It was a very emotional and satisfying experience. I would like to thank UC Baby for providing such a good service. I loved my technician. She was very professional and very friendly. She walked us through the ultrasound very patiently. The baby was sleeping and hiding but with the tech's experience we got the baby movin' and shkin' and we were able to capture some beautiful memories in our minds, hearts ,on DVD & pictures! We had an absolutely amazing experience having our gender scan and then our 28 week 4d ultrasound at UC BABY! We live in Napanee, ON and was definitely worth the drive. The ladies couldn't have been more perfect for the job and always were so excited right along with us. We got amazing pictures of baby girl at our 28 week scan ! We had the best experience at UC Baby in Winnipeg. The facility was clean and the staff were so welcoming and fun. They accommodated our request to keep the results a secret and we loved our visit. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
This was my second time here, and it was, once again, an awesome experience. Kelsey went above and beyond to make it special and stress-free. She didn't give up until we found the baby's gender, even though the baby wasn't cooperating at first. After 30 minutes of trying to get a clear photo of the my child's face it was unsuccessful because the face of the baby was on the other side. So i was given another appointment to come in and get a free ultrasound which was later successful. So thanks to her for showing genuine concern for what i wanted.
