My husband and I had our first appointment today at 23 weeks. We both found the staff extremely kind and helpful. We are so excited to come back and have our second scan in one month. Great experience today for our gender determination appointment. The ladies were very friendly and the ultrasound technician checked the gender at least 5 times for us so we could be completely confident. The office was serene and calming. The receptionist dee was kind and talked to us making us feel very welcome. They took us early cause we showed up early and they could tell even at 16 weeks I was having a boy. Love the service they gave us, first time i go and the baby was facing my back so couldnt see her face little disapointed but wasnt their fault!! Had to reschedule, then on the second appointment she still didnt show her face til the end, the staff was great and patient, and offered me a sucker and cold water to help !! 😛 Very happy with the video and pictures we have! I did the Gender Reveal at 17 weeks and had an amazing experience at the UC Baby. The staff was very friendly and gave an outstanding service. Being first-time parents, it has been very hard going to the ultrasounds and appointments alone because of covid. Fortunately, with UC Baby they allowed my boyfriend to join the appointment with me. This meant everything to both of us. He wants to be there to experience it all with me. We were in Ontario visiting the in-laws (from Nova Scotia) & we had a great time seeing our 2nd little guy, the family loved it! We got the Silver Package & planned on getting the Heartbeat Bear just like we did with our 1st little guy. We couldn't get any good face views so they gave us the Heartbeat Bear for free! We have been to UC Baby twice now, once for a 3D ultrasound of our son in 2021 and last week for an early gender screen. We have had an excellent experience both times, The receptionist is super lovely, very personable and makes you feel at ease. The ultrasound tech was fantastic; she thoroughly explained everything she saw and really made sure she had the correct gender prior to telling us. I had such an amazing appointment yesterday. The lady at the desk was very welcoming started a great conversation, very nice. The technician was super nice, took her time showing us the baby. I love my printed pictures that she was able to get. We found out the gender and also got to hear the baby's heart beat. The ladies were wonderful!! My mother and grandmother never had ultrasounds when they were pregnant. They were very excited to see the first picture of my baby on the screen. It was very emotional for both of them.
