I had a 20 week ultrasound done This is my 2nd pregnancy. It was a pleasant experience at UC BABY. The sonographer was wonderful she took her time with us and she was experienced and delightful. My boyfriend and I had the BEST experience at UC Baby. I am about 17 weeks pregnant and we went to find out the gender early, as well as to see our little girl! They made our experience amazing. Very cozy waiting area. An enjoyable experience to watch our little girl on the big screen. Amazing customer service. If I could give 100 stars, I would! The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We could not see the baby's face, and they offered another session for free to see the face. The staff was so nice and welcoming, I can't find the right words to describe how happy I am with everything! Highly recommend. It will change the whole pregnancy experience for you. They take the time to explain everything to you and offer Live Streaming. It's a blessing, especially if you are an immigrant and you have no family here. We went to UC Baby in Sudbury and couldn't believe the amazing service we received. This is my 4th baby, and my first time going to UC Baby, and I can't believe I didn't go sooner! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and let the whole family in the room to see the baby. What an amazing experience for not only my husband and I, but our 3 children. I cannot say enough good things about this appointment we had. The woman clearly knows her stuff and she was funny, personable and made it a fun little outing for the whole family. 10 out of 10. My husband and I went for a 3D ultrasound at UC BABY and had to say we had a great experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. The technician who was doing the ultrasound patiently spent time and explained every movement of the baby and let us enjoy watching our daughter with no rush ending the session. Absolutely amazing! We went twice for a Gender Scan and a Silver Package appointment at 29 weeks. The technician is absolutely amazing. She takes her time and really wants you to see your baby!
