We won the Bronze Package draw and went in to get scanned. Our baby was not cooperative so we couldn’t get nice pictures but our tech was super sweet and allowed us to come back for a re-scan. We went back today but once again, my little stubborn baby didn’t want to show her face. The technician was very patient and nice about the whole thing. She knew different tricks to get the baby to move so that we could get nice pictures. She is very sweet and professional and we would recommend this service to anyone who is expecting. I went in for a 3D ultrasound last night and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I didn't know what to expect as this is our first child but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was very relaxing and the service was amazing. We got the Silver Package and it was worth every penny. All of our family and friends loved that they could watch the live stream from across the country and we keep watching the video over and over again. We are so in love with our growing daughter. My husband and I had our first appointment today at 23 weeks. We both found the staff extremely kind and helpful. We are so excited to come back and have our second scan in one month. We Had an excellent experience with UC Baby Moncton. Our baby girl was a little stubborn but the staff really took their time to make sure we got a good look at her, even offering for us to come back a few days later to try again! Very happy!
Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family (4 people) if you wanted, my bf & I loved the sweet bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake. I enjoyed the friendliness of the receptionist and how the technician was passionate and took her time in explaining the different body parts to me confirming my baby's gender like I asked. Amazing experience & great staff. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They take the time to make you feel comfortable. Huge tv screens to really see your baby in depth. Highly recommend doing this to see your little one. Also got the Heartbeat Bear to have as a keepsake.
