Wonderful 3D ultrasound experience! My baby boy didn't want to take his hands from his face, but the technician was patient and gave me the opportunity to run and get a sugary drink to see if he would wake. She was lovely and even though I know she see tons of babies a day, and they probably all behave the same, she seemed excited seeing him move and yawn and it made my experience so enjoyable. My husband and I loved the experience. After multiple attempts to confirm the gender, we decided to try a 3D ultrasound. Not only was the gender confirmed, but we also got to see how the baby was growing. The technician was very friendly and kind and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. Very patient, and we didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable!! We will go back in a few months, and we cannot wait!! It is a very clean and beautifully well-decorated place! The tech went above and beyond to try to get the baby moving and get us pictures. Love the service they gave us, first time i go and the baby was facing my back so couldnt see her face little disapointed but wasnt their fault!! Had to reschedule, then on the second appointment she still didnt show her face til the end, the staff was great and patient, and offered me a sucker and cold water to help !! 😛 Very happy with the video and pictures we have! I hade one done in 2015 for my son it was the best experience ever. i went twice to see the diff betwen 18 week and 24 week it was amazing. I got Heartbeat Bear, 2 dvd, 2 cd (1 of each session) and im glad I went. I lost my boy at 38 week stillborn and now it's only memory i have of him alive on the dvd n photos so thanks god UC BABY exist .... Seriously loved my experience there today. The sonographer was knowledgeable and was able to get my baby girl to move so that we could get the best photos of her. I felt comfortable and felt like I was in the best hands! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is considering going for this experience. I truly loved it. I was very happy with my experience at UC BABY Whitby. The staff made me and my family feel very comfortable, and I was able to find out that my little one is going to be a boy! Well worth it. I was close to 21 weeks along, and we still saw alot!
