staff. This is my second visit. We came first at 16 weeks for gender reveal and then came back at 26 weeks for 3D fun. Great experience, accommodating staff and very friendly. We will come back again at 30 weeks for another 3D experience. 5 stars! - (Google Review | 30 August 2017)
