I had a great experience at UC BABY. The ultrasound tech spent about 25 minutes with us and made sure we were satisfied with our experience prior to ending the session. We were able to pick the pictures we wanted to print and did not feel rushed. Our technician made us feel special, engaging with us while also letting us have our moment. They had a nice big screen for my husband or myself to view and another screen for my viewing. Thank you so much for your determination in getting the best pictures possible of our baby. Although our baby was a little shy, tech made sure we got a great picture of her face. Tech was great in explaining everything we were seeing and making the experience comfortable and fun. After a miscommunication with booking, a non existent appointment and an extremely upset hormonal pregnant lady, UC BABY exceeded expectations with a prompt, generous solution and we had the most amazing ultrasound. My whole family and I are extremely pleased with how the situation was handled and the outcome of our visit. We had the most amazing experience here today. The tech was wonderful. We got some really great pictures and video to download from home. We also purchased the Heartbeat Bear, which is also lovely. Amazing service. I needed a last-minute gender reveal appointment. I was in the same building for a midwife appointment, and after realizing my midwife couldn't tell the gender of my baby, I called UC Baby. They were so kind to have me come in right away, and they easily determined the baby's gender and showed me more images of my baby. So kind and gentle! Strongly recommend.
