Love the staff here. They are so nice and they makes you feel relaxed, and the picturs and videos are amazing. And when you go into the room it's way nicer then an actual ultrasound room. I had the wonderful opportunity of seeing my baby in 3D twice. And he actually looked a lot like his ultrasound! I had two ultrasound technicians and both were fantastic and the girl on the front desk was so sweet and very very helpful. I love UC Baby because it clearly shows your baby's interactions and growth development, giving not only the mother a sense of what is happening, but giving the opportunity to extended family to experience it as well. The 3D and 4D views made this new life more visibly clear, compared to the standard black and white ultrasound which can be hard to make out. I had an amazing experience! The UC Baby staff are amazing people. My baby was not very cooperative during the first visit. Our tech was extremely patient and nice, doing everything to help my baby move around a bit to be able to get at least some decent pictures, which they did. They gave me a second appointment to try to get a better view of the baby. For the second appointment, my baby still didn't want to show anything. Again, the sonographer was patient and did everything needed to get clear pictures of my baby's face. And showed me all the other body parts. I went in for a gender determination at 17 weeks. The staff here were so kind and even allowed for the gender to be placed in a sealed envelope so that my husband and I can find out together with family. The tech was so patient with my very uncooperative little one. Despite sugar and caffeine before the appt, baby just didn't want to move! She kindly asked me to drink some more water, do some jumping jacks and we got the shot. Can't wait to see in a couple weeks what that shot actually was of. My 5-10 minute appointment ended up being 45 minutes to an hour because we have one stubborn baby who refused to show us the gender. The ultrasound tech was so persistent and tried different ways to get the baby to work with us. I expected that the tech would only focus on the lower half of the baby because we only purchased the gender ultrasound and not one of the packages - however she showed us everything multiple times trying to get the best shot of the babies face as she could. I hope to come back for another ultrasound near the end of my pregnancy to get some amazing pictures! Thank you!!

I have nothing bad to say about UC BABY or the people running the business. Our baby girl was very stubborn and after over 40mins of trying their best to get good pictures of her, she wouldn't let us and blocked us with every limb she had. We had to give up and got to come back a week later to try again, yet again our baby was stubborn and wouldn't let us get a good glimpse of her face but they tried everything and did get a few good enough shots for us. The Heartbeat Bear was great and our other children loved that it was their baby sister's heartbeat inside and that they could pick which bear to put it in. Everyone who came to the scan was made to feel very welcome and involved in the ultrasound and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us there. All the staff at UC BABY were so accommodating and they did everything to ensure we got the best photos of our Twins. We came back 3 times but at no extra cost, as on one scan one baby was asleep and then it was the other way round the next time. We did a 5D ultrasound at UC Baby. The experience from booking until the end of the appointment was amazing! The receptionist was very patient, explained all the packages to me and helped me pick the most suitable option. We were able to get an appointment within just 2 days! When me and my partner arrived the day of, we were greeted enthusiastically, and there was no wait time for our appointment. The sonographer was really empathetic and was happy to answer all our questions. The session with her was very comfortable, fun and relaxing. She took as many photos as she could during a mere 15-minute session . We got lots of cute pictures, and we were not pushed into any “up-selling”, it was chill and laid back. I just got back from my session at UC Baby Toronto. The staff and tech were amazing! I went with my mom and 7-year old and they made every minute special for my whole family. This is definitely something I would recommend to every pregnant woman to experience. I will be purchasing this for many of my friends and family as baby gifts. This is such a priceless gift to any family who are expecting. My daughter also took home the Heartbear Bear with her little brother's heartbeat. We are just so thrilled to be able to keep this for years to come! Overall, this is the best thing I have experienced. Thanks to the staff at UC Baby Toronto clinic. I can't wait to send my friends and family for this experience.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at UC BABY in Saskatoon. The two ladies were so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We had a bad experience at our 20 week ultrasound and so we decided to book to find out the gender. They were so professional and found our baby's gender in a matter of minutes. Such a great experience today. First, I was called to make sure I had the correct address, and then told to drive safely. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. The sonographer was wonderful with us, too, but especially with our 5 year old, who was very shy at the start, but felt such comfort with her after a few minutes. She got some great shots of our little guy, who is 31.5 weeks today. We were/ are so pleased with the outcome. The setting is calm and comforting, and the bathroom is super clean (I look at those details ?). We've already framed one of the pictures and put it in our 5 year old's room, as per his request. Today was a great expierence for me and my family, we had lots of laughs. The room is beautifully set up, and I feel that our 3d ultrasound technician really knows her stuff. She put classical music on and there were 3 screens to see the baby. She was able to tell us the gender and we got to see my child smile. Love the service they gave us, first time i go and the baby was facing my back so couldnt see her face little disapointed but wasnt their fault!! Such an incredible experience! Came here before three years ago with our first baby and just had to come back again for our second baby. I went to UC Baby Ultrasound for my Gender Reveal scan. The technician was very interactive throughout the session and showed us some amazing shots of the baby (baby sucking fingers and much more), which is now memorable to us. Just wanted to update and let everyone know I had another great experience today. The tech was wonderful! She was a sweet, gentle lady who did everything she could to make today great.
