We had an amazing experience, highly recommended! From the moment you walk in the staff were above and beyond friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure to point out lots of different features of the baby. The photos we received were high quality and we paid for the USB that contained all our photos and the videos of the entire session so that we could show family members. We have been to UC Baby twice now, once for a 3D ultrasound of our son in 2021 and last week for an early gender screen. We have had an excellent experience both times, The receptionist is super lovely, very personable and makes you feel at ease. The ultrasound tech was fantastic; she thoroughly explained everything she saw and really made sure she had the correct gender prior to telling us. We went for a 3D ultrasound. UC Baby really goes above and beyond to give you a great experience. My little one wasn't being very cooperative and the technician remained patient. It's my first time to use 3d ultrasound and it was really great. My husband and my daughter really enjoyed watching our baby boy in a big screen. Even if it took us time to see the baby clear because he keeps on moving and hiding his face. The lady was very patient. She even gave me the time to go downstairs to eat without rush even if they're busy because there's already few patients by that time. They're very welcoming. The guy at the reception even chat with me while i was waiting for my turn again. They're very friendly and nice. The price that I paid for is so worth it.
