I'm relatively early (17 weeks) and my fiancé hasn't been able to attend any ultrasounds nor will he be able to attend the future ones (I live in Ontario and he's working in Calgary). I wanted this as a surprise for his birthday, a special moment that he and I could share. The people at UC BABY Calgary were amazing! So helpful and so eager to give us our gender determination. The experience was unforgettable. The technician was amazing and even the receptionist was so kind and friendly! I had such a terrible experience at my first ultrasound at the hospital. I wasn't told much information, my boyfriend wasn't allowed to see the baby and I did not get a picture. I contacted UC BABY that night to book a 3D ultrasound appointment. They got back to me right away and booked me for the next morning! The sonographer was so much fun and so informative. The atmosphere was extremely positive and I was able to really enjoy the experience this time. Excellent experience! Detailed instructions sent right to your phone, as well as directions to the office. Thorough exam with a fantastic technician who took the time to explain and show us the features of our baby. She genuinely seemed excited with us and even when baby would turn away and not cooperate, she was super patient and didn't rush us out. I would highly recommend UC BABY for gender reveal or even just to see baby's activities between booked medical ultrasounds. Thank you so much!!! For anyone expecting in the Sydney area, I urge you to make an appointment at UC Baby. I have been there twice so far and both times were such an AMAZING experience. To see my daughter for the first time was mind blowing.The staff are absolutely out of this world amazing, and treated me and my family extremely well. Thanks again for the amazing experience... 🙂

The sonographer was amazing at our appointment! She was so excited, upbeat and positive. She really made the whole appointment (and 3-hour trip) worth it. She was happy to show us the baby and do as we asked for revealing the gender with no complaints. We'll be back for our next baby when the time comes!
