Very friendly staff! They were prompt at booking an appointment and sent me a confirmation text message the day before my appointment. The staff was excellent at describing the packages and helping me select one. Family is welcome for the ultrasound! The technician was very funny and talking to the baby to have her move. The staff were super friendly, personable, and appeared to share in our excitement with us!! My baby’s cord was covering half his face and he would not move, so therefore the tech could not get good pictures. So, I have another appt in two weeks, complimentary! They were amazing, very informative & pleasant to be around! The ambiance was very relaxing & she was very determined to get my little girl to move her hand so she could get the right photo before leaving my appointment! Beautiful experience! This is my third pregnancy and my first time getting it done. Im so happy with my results and wished I’d did it with my two previous pregnancies. I’ve bought the bronze package but leaving here wanting the gold. Worth the money and you get your baby’s precious memories for a life time.

I haven't had the privilege to visit your St. John's location yet, but I am anxiously awaiting my appointment in March. I have read many stories and heard many stories from friends who all had wonderful experiences at UC Baby. I was told that the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and that the overall experience is amazing. I can't wait to see my baby in 4D and to find out what we are having. I am glad we get to do this at UC Baby!
We went to UC Baby mainly because my boyfriend was not able to come to any of my previous ultrasound appointments due to Covid restrictions. What an amazing experience!! The technician was super friendly and great with us and she was able to grab some cute pics before the little one put her hands in front of her face haha! We were in Ontario visiting the in-laws (from Nova Scotia) & we had a great time seeing our 2nd little guy, the family loved it! We got the Silver Package & planned on getting the Heartbeat Bear just like we did with our 1st little guy. We couldn't get any good face views so they gave us the Heartbeat Bear for free!
