I went twice, once for a Gender Reveal at 18 weeks and again at 31 weeks. Both times were amazing experiences. At 31 weeks, we had some issues with the baby sleeping with his face pressed up against my uterine wall, so we couldn’t really get a good picture at first. The ultrasound tech gave us an opportunity to leave and come back to see if he’d wake up or move a little. Which was awesome! And we ended up getting some decent pictures in the end. I love UC Baby so much! The tech is the sweetest! The room is cute and comfy, and it’s a very relaxing setting. During this pandemic, partners have often had the short end of the stick when it comes to appointments and ultrasounds. But because of UC Baby’s personal care and privacy, we decided to purchase an Ultimate Package so daddy can see baby too! We started with a gender reveal at 15 weeks, which was awesome and accompanied by 4D photos. And when she grew a liiiiittle bit (actually, a lot lol) more, we had another session at 28 weeks where we got to see all of her features close up! It truly was an incredible experience. I am so thankful for how amazing it was and how cared for we felt. The tech also loves baby’s and gets super excited with us. It’s so sweet, just overall a great experience, and a great place. Great service, great experience, great staff... They make you and your family feel very comfortable. After our first appointment, we unfortunately did not get a clear picture of the baby (he was not cooperating), so UC BABY scheduled us for a second appointment free of charge... I absolutely loved the experience.. I didn't have the 3D ultrasound with my first, so I really wanted to do it this time around! I am so glad I did! It was amazing! I saw my baby boy and he was so perfect, looked just like my first. My mother-in-law was able to watch from her home in Calgary. I also have the Heartbeat Bear, what a terrific idea!...
I was amazed at the experience I had at UC Baby. I loved the fact that my sister who lives elsewhere was able to experience the ultrasound with me and be there for the moment when I was told I was having a little girl. I also have the beautiful Heartbeat Bear as a reminder of that special day. Thank you UC Baby for an incredible experience I will never forget. I would definitely recommend this service.
What a cool experience!! We went in with no expectations as we had heard baby might not cooperate but that definitely wasn't the case for us! Baby was face up the whole time sleeping and then gave us a big yawn and opened his eyes TWICE! Who knew they could open their eyes?! I was very happy with my experience at UC BABY Whitby. The staff made me and my family feel very comfortable, and I was able to find out that my little one is going to be a boy! Well worth it. I was close to 21 weeks along, and we still saw alot! Had a great experience at 16 weeks. They were able to tell me the gender of my baby! The tech was so nice and did such a great job making this experience as special as it was.
