Today we had the first ultrasound for our first pregnancy. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The staff were so kind to us. Phoebe did the actual ultrasound and she was so professional. kind, and sincere. She told us everything she could see and patiently answered all our questions. We felt they went above and beyond. I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. The staff who answers the phone and schedules all the appointments is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest, warmest human being I’ve ever met. She was absolutely meant for a career working with expectant moms. Her softness and kindness enhance the entire experience. She helps put all your nerves to rest. The sonographer points out all the baby's organs and body parts, shows you everything and explains what you’re looking at. She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to show you all that she can. The pictures and heartbeat audio are just the most reassuring thing. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have any nervousness from past losses or fertility difficulties. I have recently visited UC BABY to meet my baby niece. It is a very spacious office with very friendly and nice staff. The experience was amazing and the customer service was beyond our expectations. Incredible experience today at UC Baby! The office is clean and the ultrasound room was so comfortable for myself and my guests to follow along with the ultrasound pictures and videos. Our technician was lovely and so helpful. You really get what you pay for, it’s such an experience you want to have. We upgraded our package so we can come back and see baby again in 2 months. The whole experience was absolutely worth every cent!! The sonographer was the sweetest I have ever had, and she made our experience of seeing our boy magical. Not only did she get the best videos and pictures, she also informed us of what was going on in every still. The vibes were amazing and made my partner and I feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment. We felt so blessed leaving knowing that our baby was happy and healthy and also glad our family was able to have been connected in real-time to see the amazing work she did. My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender.
