Wonderful atmosphere and very welcoming and inviting personnel. We had the anatomy scan elsewhere and the baby refused to cooperate. My other two kids never gave me that issue so I was devastated (thanks hormones) and called UC Baby from the parking lot. The call went to voicemail, but I did not leave a message. They called me back anyways and were able to fit me in for a gender scan and were successful! It's a girl! Either way would've been fine but I’m a planner and needed to know. So, I signed up for their contest and I actually WON! We just left after having our Bronze Package 3D ultrasound and paid the extra to get the video. Baby still wasn't overly cooperative with her hands and feet on her face, but they were super patient and managed to get a lot of good photos. I loved that I was able to 'see' my baby before I could hold them. There is so much that happens in pregnancy that only I (the woman) could experience. This is one way for my husband to share in that experience. The Live Broadcast made it possible for our family to celebrate this with us. We got a copy in DVD so our kids would be able to watch this when they're older.
I had my 3D Ultrasound today at the UC BABY Surrey location. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was so great, she took her time to try to get a good picture of our little man. He was being shy and facing my back. We tried a few positions and even got up to move around a bit giving him a chance to face us. He moved around tons and it took quite a while to get his heartbeat recorded and good pictures but we left with everything we came for thanks to your tech. Thank you UC BABY. UC Baby was great, there was a nice atmosphere and play area for toddlers. The staff were very pleasant and made sure we got the best out of our experience! I simply loved the whole experience at UC Baby! It was awesome being able to see my little baby, finding out it is a girl, listening to her heartbeats (and keep them on the cutest teddy bear), having the video and the pictures on a pen drive, live streaming to our families overseas, and all of this, with the great service and care of those managing the clinic.
