We had such a great experience at UC Baby! My wife and I were really interested in learning the gender of our baby and possibly leaving with a few pictures. We called, and the man who answered was helpful and nice and booked us right away. We showed up an hour later and received a very warm greeting. When we saw the technician, she was so friendly and funny and made the experience very memorable and lovely for both of us. Both of these incredible staff members put any doubts we had to rest! Awesome, not only is the jell warm, the tech was so sweet. Not only did she have us return for the second time, she was so calm and patient with the baby. She made sure we have the best pictures. She made every effort to ensure I had the best pictures of my baby's face. I will recommend this place a 100%! Great experience getting to see how our little girl was doing. I won the 3D 4D ultrasound package! I went in today and what an incredible experience!!! The technician was very kind and took her time to get clear pictures. She was very professional! I highly recommend them! I am able to see all the pictures as well as the video of the ultrasound conveniently online and on an app to share with friends and family! The location is small but very warm and welcoming. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly and made the entire experience something to enjoy. From beginning to end, my family and I felt comfortable and had excellent conversation. She even went as far as to make sure we got to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy, who hid his face for a good portion of the session. We'll defintely be back soon. Love the service they gave us, first time i go and the baby was facing my back so couldnt see her face little disapointed but wasnt their fault!! Had to reschedule, then on the second appointment she still didnt show her face til the end, the staff was great and patient, and offered me a sucker and cold water to help !! 😛 Very happy with the video and pictures we have! UC BABY gave me the ultimate experience as a first time parent! The technology is amazing and the quality of imaging was far better than I could have imagined it would be. The staff were unbelievably friendly, made you feel so welcome and at home, and I could not have asked for anything better! If I end up having more children in the future, there is no question that I’ll be going back. But in the meantime, I will be recommending UC BABY to everyone I know!
