My husband and I went yesterday for our 3D ultrasound at UC BABY. What an amazing experience! The location was clean and beautiful, the technician was so sweet and really wanted us to see our baby perfectly which we did! Last Saturday my husband and I went to UC Baby to see our little one. The receptionist was very nice to us. She explained everything about the package we chose and helped us to make our account to share the ultrasound video with our family. When we started our session the technician was very patient and explained/showed us our baby during the scan and did her best to have a cute baby picture of our baby’s face. I've been here for both of my pregnancies... Really enjoyed the experience. They go above and beyond to make the day special. I went yesterday for a gender reveal. It was an amazing experience!! I brought my fiancé and daughter and they both loved it as well. The tech was super sweet and showed us lots of different angles of our li'l peanut and all the tricks he was doing! Going back again at 25 weeks. The tech was incredible. She did our gender scan at 20 weeks and then a second scan at 37 weeks, both times were on a whim with 1 days notice and she fit us right in. Couldn’t be happier with the photos and the time she took to get the perfect shots. Excellent Value and Customer Service. Thank you so much UC BABY for giving us the peace of mind. The UC Baby staff was great, she was kind and we were able to get cute photos of our son. This was the first ultrasound for the father. So magical for him to be a part of it. We were also able to share this moment with grandparents via live broadcasting. all of them said it was a special moment and super easy to access. I went for my 3d ultrasound when I was 18 weeks pregnant. Spending this kind of money isn't easy. The main reason for going to UC BABY was to find out the gender of the baby. They told us it's a girl. I had a routine ultrasound with my obgyn and the results weren't the same. The gentleman from UC BABY Hamilton contacted me to reschedule a free visit to double check the gender. He booked us in the following day which was amazing. He cared about my feelings and was pleased to offer us to come back to double check. I am happy with the Hamilton location when they care about their customers it goes a long way.
