This was my second time here, and it was, once again, an awesome experience. Kelsey went above and beyond to make it special and stress-free. She didn't give up until we found the baby's gender, even though the baby wasn't cooperating at first. I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!
Went for a 20 week gender scan & now a 4D ultrasound at 29 weeks. We had the same tech both times & she was amazing! Loved seeing our baby girl change in the 9 weeks apart. Highly recommend it. I loved my experience!!! The tech was fantastic. She described everything we saw and took wonderful pictures. The receptionist was patient when choosing which pictures to print out and allowed my daughter to choose which bear she wanted to put the heartbeat in. I was very happy with my experience at UC BABY Whitby. The staff made me and my family feel very comfortable, and I was able to find out that my little one is going to be a boy! Well worth it. I was close to 21 weeks along, and we still saw alot! We just got our 3D ultrasound last night. It was such an amazing experience. The staff is so nice. Just to be able to see baby suck her thumb, smile, yawn, stick her tongue out. To be able to see our little girls face features, it was such a heartfelt moment. We also took home a teddy bear with her heart beat. Was the best experience ever. We would definitely recommend UC Baby. The women there are so sweet and so kind. Our tech explained everything and took her time to show us our baby. She was fantastic.
