We went to the UC BABY Moncton location for our ultrasound. The service and staff were really great. The atmosphere of the office/lab is really soothing and comfortable. It was amazing! We got to see our prince and know he was a boy before we met him!! Our sonographer was amazing and so sweet with the sessions! Would recommend this service to anyone expecting!! 🙂
Wow, such an amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was amazing and super friendly. Although my little guy was being super shy she tried everything she could to get him to move his arm from his face and after some time pushing on him she managed to get some amazing photos to take home to my fiancé who couldn't be with me today! It was amazing to see our son and know we have something so special of his moments before he has entered the world! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone as it was definitely worth every minute! : ) Thank you so much UC Baby for allowing me to experience such a special moment. It has been by far the best experience I had at a private ultrasound place. The technician is knowledgeable, but also funny and entertaining. She cares about customers and their experiences. I got the Heartbeat Bear as a part of the contest but she went above and beyond just giving us a plush bear. We saw our baby and had time to go over images and listen to the heartbeat. Fantastic experience! From walking in the door and being greeted immediately with a smile to the actual appointment with the ultrasound tech. She was so calm and made sure we got all the photos. Also, warm jelly, which is a super bonus for all the expecting mommas out there! Today was a great expierence for me and my family, we had lots of laughs. The room is beautifully set up, and I feel that our 3d ultrasound technician really knows her stuff. She put classical music on and there were 3 screens to see the baby. She was able to tell us the gender and we got to see my child smile. I had an amazing experience! The UC Baby staff are amazing people. My baby was not very cooperative during the first visit. Our tech was extremely patient and nice, doing everything to help my baby move around a bit to be able to get at least some decent pictures, which they did. They gave me a second appointment to try to get a better view of the baby. For the second appointment, my baby still didn't want to show anything. Again, the sonographer was patient and did everything needed to get clear pictures of my baby's face. And showed me all the other body parts.
