Very clean and well decorated. The mood was set just right. Almost felt like I was at a spa!
I had a 3D Ultrasound at UC BABY Surrey location and it was a great experience. The technician was very patient and waited for the baby to move as my baby was hiding her face. She even gave me time to walk around. Finally, I got to see my baby. It was such an unforgettable experience. UC Baby was an amazing experience. The office had a wonderful atmosphere and the ladies were very professional. We got some beautiful picture and videos of our little princess. Loved every last minute of this experience and would recommend it to anyone that wants to see their bundle of joy. Definitely will be returning for future pregnancies. This is my first baby, and this experience was hands down the most amazing one my partner and I have had thus far. The UC Baby clinic was comfortable, cozy, and warm... even the gel was warm! The sonographer was wonderful and caring and did everything she could to make my experience better than the regional hospital did. She really enjoys what she does, and I'll remember her forever. It was such an amazing experience. The tech busted her butt to get a good shots of our little man and she did an amazing job!
I like the whole experience?gives you a great visual of the baby and the technician was so nice. She tried her hardest to get a picture of our little one's face but she wasn?t in the mood! You guys give a way better picture definitely makes it more real!
Absolutely wonderful experience with our baby's ultrasound! Seeing our little one's movements and hearing the heartbeat was incredibly reassuring and emotional. Our 3D ultrasound session went amazing, my family and I enjoy it. It was very personal, relax and welcoming place. I will definitely be going back. They did everything in front of you. This place is amazing! When I called I had been hoping to get an appointment that following Saturday, the receptionist was kind enough to fit us in even though they were fully booked. When we got there she was just as friendly as she was over the phone.The lady who did the ultrasound was super sweet and was very thorough, she went over our baby girls entire body so we could see her cute little nose to her tiny little feet. I was very impressed with the quality of the photos as well. My husband was skeptical at first but once we got there he was amazed and was so grateful we got to experience this. I would highly reccomend and plan on going back. The staff are superb and the ultrasound was so much more thorough than what you experience at the hospital. 5 stars! - (Google Review | Feb 2018)
