Went to UC Baby in Richmond and it was the best!! The service was great and the quality of work was amazing. I booked my appointment very last minute and they were able to set me up within a few hours. The staff were extremely friendly and were willing to stay till 5:30pm (they close at 4pm) for me. Loved this amazing experience as a first-time momma. I never thought I'd get the chance to do a 3D ultrasound, the atmosphere was warming and I loved how comfortable it was. 100% would go back and do another ultrasound if I was expecting another in the future. My baby wasn't cooperating and had to come back again, and 2nd time he was being stubborn but eventually, we got to see him completely. Absolutely loved the ultrasound tech. She made it happen to make this experience enjoyable. I hope to see her again in the future Overall experience: This is something I recommend as a first-time and current parent as your curiosity always wondering what your baby will look like. And the other stuff you can get, like a Heartbeat bear and photos, ABSOLUTELY go extra with it not many people get to experience mother/parenthood. We went to UC Baby mainly because my boyfriend was not able to come to any of my previous ultrasound appointments due to Covid restrictions. What an amazing experience!! The technician was super friendly and great with us and she was able to grab some cute pics before the little one put her hands in front of her face haha!
