Great experience with our Gender Reveal appointment. The baby was not cooperating, but the sonographer spent a lot of time with us, and we got some great pictures. Our experience with the UC Baby was amazing. We went to UC Baby after our first official ultrasound (at the hospital). That experience wasn't that good because our technician was a bit rude. We are glad we went to UC Baby. The technician has such a pleasing personality; she took her time to capture good views despite our little one not cooperating much. We left the place with big smiles on our faces, and we really appreciate her accommodating our request for copies of pictures. The place and environment are neat and clean. I went in for a 3D ultrasound last night and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I didn't know what to expect as this is our first child but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was very relaxing and the service was amazing. We got the Silver Package and it was worth every penny. All of our family and friends loved that they could watch the live stream from across the country and we keep watching the video over and over again. We are so in love with our growing daughter. We had a great experience there. It was a very exciting time for us and for our families. Our sonographer was a excellent and she made it very relaxing. No pressure or rush and goes the extra mile to get you the best pics of your new addition to the family. She made it a pleasant and memorable experience.
5/5 stars! Overall great experience. I got the Ultimate Package, so we found out gender (perfectly accurate) at 16 weeks and went back at 28 weeks for another session! The baby wasn’t in the best position, so they let me come back a week later at 29 weeks. This time, we got some great photos and got to see her eyes open, yawn, and move all around.
