We had our first visit today at 25 weeks. The entire experience was incredible. It was so amazing seeing our little guy up close and personal. Had an absolutely amazing experience. The day I had my second trimester ultrasound at Kingston hospital, they were unable to determine the gender of my baby. I cried, as I was looking forward to knowing and being able to prepare. My mother surprised me with a visit to UC BABY Ottawa. I would recommend this to anybody! The people there were extremely friendly, and helpful. We got some great shots of our baby girl! And they told us the gender without doubt. We bought the Bronze Package, which doesn't include a copy of the video or photos from the session. You can however, purchase them for around $40. What an amazing experience! We figured since this was our last baby and our last chance at a 3D/4D ultrasound we would splurge and try it. It was worth every penny! Instructions and directions were texted to us which made preparing very easy. The tip about bringing a chocolate bar to get baby moving if we had to ended up being just the trick we need to get baby to move her hands and feet away from her face so we could see her. The technician was so patient and knowledgeable; she really made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and pointed out lots of neat stuff along the way like the umbilical cord and the fact that she has nice strong bones. I went in for a gender determination at 17 weeks. The staff here were so kind and even allowed for the gender to be placed in a sealed envelope so that my husband and I can find out together with family. The tech was so patient with my very uncooperative little one. Despite sugar and caffeine before the appt, baby just didn't want to move! I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! It wasn't our first time to visit UC Baby Mississauga. We first came here when I was pregnant with our first-born son in 2011 and our experience of seeing all the details of our baby boy in my womb and listening to his heartbeat was amazing! As first time parents, both my husband and I got really emotional seeing our baby in my womb -- it did bring tears to our eyes. We visited UC Baby in Barrie Ontario today. We just wanted to let anyone here looking for a 3D ultrasound clinic that UC Baby is the place to go. The tech is beyond fantastic! She takes her time, and ensures that you're comfortable and you understand everything that's going on. She ensures that you go home with the best pictures possible and that the Heartbeat Bears are loud and clearly recorded. The receptionist is friendly and easy going and gets to know everyone who walks in the door. Whether it is your first, or third visit they are more than accommodating! I can't explain to anyone here how welcoming they are in there and how comforting they are during your session. Both times I was only suppose to be receiving 30 minutes + some. I received almost 2 hours to ensure that everything was done well & to standard. I can't recommend them enough!

I will be honest: I was skeptical about spending the money; I went with the cheapest option (Gender Reveal), as my husband wouldn’t be here for the anatomy scan. I can say with confidence that it was completely worth it. The atmosphere and experience alone are things you don’t get at the hospital. The sonographer was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we spent 20 minutes there and were unable to tell the gender, as the baby was down too low. I was advised to drink more water and come back the same day, and we were instantly able to determine the gender. We went to UC Baby Edmonton when I was pregnant with my first daughter 4 years ago. My husband and I were a little nervous and excited since this was our first pregnancy and we were unsure of what to expect. But the atmosphere was phenomenal and the staff was so friendly and inviting. The ultrasound technician was so knowledgable and understanding that being pregnant (I was 28 weeks) could be uncomfortable for mom-to-be. She was also very patient in showing us our new bundle. She even counted her 10 fingers and toes. She gave us amazing pictures (not blurry ones like you get from the 2D ultrasounds) on a great keepsake CD. We even bought the Heartbeat Bear, without any pressure from the staff. This experience was by far the best, apart from the day I delivered her, in my entire pregnancy! We came here after a bad 1st experience at an ultrasound place in Vancouver and we stumbled upon UC BABY 3D ultrasound online. As soon as I called to make the appointment, the manager/owner answered the phone and she was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended UC BABY to any parents-to-be. We were so impressed we ended up going twice! The images we got are so clear along with a recording of our babys heartbeat and printed photos. We also have everything saved in an online account that we can access at anytime. It was particularly special as we could send a link to our family who live so far from us in Nova Scotia and Australia so they could watch along with us live. She put classical music on and there were 3 screens to see the baby. She was able to tell us the gender and we got to see my child smile. I visited this location for a 3D ultrasound and selected the Bronze Package. Our baby did not cooperate with feet and hands, both hiding the face. The ultrasound tech was so kind she offered us to come back and try again free of cost. The overall experience was lovely. Today was the 2nd time I used UC BABY for my 3D ultrasounds. The first time was in 2014, and it was great. My daughter was hiding her face and we were allowed to come back a 2nd time for free, and she went over the allotted time to try and help us get the best pictures possible. Today when I went, we got amazing photos the first time. The technician was so kind (same lady as the first time) and atmosphere was great. All the staff at UC BABY were so accommodating and they did everything to ensure we got the best photos of our Twins. We came back 3 times but at no extra cost, as on one scan one baby was asleep and then it was the other way round the next time. The technician explained where babies were throughout the scan and anything we didn't understand she explained. She also confirmed the sex of the babies. Best place! It was so much fun to see our little ones. Photos came out clear you really get a good idea of what they are going to look like. The first time we went, the arms were hiding and they managed to get a ok photo. We waited 30 minutes, drank a smoothie and tried again but he was still hiding. They gave us an appointment the following week after for a rescan free of charge. We went in and he was hiding again but they wouldn’t quit till they got a good one. Went back in 20 minutes later and he finally moved and showed his face. It was so much fun. It’s a great gift for someone as well super happy with the great service. They even send you a text to confirm your appointment and we got the live stream package so friends and family can watch clearly what was going on. The experience was amazing!! We went today for the appointment and my baby wasn't cooperating but the technician was extremely patient and she did what was necessary to get good pictures. We wanted to learn the gender and be 100% sure but since the baby was covering the private parts with his/her foot, we couldn't get an accurate reveal so we are going back next week to see if we can get a better view. Amazing service. My partner and I wanted an ultrasound to check in on the baby in between our diagnostic ultrasounds as it had been almost 8 weeks and I was feeling anxious. They went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. The tech was friendly and informative, and the room was warm and comfortable with extra seating and a couple of TVs so there was always a good view of what was going on. We left with a picture and some videos of our little one. It was such a relief to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. The service was also very reasonably priced.
