I have been here thrice for appointments. Each time has been a great experience. The tech was wonderful, friendly, and extremely professional. We just had our 2nd scan (30 week) and it was a delight! I would recommend this to any soon-to-be-parent, as it was a special experience. They are super personable and made us comfortable as could be. We brought the in-laws with us and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We had a great experience there. It was a very exciting time for us and for our families. Our sonographer was a excellent and she made it very relaxing. No pressure or rush and goes the extra mile to get you the best pics of your new addition to the family. She made it a pleasant and memorable experience.

We went yesterday to find out the sex had an amazing experience and would totally recommend them to anyone friendly caring and definitely didn't rush me out! It wasn't our first time to visit UC Baby Mississauga. We first came here when I was pregnant with our first-born son in 2011 and our experience of seeing all the details of our baby boy in my womb and listening to his heartbeat was amazing! As first time parents, both my husband and I got really emotional seeing our baby in my womb -- it did bring tears to our eyes. And now that we are having our 2nd child (a baby girl this time), we both wanted to avail of the same service and this time with the big brother who was really excited to see his baby sister! The technician was really nice and friendly; she was doing her best to capture our baby's face but our little princess was trying to hide. We appreciated that we were offered a second session because our little girl was covering her face with her hands and feet on the first try. Thank God our baby girl was more cooperative the 2nd time around and we were able to capture better pictures and video which we showed to her grandparents as soon as we got home. Yesterday my boyfriend, my mom and I got to go to UC Baby and watched our little peanut on the screen. It was a very important and special day for my boyfriend as he has not been allowed to any ultrasounds yet due to COVID. I have never seen him so overjoyed about something. It was an amazing experience and the staff was awesome. So friendly and sweet to both you and baby. They were very welcoming. I also liked the fact that I could bring a guest with me. We had a wonderful family experience at UC BABY! The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help entertain our daughter who can along for the experience. Our 3d ultrasound technician was very nice and informative, taking the time to help us see every detail of our baby and make the overall experience fun.
