It was an amazing experience. Tech was very friendly! Baby was not overly active, but we got some really good pictures. I was able to include both of my sons in the room which was awesome, And they were so excited! I attended the 3D ultrasound of my granddaughter this morning. I cannot say enough good things about this UC BABY experience. Both of the individuals that we dealt with were very kind and helpful. They were so pleasant to deal with. There were lots of different add ons to the original package but we were not pressured to purchase any of them. Having 3D ultrasound at UC BABY was the most amazing experience one can wish for. On the arrival to our appointment, we were greeted by a very courteous lady, who turned out to be the owner of this place. We were welcomed into a very nice room, with a big screen tv and a comfortable bed. Our technician made this experience extra special - she was very attentive, patient and really tried to get our little girl to show her body parts, no matter how our baby tried to hide in there. This was experience that my husband and I will never forget and I think that every pregnant woman should experience 3d ultrasound and I would only do it at this place! 5 stars! - (Google Review)
It has been by far the best experience I had at a private ultrasound place. The technician is knowledgeable, but also funny and entertaining. She cares about customers and their experiences. I got the Heartbeat Bear as a part of the contest but she went above and beyond just giving us a plush bear. We saw our baby and had time to go over images and listen to the heartbeat. I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!
