We had an absolutely amazing experience having our gender scan and then our 28 week 4d ultrasound at UC BABY! We live in Napanee, ON and was definitely worth the drive. The ladies couldn't have been more perfect for the job and always were so excited right along with us. We got amazing pictures of baby girl at our 28 week scan ! I am truly happy i found UC Baby. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful and the technicians are very accomodating, friendly and super professional. I've Been there for my baby's Ultrasound about 4 times and just about to schedule my last one at 36 weeks. I feel so happy every time i go there. They make me feel super special. My son had his head down each time we went in but my tech didn't give up. She continued to try having me come back. The care she provided was amazing and I thank her so much for trying to get me the picture I wanted. Unfortunately my son is so low and facing away so in the end we couldn't get the picture but it definitely wasn't her lack of trying. I would definitely want to go back to UC Baby! They made the experience joyful for me.
Had a great experience there. Definitely recommend it to all new parents. Got tons of great photos of my baby and video recording of the whole session. Got to clearly see my baby’s little cute face. Was able to capture the movements: Yawning, drinking water and even putting hand into mouth… The sonographer was really nice, thoughtful and professional. I had a wonderful 3d ultrasound experience at UC BABY Surrey! The technician took the time to get us some great photos even though my stubborn little boy kept hiding his face with his hands. I also got to live stream the experience to my mother and mother-in-law so they could experience it as well. We chose the Silver Package and left with 2 beautiful printed photos, a USB stick with all 82 photos taken, and a Heartbeat Bear, as well as a little goody bag.
