I am so thankful I decided to use UC Baby! I initially went to UC baby at 19 weeks and the ultrasound tech immediately showed me on the screen that it was a boy. We had a video, pictures and were able to hear the heartbeat. It was an incredible feeling. I was even MORE thankful because at 22 weeks I went for an ultrasound ordered by my OB at a medical imaging centre (not UC baby), and the ultrasound tech said "100% a girl". She was rude and mean and spent very little time going over the ultrasound with my partner and I and left us very confused. A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. I so loved my ultrasound at UC BABY. I'm going to have to dig it out again, but it was remarkable just how accurate it was when he was born as to the picture from our ultrasound. Just as cool, to me, he has this habit of holding his hands over his ears if he's feeling emotional and we noticed he did that a lot in the ultrasound. Some behaviours are just ingrained, I think.

I was the winner of the Bronze Package and went for my ultrasound at 26 weeks. I had a great experience at UC BABY! I walked in and was greeted right away and congratulated on being the contest winner. The room accommodated more people than I brought which I thought was very nice. The ultrasound tech was super friendly and showed us everything on the big screen. When the baby didnt feel like cooperating, she did everything in her power to get the baby to turn so we could get the perfect picture. I didn't feel rushed and was so happy to see our little girl! I had my 3D ultrasound done at this location at 25 weeks. I must say this was an amazing experience! The technician explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I were lucky enough to win a free Silver Package 3D scan from UC Baby. We were absolutely thrilled to experience this wonderful technology. We appreciated how quickly we were able to get an appointment (only 2 days after calling). Our technician, Salima was very friendly and welcoming. She took her time and was patient with our ultrasound, as our baby was being a bit camera shy. We weren't able to get any clear photos of his face, so we were welcomed back a few days later to try again, where we had better success. We've already told all of our pregnant friends about out awesome experience and plan to go back for our second child.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! Our sonographer was friendly, and got some great shots of our little one. I was so happy to hear that the staff were able to accommodate our request of not revealing our baby's gender. I appreciated that we were offered a second viewing because my little guy hid from us on the first try. What's amazing was we were able to have both sets of grandparents see/hear the whole session. We were in Calgary, while they were in Saint John, NB and Minnesota! What an amazing experience we had yesterday seeing our sweet baby boy on the big screen and the prints we received were absolutely beautiful! Our baby didn't want to cooperate to see his whole face for the first while but the technician was so wonderful and did everything she could to get us some great shots and get the baby moving! I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. The atmosphere where I went was very professional and inviting, the staff were very warm and friendly.

My husband and I have just been to UC BABY Abbotsford location today. We had a amazing life-like pictures of my unborn baby girl. Technician showed 3D Ultrasound with incredible details and clarity.She also allowed us quite time to absorb what we were seeing. We also got 4D Ultrasound and recorded on the usb memory stick. It allows me to view my baby's movements inside my womb.This was unforgettable experience for my family.I will highly recommend this place to my friend and family members. My experience at UC Baby was incredible. Being able to see my baby’s movements and even hear the heartbeat was so magical. I also loved that you can purchase a teddy bear with baby’s heartbeat and also get the gender poppers as well. The girl was so sweet and so helpful. They also allow you to take home one printed photo size 4x6 depending on what package you decide to go with. First baby and first 3D ultrasound. We had difficulty with live broadcast and the tech who did our ultrasound took the situation in hand and everything to work on wheels! She even left some comments on the screen so viewers can understand what baby does! The Images Are very clear and beautiful. The staff was amazing and worked to help me get exactly what I wanted. They were very patient, accommodating and super friendly. What an amazing experience! We figured since this was our last baby and our last chance at a 3D/4D ultrasound we would splurge and try it. It was worth every penny! Instructions and directions were texted to us which made preparing very easy. The tip about bringing a chocolate bar to get baby moving if we had to ended up being just the trick we need to get baby to move her hands and feet away from her face so we could see her. The technician was so patient and knowledgeable; she really made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and pointed out lots of neat stuff along the way like the umbilical cord and the fact that she has nice strong bones.
