The office was serene and calming. The receptionist dee was kind and talked to us making us feel very welcome. They took us early cause we showed up early and they could tell even at 16 weeks I was having a boy. I won the 3D 4D ultrasound package! I went in today and what an incredible experience!!! The technician was very kind and took her time to get clear pictures. She was very professional! I highly recommend them! I am able to see all the pictures as well as the video of the ultrasound conveniently online and on an app to share with friends and family! I just had my 3D ultrasound with UC Baby Newmarket. I was so thrilled to have won the Bronze Package. We wanted to confirm the gender of our baby, but we got to experience so much more. The tech was so patient when our little one wanted to snuggle and play with her hands more than she wanted to show her face. We had such a great experience at UC Baby! My wife and I were really interested in learning the gender of our baby and possibly leaving with a few pictures. We called, and the man who answered was helpful and nice and booked us right away. We showed up an hour later and received a very warm greeting. When we saw the technician, she was so friendly and funny and made the experience very memorable and lovely for both of us. Both of these incredible staff members put any doubts we had to rest! Our experience at UC Baby was unbelievably amazing! Our ultrasound sonographer was so nice and lovely, and she was so caring. I brought my husband and my mother, and we all loved it so much. The large screen we could all see perfectly on was such a huge deal. We could see everything so clearly! The tech made the experience so special and made us feel so welcome. She was very careful and asked us anything before she did or said anything to ensure that we were okay with it. We went for a Gender Reveal package, so she made sure we had the experience we wanted! I went to UC Baby because I wanted to know the sex of my baby, I am at 18 weeks and 3 days and I was getting impatient waiting for my ultrasound for 16-23 weeks. So this was the best thing I could have done. They are so patient and very detailed on the Gender Reveal session. Best experience I ever had. This is my 4th baby.
