I hade one done in 2015 for my son it was the best experience ever. i went twice to see the diff betwen 18 week and 24 week it was amazing. I got Heartbeat Bear, 2 dvd, 2 cd (1 of each session) and im glad I went. Despite the baby not co-operating, using my placenta as a pillow and facing downwards, I didn't get any pics. However the staff were very nice & accommodating and booked me in for a free session! Our visit yesterday was fantastic! We were able to see baby move a lot more and what is even more special is that my grandmother, who is palliative in a hospital in Saskatoon was able to watch and hear with my family there. I didn't think that using the live broadcast would be such a special opportunity to bring her closer to us and baby, so thank you for offering it. It really is comforting that although she will be gone before our son arrives, that she still got to 'meet' him. I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. Loved this amazing experience as a first-time momma. I never thought I'd get the chance to do a 3D ultrasound, the atmosphere was warming and I loved how comfortable it was. 100% would go back and do another ultrasound if I was expecting another in the future. It's my first time to use 3d ultrasound and it was really great. My husband and my daughter really enjoyed watching our baby boy in a big screen. Even if it took us time to see the baby clear because he keeps on moving and hiding his face. The lady was very patient. We just had our 3D/4D session at UC Baby this past weekend and it was well worth it!!! The ability to see our little one yawn, stretch and smile with such clarity was the most beautiful and heartwarming experience ever! My husband works out of town and for him to have the ability to share in this experience with me thru the FREE Live Broadcasting service was the most amazing thing ever! With our session, we also took the Heartbeat Bear and the USB with the photos and video session. I am almost embarrassed about it, but not enough to hide it...I have been cuddling with this ADORABLE Heartbeat Bear almost every night since I brought it home and often listen to our daughter's heartbeat before going to sleep. The staff and atmosphere of this centre was so warm, welcoming and accommodating and I appreciated their patience and attentiveness with me. Best place! It was so much fun to see our little ones. Photos came out clear you really get a good idea of what they are going to look like. The first time we went, the arms were hiding and they managed to get a ok photo. We waited 30 minutes, drank a smoothie and tried again but he was still hiding. They gave us an appointment the following week after for a rescan free of charge. We went in and he was hiding again but they wouldn’t quit till they got a good one. Went back in 20 minutes later and he finally moved and showed his face. It was so much fun. It’s a great gift for someone as well super happy with the great service. They even send you a text to confirm your appointment and we got the live stream package so friends and family can watch clearly what was going on. I had the wonderful opportunity of seeing my baby in 3D twice. And he actually looked a lot like his ultrasound! I had two ultrasound technicians and both were fantastic and the girl on the front desk was so sweet and very very helpful. Wow! What an amazing experience! I went for a gender determination ultrasound at 19.5 weeks. Unfortunately, our little 'man' was not very co-operative during the ultrasound. They were able to give us the gender, but they had hoped to give us a nice photo of his face...Our little one wanted nothing to do with that, but not from lack of trying on the ultrasonographers part. She was amazing! She tried so hard to get us the best images possible. Even though he buried his face in my placenta the entire time, we still have some wonderful pictures. We will definitely be going back around 30 weeks and try again for a face picture. I want to thank the staff at UC BABY for being so amazing and taking their time with me. They knew that our little miracle is just that, a miracle, and they made me feel wonderful! I was 21 weeks when we visited for a gender determination appointment and they were able to tell us we were having a girl - which the EFW people were not able to. The appointment was on time and quick, and It was awesome to see baby in 3D and receive a couple pictures of baby to take home with us. We did a 5D ultrasound at UC Baby. The experience from booking until the end of the appointment was amazing! The receptionist was very patient, explained all the packages to me and helped me pick the most suitable option. We were able to get an appointment within just 2 days! When me and my partner arrived the day of, we were greeted enthusiastically, and there was no wait time for our appointment. The sonographer was really empathetic and was happy to answer all our questions. The session with her was very comfortable, fun and relaxing. She took as many photos as she could during a mere 15-minute session . We got lots of cute pictures, and we were not pushed into any “up-selling”, it was chill and laid back. Before we left, we were given a nice goodie bag of practical baby stuff. Dee and Dr Maha also shared some insights and made us feel at ease since this is our first baby. Visited UC BABY twice this pregnancy because of not only the amazing service but to be able share this unique positive experience with our families! Going to UC BABY made it so easy to convince my husband to go again because we were both so blown away with our first visit. Our first visit was at 30 weeks and our second visit was at 32 weeks. Both times we were fortunately greeted by the amazing staff. On our first visit, we were running late due to traffic yet we were still greeted with exceptional service. Not only that- we were also upgraded to an even better deal than we expected before coming in! During each session, the manager explained the packages and pricing to us prior to going in the room. She even provided some needed sugar to make sure baby will cooperate. They were so awesome that they provided an extra photo for both sides of the family to keep at the end of our second session. How thoughtful is that? Our technician addressed our questions in such a professional and respectful manner. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I really loved how she acknowledged our family members and made sure their questions and concerns were also addressed. This wonderful duo honestly blew us away with their amazing customer service and we cannot thank you enough for our memorable experience. i would highly recommend UC BABY to anyone. I went here three times with my three kids! The best part is even if family is on the other side of the world or just in other provinces they email you a link to your email where you then send to your family and friends and they get to access the session online or on an iphone from where ever they are. My husband would have missed all three ultrasound experiences if it wasn't for their FREE live broadcasting services. They made it possible for all my family from east to north of Canada to be involved and it made the experience great. Awesome staff...Same lady sonographer for all three of my kids. As early as 16 weeks they can find out gender and they give you time to view your baby's movements and personality and how they are doing inside your tummy (its such a connecting time). They also give you a DVD and a few printed pictures. Another option that was available was for myself or the other siblings they could get a Heartbeat Bear in blue or pink with a recording of my baby's heart beat in it (soooo sweet and important to build attachment for siblings and family and myself). Hearing the heart beat is awesome and to be able to hear it anytime after your session is an amazing experience. If you are a person that just can't wait to find out the gender, or if you don't want to know ...or you only want certain people to know, they are very sensitive and understanding of what you want and they make it happen. I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. The atmosphere where I went was very professional and inviting, the staff were very warm and friendly.

