Highly recommended UC BABY to any parents-to-be. We were so impressed we ended up going twice! The images we got are so clear along with a recording of our babys heartbeat and printed photos. What a wonderful experience at the UC BABY Brampton. So happy i got to share it with my husband and my son. Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. We won the Bronze Package draw and went in to get scanned. Our baby was not cooperative so we couldn’t get nice pictures but our tech was super sweet and allowed us to come back for a re-scan. We went back today but once again, my little stubborn baby didn’t want to show her face. The technician was very patient and nice about the whole thing. She knew different tricks to get the baby to move so that we could get nice pictures. She is very sweet and professional and we would recommend this service to anyone who is expecting. As a first time mom this is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with the mandatory ultrasounds I’ve had previously and those technicians always made me feel like it was my fault they couldn’t get results. Here at UC Baby, they make you feel incredibly wonderful and celebrate the new baby you’re growing! The technician here was outstanding! She’s super sweet, patient and is super kind. We’ve been yanked around the past few weeks trying to find out the sex of the baby and our sonographer at UC Baby took a mere matter of 30 seconds to find out! The atmosphere here is absolutely calming. It feels almost like a spa retreat! There is a huge TV where you can see the action happening. We were able to see so much of our baby and our amazing technician explained every little bit to us. She also let us ask any questions we had which was a bonus too! I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. The atmosphere where I went was very professional and inviting, the staff were very warm and friendly.

What an amazing experience! We figured since this was our last baby and our last chance at a 3D/4D ultrasound we would splurge and try it. It was worth every penny! Instructions and directions were texted to us which made preparing very easy. The tip about bringing a chocolate bar to get baby moving if we had to ended up being just the trick we need to get baby to move her hands and feet away from her face so we could see her. The technician was so patient and knowledgeable; she really made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and pointed out lots of neat stuff along the way like the umbilical cord and the fact that she has nice strong bones. Best place! It was so much fun to see our little ones. Photos came out clear you really get a good idea of what they are going to look like. The first time we went, the arms were hiding and they managed to get a ok photo. We waited 30 minutes, drank a smoothie and tried again but he was still hiding. They gave us an appointment the following week after for a rescan free of charge. We went in and he was hiding again but they wouldn’t quit till they got a good one. Went back in 20 minutes later and he finally moved and showed his face. It was so much fun. It’s a great gift for someone as well super happy with the great service. We had our appointment for a 3D/4D ultrasound at UC BABY Mississauga last Saturday, and everything was well worth it. We were really excited to finally see our baby move, and we got a little extra with seeing her yawn and stick out her tongue. We were also thrilled when the technician told us that it's a girl. We just had our 3D/4D ultrasound session at UC BABY this past weekend and it was well worth it!!! The ability to see our little one yawn, stretch and smile with such clarity was the most beautiful and heartwarming experience ever! My husband works out of town and for him to have the ability to share in this experience with me thru the free live broadcasting service was the most amazing thing ever! With our session, we also took the Heartbeat Bear and the USB with the photos and video session. I am almost embarrassed about it, but not enough to hide it...I have been cuddling with this ADORABLE bear almost every night since I brought it home and often listen to our daughter's heartbeat before going to sleep. The staff and atmosphere of this centre was so warm, welcoming and accommodating and I appreciated their patience and attentiveness with me. We had a 3D ultrasound at 28 weeks and it allowed my partner and I to feel more connected with our little boy. As a mother carrying our son for 9 months, I felt connected right from the start but the ultrasound gave my partner something to feel connected too. It was an amazing experience. We appreciated how quickly we were able to get an appointment (only 2 days after calling). Our technician, Salima was very friendly and welcoming. We weren't able to get any clear photos of his face, so we were welcomed back a few days later to try again, where we had better success. I loved that I was able to 'see' my baby before I could hold them. There is so much that happens in pregnancy that only I (the woman) could experience. This is one way for my husband to share in that experience. The Live Broadcast made it possible for our family to celebrate this with us. We got a copy in DVD so our kids would be able to watch this when they're older.

My son had his head down each time we went in but my tech didn't give up. She continued to try having me come back. The care she provided was amazing and I thank her so much for trying to get me the picture I wanted. It's my first time to use 3d ultrasound and it was really great. My husband and my daughter really enjoyed watching our baby boy in a big screen. Even if it took us time to see the baby clear because he keeps on moving and hiding his face. The lady was very patient. She even gave me the time to go downstairs to eat without rush even if they're busy because there's already few patients by that time. They're very welcoming. The guy at the reception even chat with me while i was waiting for my turn again. They're very friendly and nice. The price that I paid for is so worth it. I had my 3D Ultrasound today at the UC BABY Surrey location. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was so great, she took her time to try to get a good picture of our little man. He was being shy and facing my back. We tried a few positions and even got up to move around a bit giving him a chance to face us. He moved around tons and it took quite a while to get his heartbeat recorded and good pictures but we left with everything we came for thanks to your tech. Thank you UC BABY. Yesterday my boyfriend, my mom and I got to go to UC Baby and watched our little peanut on the screen. It was a very important and special day for my boyfriend as he has not been allowed to any ultrasounds yet due to COVID. I have never seen him so overjoyed about something. After having a very disappointing gender determination on Thursday at another ultrasound location, UC BABY far exceeded my expectations! Not only did they squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, but they quite literally saved the day! I had pre-arranged a gender reveal party for today and they were able to find out the sex of my baby just in time! I can't thank you ladies enough! I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us! I had my 3D Ultrasound/ HD Ultrasound at UC Baby Burnaby, and it was such a fantastic experience. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and they were super accommodating. On the day of the scan, my sonographer was extremely thorough and made an effort to get such amazing pictures for us! I bought a gift certificate for my friend's first baby from the UC BABY Mississauga location. The process was extremely easy, and the 3D ultrasound experience very gratifying. The baby was camera-shy when my friend first went and baby wouldn't take a decent picture. The friendly staff were very accommodating and booked a second appointment free of charge.
