After having a very disappointing gender determination on Thursday at another ultrasound location, UC BABY far exceeded my expectations! Not only did they squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, but they quite literally saved the day! I had pre-arranged a gender reveal party for today and they were able to find out the sex of my baby just in time! I can't thank you ladies enough! I can't wait to come back with the rest of the family not only too see my sweet baby but to meet the wonderful staff at this location! Good experience! Our baby was being very stubborn during the ultrasound (he didn't want to show us his face) but the ultrasound technician was very patient and tried many techniques so we could get a good picture of him. UC Baby Richmond has an amazing tech who clearly loves her job. She welcomes her customers with such a friendly smile And is descriptive when doing the scan And really takes her time, such a relaxing and warm environment! For a first time experience i absolutely enjoyed it.watching her movements and seeing her smile made me cry. It was amazing how we even got a funny picture of baby girl covering her bum like she didnt want us to see. I would so go back and do it all again with the next baby. (Dec 12, 2015)

I have never felt more comfortable than in the hands of Ethel, the sonographer at UC Baby Moncton. She made me feel so appreciated and is such a nurturing, caring soul. I went through trauma during my last pregnancy, and she held my hand and talked me through everything for this one step by step. I would rather go back here and see her every week than the hospital. 100000% more caring than any nurse I’ve ever seen.
