Our dear Syrian friends had an opportunity to attend the UC Baby experience, and it was the most beautiful one ever. The owner and ultrasound technician made them feel very safe and comfortable, and treated them with such kindness and respect. We had a very stubborn baby, would not show the face. Had to get up and jump around, not just once but twice. And chug an orange juice and still would not show the face. Today was the 2nd time I used UC BABY for my 3D ultrasounds. The first time was in 2014, and it was great. My daughter was hiding her face and we were allowed to come back a 2nd time for free, and she went over the allotted time to try and help us get the best pictures possible. Today when I went, we got amazing photos the first time. The technician was so kind (same lady as the first time) and atmosphere was great. We had purchased the bronze package. Our baby was not cooperating and hiding his face in the placenta. They were patient and tried everything to get him to move. I left that day empty handed and sad, but they had us come back another day ( not part of the package) and he was right there for us to see!! Went above and beyond expectations when our little girl wasn't co operating for the first scan. And they managed to fit us in for a time I knew she would be active before my husband had to leave town. Very helpful and professional. My family and I visited UC BABY today for our 3D ultrasound and I am blown away by the experience we had. The sonographer was absolutely fantastic with our children and making them feel included in the session. She was very professional yet super friendly and easy to speak with. The location is small but very warm and welcoming. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly and made the entire experience something to enjoy. From beginning to end, my family and I felt comfortable and had excellent conversation. She even went as far as to make sure we got to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy, who hid his face for a good portion of the session. We'll defintely be back soon.
