This was our third time using UC Baby services (we went for our second, third and now fourth babies), and we have loved our experience every time. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. This time, we went for a Gender Ultrasound. We took our 5 yr old son, which was really nice to do. It was a quick visit, as expected. We had let her know ahead of time that we did want to know the gender, just not then and there, and to please put it in an envelope. She did just that and let nothing slip. Incredible experience today at UC Baby! The office is clean and the ultrasound room was so comfortable for myself and my guests to follow along with the ultrasound pictures and videos. Our technician was lovely and so helpful. You really get what you pay for, it’s such an experience you want to have. We upgraded our package so we can come back and see baby again in 2 months. I had a wonderful 3d ultrasound experience at UC BABY Surrey! The technician took the time to get us some great photos even though my stubborn little boy kept hiding his face with his hands. I also got to live stream the experience to my mother and mother-in-law so they could experience it as well. We chose the Silver Package and left with 2 beautiful printed photos, a USB stick with all 82 photos taken, and a Heartbeat Bear, as well as a little goody bag. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at UC BABY yesterday. Our technician was very friendly and engaged in the ultrasound. We went for a gender reveal and asked not to be told but for the information to be written down on a paper and placed in a sealed envelope.
