I am so thankful I decided to use UC Baby! I initially went to UC baby at 19 weeks and the ultrasound tech immediately showed me on the screen that it was a boy. We had a video, pictures and were able to hear the heartbeat. It was an incredible feeling. I was even MORE thankful because at 22 weeks I went for an ultrasound ordered by my OB at a medical imaging centre (not UC baby), and the ultrasound tech said "100% a girl". She was rude and mean and spent very little time going over the ultrasound with my partner and I and left us very confused. The tech at UC baby is incredibly kind and fit me in the day after this experience and confirmed that it was a boy. (I definitely saw the male parts). We had to reschedule our first visit to UC BABY because our little girl was hiding her face. But the second time was an amazing experience - she was smiling away, moving around and sticking out her tongue. We had a very great experience. We were taken care of right when we entered. It was done in a very timely manner and the staff was super friendly throughout our whole experience. I am blown away by the service provided by UC Baby Toronto. Our ultrasound technician was kind, patient and super encouraging even when our baby was not cooperating to let himself be seen. She tried SOOO hard to get a good picture for us. The office is modern and comfortable. The ultrasound room is super comfy, they have couches for several members of the family to come along and have tv's facing the mommy during the session. We were on the fence if we wanted to pay to do a 3D ultrasound. We are pregnant with twins after 8 years of infertility and because of having two buns in the oven, we get several ultrasounds throughout our pregnancy. We literally waited until the last minute and are SOOOOO glad we did! It was such a great experience. UC Baby is super clean, and their ultrasound tech is super nice and professional. My husband and I were lucky enough to win a free Silver Package 3D scan from UC Baby. We were absolutely thrilled to experience this wonderful technology. We appreciated how quickly we were able to get an appointment (only 2 days after calling). Our technician, Salima was very friendly and welcoming. She took her time and was patient with our ultrasound, as our baby was being a bit camera shy. We weren't able to get any clear photos of his face, so we were welcomed back a few days later to try again, where we had better success. We've already told all of our pregnant friends about out awesome experience and plan to go back for our second child.
Love the service they gave us, first time i go and the baby was facing my back so couldnt see her face little disapointed but wasnt their fault!! Had to reschedule, then on the second appointment she still didnt show her face til the end, the staff was great and patient, and offered me a sucker and cold water to help !! 😛 Very happy with the video and pictures we have! My wife and I went here for our 3D ultrasound. This is our first child and first 3D ultrasound experience, and I must say, could not have been a better experience. Warm and welcoming the moment you step into the building and the lady that does the ultrasound was even better.
