I am truly grateful for the 3D ultrasound experience I received at UC BABY. Everyone was so friendly and made this experience pleasant and comfortable. We went to UC Baby after having a less then desirable atmosphere at our hospital ultrasound. UC Baby was amazing! They welcomed us and made us feel at home, the room was so relaxing and the setting so calming my husband almost fell asleep on the soft leather couch! The technician was very knowledgeable and so nice! We left feeling elated and overjoyed to see our little baby and we're ready to take on the world! Went to UC Baby in Richmond and it was the best!! The service was great and the quality of work was amazing. I booked my appointment very last minute and they were able to set me up within a few hours. The staff were extremely friendly and were willing to stay till 5:30pm (they close at 4pm) for me. Thanks UC Baby!
My husband and I went for our first 3D ultrasound, and were very happy with our experience! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, and our technician was very patient (our baby was being stubborn and hiding often!) and extremely kind.
