I have nothing bad to say about UC BABY or the people running the business. Our baby girl was very stubborn and after over 40mins of trying their best to get good pictures of her, she wouldn't let us and blocked us with every limb she had. We had to give up and got to come back a week later to try again, yet again our baby was stubborn and wouldn't let us get a good glimpse of her face but they tried everything and did get a few good enough shots for us. The Heartbeat Bear was great and our other children loved that it was their baby sister's heartbeat inside and that they could pick which bear to put it in. Everyone who came to the scan was made to feel very welcome and involved in the ultrasound and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us there. Having 3D ultrasound at UC BABY was the most amazing experience one can wish for. On the arrival to our appointment, we were greeted by a very courteous lady, who turned out to be the owner of this place. We were welcomed into a very nice room, with a big screen tv and a comfortable bed. Our technician made this experience extra special - she was very attentive, patient and really tried to get our little girl to show her body parts, no matter how our baby tried to hide in there. This was experience that my husband and I will never forget and I think that every pregnant woman should experience 3d ultrasound and I would only do it at this place! 5 stars! - (Google Review)

Got to see our baby girl today for the first time! The experience was beyond amazing and definitely one-of-a-kind. My husband and I couldnt believe that we were actually seeing her yawn, smile, and kick her feet up. The technician was amazing. I had my ultra sound at the UC BABY Surrey location. It was a great experience to see my little girl. The staff was so kind and took there time with me so I could get good photos of my baby girl. I was supposed to have a 30 minute session and they let me watch her for 45 minutes which was nice. She was moving around so much we couldn't get enough of her!
