Would recommend UC Baby a thousand times over. Our baby was breech & never cooperated with face pictures (hands and feet always covering the face). They rescheduled us several times until we were able to get some pictures of the baby’s face! The quality of the pictures was amazing but the service we received was even better. Hands down the best experience I’ve had. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Invited my whole family to come inside. Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The technician was so kind and got some amazing photos. Very interactive with my guests, understanding and compassionate with me. This place is amazing! When I called I had been hoping to get an appointment that following Saturday, the receptionist was kind enough to fit us in even though they were fully booked. When we got there she was just as friendly as she was over the phone.The lady who did the ultrasound was super sweet and was very thorough, she went over our baby girls entire body so we could see her cute little nose to her tiny little feet. I was very impressed with the quality of the photos as well. My husband was skeptical at first but once we got there he was amazed and was so grateful we got to experience this. My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender. Amazing service. I needed a last-minute gender reveal appointment. I was in the same building for a midwife appointment, and after realizing my midwife couldn't tell the gender of my baby, I called UC Baby. They were so kind to have me come in right away, and they easily determined the baby's gender and showed me more images of my baby. So kind and gentle! Strongly recommend. We went to the UC BABY Moncton location for our ultrasound. The service and staff were really great. The atmosphere of the office/lab is really soothing and comfortable.
