I had a 3D Ultrasound at UC BABY Surrey location and it was a great experience. The technician was very patient and waited for the baby to move as my baby was hiding her face. She even gave me time to walk around. Finally, I got to see my baby. It was such an unforgettable experience. Last Saturday my husband and I went to UC Baby to see our little one. The receptionist was very nice to us. She explained everything about the package we chose and helped us to make our account to share the ultrasound video with our family. When we started our session the technician was very patient and explained/showed us our baby during the scan and did her best to have a cute baby picture of our baby’s face. We went to UC Baby and it was amazing! Our appointment was rescheduled to 8:45pm and the ultrasound tech was so nice and you could tell how much she enjoys what she does. This is our 4th baby and though our baby didn't want to cooperate, our tech was patient and still able to get some great photos! I absolutely love how friendly the staff was and how they made us feel comfortable! We were so pleased that our family was able to watch online and find out the sex of our baby with us! My husband and I absolutely loved our experience at UC BABY. The receptionist was welcoming and informative, the ambiance was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and the technician was amazing - she made sure that we had the perfect heartbeat recording for our heartbeat bear and during the sneak peek scan she showed us every inch of baby with a great picture to take home!
