Thrilled with my experience at UC Baby Moncton. They took their time and we got some great photos and video. I had to travel from PEI to get there so it was extra expensive with the added cost of the bridge, gas etc., but well worth every penny when we got to see our little man. Thank you for such an amazing experience and I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends.
We had an amazing experience here at UC Baby in Hamilton. Both of the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. The sonographer was extremely kind and warm and made us feel so excited. She kept the gender a secret and put it in an envelope for us. We highly recommend anyone to come here for any of the amazing packages they offer! Well worth the money! I received this 3D ultrasound package as a baby shower gift. It was amazing! My family including some from out of town were able to log in from home and share in the experience . The staff were so nice and professional. I got a bag full of coupons, samples, a USB key to keep the memories forever, 2 pictures and a Heartbeat Bear with our baby's heart beat recorded inside! My boyfriend and I had the BEST experience at UC Baby. I am about 17 weeks pregnant and we went to find out the gender early, as well as to see our little girl! They made our experience amazing. Very cozy waiting area. An enjoyable experience to watch our little girl on the big screen. Amazing customer service. I went in this afternoon at 16 for gender determination and the technician was AMAZING. I haven't had the best experience with ultrasounds in Barrie, so she was a very much appreciated breath of fresh air. She knows what she's doing, is extremely sweet and when I was really nervous and the tears were flowing just as she was about to begin she was awesome about it! We had a great experience there. It was a very exciting time for us and for our families. Our sonographer was a excellent and she made it very relaxing. No pressure or rush and goes the extra mile to get you the best pics of your new addition to the family. She made it a pleasant and memorable experience.
Having my 3D ultrasound done at UC BABY was such an amazing experience. I got to come back twice as my baby was being stubborn and wouldn’t show the face for us. Second time was amazing. The tech was incredible. She did our gender scan at 20 weeks and then a second scan at 37 weeks, both times were on a whim with 1 days notice and she fit us right in. Couldn’t be happier with the photos and the time she took to get the perfect shots. Excellent Value and Customer Service. Thank you so much UC BABY for giving us the peace of mind.