I was here at UC BABY Whitby clinic today to meet my little prince :-) We were late about 15min to our session and worried if we would have time to have our whole session or be rushed into it. Even though it was our mistake that we arrived late, the staff were so kind and understanding and were able to complete our whole session. Our experience was great, staff was so nice and helpful. We paid just over $300 for 2 sessions.. Comes with DVD's of each session and photos and 2 Heartbeat Bears (Twins) with a recording of each babies heartbeats :). It was an amazing experience. But when you are watching 2 hyper babies moving, it's harder to find them and zoom in for good clear shots... The technician and ladies at the front desk were very sweet... The room was very spacious and it was a great experience overall.

Third ultrasound with UC Baby Montreal and we LOVED it as always. This time we got the Golden Package so we can come back AGAIN! We can't wait. Love how they take their time to get the best pics even with a very shy baby. Thanks so much for the experience and confirming our baby's gender. We are over the moon. See you again soon.

My wife and I were here yesterday morning and had a pleasant experience. Booking the appointment over the phone was easy, and they were flexible with appointment times. Staff was super friendly and the technician did a great job. We opted for the silver package. They threw in a few extra freebies (baby supplies), which are always great to help you figure out what you need (especially since it's our first). My wife was provided with paper towels to wipe the gel off once finished. The technician captured 74 images. As long as I get several good ones out of all those, I'm happy. Wonderful! My wife and I were blown away by the level of hospitality, consideration and genuine care we were shown during our visit today.
