Really happy with my experience. They gave us two sessions because the baby was stubborn at the first. Really put a lot of effort into getting good pictures.
Amazing service. My partner and I wanted an ultrasound to check in on the baby in between our diagnostic ultrasounds as it had been almost 8 weeks and I was feeling anxious. They went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. The tech was friendly and informative, and the room was warm and comfortable with extra seating and a couple of TVs so there was always a good view of what was going on. We left with a picture and some videos of our little one. It was such a relief to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. The service was also very reasonably priced. This was our third time using UC Baby services (we went for our second, third and now fourth babies), and we have loved our experience every time. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. This time, we went for a Gender Ultrasound. We took our 5 yr old son, which was really nice to do. It was a quick visit, as expected. We had let her know ahead of time that we did want to know the gender, just not then and there, and to please put it in an envelope. She did just that and let nothing slip. We had a 3D ultrasound with our second baby, it was the most amazing thing in my life! The staff was amazing the facility was great. My husband and I had an amazing experience at UC baby. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. The technician was very good at explaining exactly what we were seeing and letting us know our little one was doing just fine.
