Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing. The 3D ultrasound was fantastic!! It was such a great experience we laughed so hard because baby was sleeping and wouldn't move as soon as the tech said "ok I think we're done for now", the baby started to move and we got some great shots of his face. The Heartbeat Bear is the greatest thing ever and such a wonderful memory to have for baby. Thank you so much for letting me experience this amazing ultrasound. I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. The staff who answers the phone and schedules all the appointments is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest, warmest human being I’ve ever met. She was absolutely meant for a career working with expectant moms. Her softness and kindness enhance the entire experience. She helps put all your nerves to rest. The sonographer points out all the baby's organs and body parts, shows you everything and explains what you’re looking at. She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to show you all that she can. The pictures and heartbeat audio are just the most reassuring thing. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have any nervousness from past losses or fertility difficulties. I had an amazing experience! The UC Baby staff are amazing people. My baby was not very cooperative during the first visit. Our tech was extremely patient and nice, doing everything to help my baby move around a bit to be able to get at least some decent pictures, which they did. They gave me a second appointment to try to get a better view of the baby. For the second appointment, my baby still didn't want to show anything. Again, the sonographer was patient and did everything needed to get clear pictures of my baby's face. And showed me all the other body parts. I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC Baby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. i have to say that this experience at UC BABY for the 3D ultrasound was AMAZING!!! To be honest I really didn't know what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images and what you could actually see. The technician explained everything and the ambiance of the surrounding made for an even better experience. My husband, mother-in-law and 2 year old came along and there was so much space in the room, more could have come to share this with us. We got a Heartbeat Bear, pictures and a DVD along with a CD of all the other photos that can upload and make more images from.
