My husband and I went for a 3D ultrasound at UC BABY and had to say we had a great experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. The technician who was doing the ultrasound patiently spent time and explained every movement of the baby and let us enjoy watching our daughter with no rush ending the session. I had amazing experience at UC baby!! Very nice facility with friendly stuff. The ultrasound tech was awesome. They answered all questions and showed us the baby as long as we wanted. Our experience with UC Baby was pretty awesome. Our technician was amazing and patient, she spent extra time with us to get a full face image, as our little one was very shy and hid behind his arms and legs for most of it. Whenever I contacted UC Baby either by phone or email, the responses were always received on the same day. Very accommodating personnel.. good customer service.. clean and well-maintained location.. over-all a wonderful experience for parents to be.. My husband and I went there few days ago (28 gestational weeks). At first, our baby doesn’t want to cooperate and keeps on hiding her face. They are so patient with us and gave us another try. During our second round of scanning, we got really good pictures. We are so happy to see how our baby is doing inside the tummy. Your images were so spectacular that you made the experience REAL for our family. My brother-in-law was in London and my sister-in-law in Toronto and we were able to do online broadcast of the ultrasound session so they could be a part of that special moment. That?s when it really hit my husband for the first time, that there was a real moving, breathing, living child in there that was his own. Your technicians showed so much care in this special time and made the customer feel so special. Thank you!
I recently went to UC BABY at 20 weeks for the gender reveal and then again at 29 weeks to get some cute pictures. I was completely satisified with my experience. Their flexible appointment times and pricing were fantastic, especially compared to competitors. The ultrasound tech and receptionist were both very friendly and welcoming, and you definitely have the distinct impression that the Ultrasound tech knows exactly what she's doing. My first experience was 10/10. I did a Gender Reveal, and I was thrilled with the whole experience from start to finish. My second visit was for the 3D ultrasound. I chose the Bronze package, and in hindsight, I wish I selected the Silver or Gold. Either way, this experience was even better! I brought my partner and younger child. It's such a comfortable setting for us all. There is great seating for the guests and a huge monitor for us all to view this exciting event. My little one wasn't cooperating, but that didn't stop the ultrasound tech. She gave me juice, had me move around and made us all laugh as she tried to get the baby to move so we could get a perfect picture. This long surpassed our time and truly gave us the best value.
