Got to see our baby girl today for the first time! The experience was beyond amazing and definitely one-of-a-kind. My husband and I couldnt believe that we were actually seeing her yawn, smile, and kick her feet up. The technician was amazing. We went there 2 years ago and it was an amazing experience. So we had to go back! Went yesterday and they are kind, caring and very nice people. We actually found out the baby didn't have a heartbeat and they were extremely amazing to us and helped us through everything to get things rolling to ensure the findings. I would recommend them over and over again because of the lovely couple who runs it. Due to Covid 19, my husband hasn't been able to accompany me to any prenatal appointments. I am SO glad we booked this ultrasound with UC Baby. This was his first experience seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat, and he was very excited to come! The day before we received very detailed directions to the facility, and instructions on what to do for Covid protocols. Our tech was so professional and personable and just gave us an amazing experience together. This was our third time using UC Baby services (we went for our second, third and now fourth babies), and we have loved our experience every time. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. This time, we went for a Gender Ultrasound. We took our 5 yr old son, which was really nice to do. It was a quick visit, as expected. We had let her know ahead of time that we did want to know the gender, just not then and there, and to please put it in an envelope. She did just that and let nothing slip. What a cool experience!! We went in with no expectations as we had heard baby might not cooperate but that definitely wasn't the case for us! Baby was face up the whole time sleeping and then gave us a big yawn and opened his eyes TWICE! Who knew they could open their eyes?! We went to UC Baby in Sudbury yesterday and had a great experience there. They were fantastic!! We ended up getting lost and were late and there were no problems, and everyone was so informative. So glad we chose to do this.
