It has been by far the best experience I had at a private ultrasound place. The technician is knowledgeable, but also funny and entertaining. She cares about customers and their experiences. I got the Heartbeat Bear as a part of the contest but she went above and beyond just giving us a plush bear. We saw our baby and had time to go over images and listen to the heartbeat. When we first went into the UC Baby, we were blown away how comfortable it was! The giant screen in front of us, the couch and comfy pillows everywhere was the first sign that I knew we were going to have a great time. Being in a completely different province from our families has always been hard, but to have UC Baby allow our families to watch the Live Broadcast and see our child all together was so amazing! It was one of the best experiences in my pregnancy and my life.
I bought a gift certificate for my friend's first baby from the UC Baby Mississauga location. The process was extremely easy, and the experience very gratifying. The baby was camera-shy when my friend first went and baby wouldn't take a decent pictur. The friendly staff were very accommodating and booked a second appointment free of charge.We now have a beautiful picture of unborn baby Alex to forever cherish 🙂 Thank you UC Baby for giving us a glimpse into our future. I went to UC BABY today with my son and wife to view 3D ultrasound of my granddaughter! Such a great experience, the staff is beyond friendly, accommodating and funny!
