I was able to return for the second time because the on the first appointment, the baby kept hiding the face. I was able to bring my son and husband during both appointments so they can experience it with me. The packages are reasonably priced. Booking an appointment is easy. The technician was describing what we're seeing and what the baby is doing. It was really nice and she was really friendly. What I like most about UC Baby is their customer service and high standards. No matter which location you visit (I have been to 3 and will visit my 4th in just a few weeks), they are always helpful and kind. They do their best to get you the pictures and video you dream of. The technicians go above and beyond to offer extended times or second visits when your little one(s) will not cooperate.
Great experience with our Gender Reveal appointment. The baby was not cooperating, but the sonographer spent a lot of time with us, and we got some great pictures. My family and I visited UC BABY today for our 3D ultrasound and I am blown away by the experience we had. The sonographer was absolutely fantastic with our children and making them feel included in the session. She was very professional yet super friendly and easy to speak with. My Wife and I had an appointment at UC BABY Burnaby location last Saturday. It was fun and pleasurable experience. We loved seeing our little one and getting the vivid photos of her cute face, hands and feet. When the regular ultrasound visits could not tell us anything! The technicians always told us that the gender couldn't be determined. What do they know! You should note that we ended up having 5 medically prescribed ultrasounds and none of them could tell us. The staff and service are amazing! I went twice with this pregnancy, for gender determination and to see my baby's face later on in the pregnancy and the staff were amazing from start to finish! They help you pick the package that is best for you and they are so kind from start to finish!
