After a miscommunication with booking, a non existent appointment and an extremely upset hormonal pregnant lady, UC BABY exceeded expectations with a prompt, generous solution and we had the most amazing ultrasound. My whole family and I are extremely pleased with how the situation was handled and the outcome of our visit. We had an absolutely amazing experience having our gender scan and then our 28 week 4d ultrasound at UC BABY! We live in Napanee, ON and was definitely worth the drive. The ladies couldn't have been more perfect for the job and always were so excited right along with us. We got amazing pictures of baby girl at our 28 week scan ! My husband and I absolutely loved our experience at UC BABY. The receptionist was welcoming and informative, the ambiance was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and the technician was amazing - she made sure that we had the perfect heartbeat recording for our heartbeat bear and during the sneak peek scan she showed us every inch of baby with a great picture to take home! We went to UC BABY Hamilton today. The experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and made the experience much more enjoyable. The facility is warm and inviting. It was so amazing seeing our little guy. There were 6 of us all together and were told the more the merrier. The ultrasound technician was sweet and talked to baby throughout the entire visit. She made sure we saw everything we wanted to and tried her best to get plenty of pictures and video we were pleased with. Little man was not very cooperative but she was so patient and we got some great pictures and video. We also purchased the Heartbeat Bears, such neat idea. Overall we are very impressed with quality and the service in general. We are looking forward to our second visit in September. Thank you UC Baby!!!
