Wow, what a wonderful experience! Our sonographer was friendly, and got some great shots of our little one. I was so happy to hear that the staff were able to accommodate our request of not revealing our baby's gender. The sonographer made sure to tell us to "look away" when necessary and provided us with our baby's gender in an envelope upon departure, so we could find out with friends and family! I may have to come back when I am further along in my pregnancy...so much fun!

The staff were amazing and very accommodating! I've never been interested in the 3D ultrasound, didn't see the point... so my initial reason for going was to find out the gender because I couldn't wait. However after experiencing the whole thing I'm in awe of what they do. My baby was shy and still too small that the sonographer couldn't give us a very good look at our baby's face, but that didn't stop her from trying and she did a good job with what she had to work with! The Heartbeat Bear and the USB is also a nice touch ! It's how we told our first born that he was having a baby brother. (Not that he really understands at 2 :p but makes a good photo memory). A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. We went for a 3D ultrasound on my 27 weeks. The sonographer was super nice from the moment we stepped in. She explained everything and tried all in her hand to obtain our baby face image, but she wasn't cooperating. She booked us for a repeated session on my 30th week and gave me some advice to help the baby be in a better position. This time, we were able to see her face and get some pictures. Again, the baby wasn't that cooperative, but our tech did everything she could for us to have a nice video and picture of our little one. Today, my husband and I got a sneak peek at our baby girl! We had a great experience right from the beginning. This was our second session of a two-part deal (first was gender scan, second 3D ultrasound) and although the baby wanted to hide her face with hands and toes, the tech knew some tricks to get her to cooperate! I had an amazing experience! The UC Baby staff are amazing people. My baby was not very cooperative during the first visit. Our tech was extremely patient and nice, doing everything to help my baby move around a bit to be able to get at least some decent pictures, which they did. They gave me a second appointment to try to get a better view of the baby. For the second appointment, my baby still didn't want to show anything. Again, the sonographer was patient and did everything needed to get clear pictures of my baby's face. And showed me all the other body parts. Fantastic experience! Ultrasound tech advised us she would be late due to a personal emergency. She communicated well with us and provided a few options. I loved that I was able to 'see' my baby before I could hold them. There is so much that happens in pregnancy that only I (the woman) could experience. This is one way for my husband to share in that experience. The Live Broadcast made it possible for our family to celebrate this with us. We got a copy in DVD so our kids would be able to watch this when they're older.

It was a very emotional and satisfying experience. I would like to thank UC Baby for providing such a good service. I loved my technician. She was very professional and very friendly. We have been to UC Baby twice now, once for a 3D ultrasound of our son in 2021 and last week for an early gender screen. I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. I didn't get the opportunity to go to UC Baby with this pregnancy, and I hate to say it, but the same bond just isn't there. I really don't like not knowing what I'm having....But I guess I will find out in less than 6 weeks. The atmosphere where I went was very professional and inviting, the staff were very warm and friendly.

Worth every penny. The sonographer was so sweet and kind during each scan. She took time to ensure we got the best pics of the babies, even though our baby was not cooperative at times. Had an absolutely amazing experience. The day I had my second trimester ultrasound at Kingston hospital, they were unable to determine the gender of my baby. I cried, as I was looking forward to knowing and being able to prepare. My mother surprised me with a visit to UC BABY Ottawa. I would recommend this to anybody! The people there were extremely friendly, and helpful. We got some great shots of our baby girl! And they told us the gender without doubt. We bought the Bronze Package, which doesn't include a copy of the video or photos from the session. You can however, purchase them for around $40. Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. I walked in and was greeted right away and congratulated on being the contest winner. The room accommodated more people than I brought which I thought was very nice. We had the most AMAZING experience!! ❤️ Don’t walk, RUN to UC Baby to have their 3D ultrasound! We had the most incredible experience with our ultrasound technician today. She went above and beyond to capture images of our stubborn little baby, who kept putting his hands and feet in front of his face. She managed to capture some amazing images of him and his side profile and 3/4 of his face! She positioned me perfectly to ensure we could get good quality images and even knew exactly how to get him to stretch and move amniotic fluid around so he could move into better positions. We were so excited that she worked so hard to give the perfect images of our little guy. Wonderful experience at UC BABY. They were so friendly, and made me comfortable all the time. First time i went, we couldn’t get a good picture, because my baby was hiding all the time. I so loved my ultrasound at UC BABY. I'm going to have to dig it out again, but it was remarkable just how accurate it was when he was born as to the picture from our ultrasound. Just as cool, to me, he has this habit of holding his hands over his ears if he's feeling emotional and we noticed he did that a lot in the ultrasound. Some behaviours are just ingrained, I think.

Excellent experience! Detailed instructions sent right to your phone, as well as directions to the office. Thorough exam with a fantastic technician who took the time to explain and show us the features of our baby. She genuinely seemed excited with us and even when baby would turn away and not cooperate, she was super patient and didn't rush us out. I would highly recommend UC BABY for gender reveal or even just to see baby's activities between booked medical ultrasounds. Thank you so much!!! I have always wanted to get a 3D ultrasound done. I googled for a place in Calgary and found UC BABY! I am so glad we picked this place. The staff was amazing. The lady who did our ultrasound was a sweetheart. She explained everything as she was doing it. We asked her a million questions and she answered everything. I did not feel rushed and she took her time with us. This was by far the most worthy experience during my pregnancy. I highly recommend this place, worth every penny!!! I just want to give a HUGE thank you to UC Baby Whitby! I was extremely happy with my scan and found out we were having a little boy! I was so excited to get and see a REAL picture of my baby! Wonderful atmosphere and very welcoming and inviting personnel. We had the anatomy scan elsewhere and the baby refused to cooperate. My other two kids never gave me that issue so I was devastated (thanks hormones) and called UC Baby from the parking lot. The call went to voicemail, but I did not leave a message. They called me back anyways and were able to fit me in for a gender scan and were successful! It's a girl! Either way would've been fine but I’m a planner and needed to know. So, I signed up for their contest and I actually WON! We just left after having our Bronze Package 3D ultrasound and paid the extra to get the video. Baby still wasn't overly cooperative with her hands and feet on her face, but they were super patient and managed to get a lot of good photos. For anyone expecting in the Sydney area, I urge you to make an appointment at UC Baby. I have been there twice so far and both times were such an AMAZING experience. I simply loved the whole experience at UC Baby! It was awesome being able to see my little baby, finding out it is a girl, listening to her heartbeats (and keep them on the cutest teddy bear), having the video and the pictures on a pen drive, live streaming to our families overseas, and all of this, with the great service and care of those managing the clinic. I had amazing experience at UC baby!! Very nice facility with friendly stuff. The ultrasound tech was awesome. They answered all questions and showed us the baby as long as we wanted. i have to say that this experience at UC BABY for the 3D ultrasound was AMAZING!!! To be honest I really didn't know what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images and what you could actually see. The technician explained everything and the ambiance of the surrounding made for an even better experience. My husband, mother-in-law and 2 year old came along and there was so much space in the room, more could have come to share this with us. We got a Heartbeat Bear, pictures and a DVD along with a CD of all the other photos that can upload and make more images from.
