We went to the burnaby location for our 2nd baby..What an experience! We were thrilled to see our baby which was just like born baby face, so real! The whole family loved it as they all joined us to see the baby through live broadcasting.Amazing technology! As always, I’m happy with the UC BABY service. This is our second time with them. They always make sure that they capture the great image and they really take time and not rush you. They even helped me to reposition my baby because she was hiding behind her cord. Highly recommend this place especially now that they upgraded their system to HD, it’s much clearer image. I love UC Baby because it clearly shows your baby's interactions and growth development, giving not only the mother a sense of what is happening, but giving the opportunity to extended family to experience it as well. The 3D and 4D views made this new life more visibly clear, compared to the standard black and white ultrasound which can be hard to make out. This is an experience all expectant parents should definitely experience!!
Visited UC BABY twice this pregnancy because of not only the amazing service but to be able share this unique positive experience with our families! Going to UC BABY made it so easy to convince my husband to go again because we were both so blown away with our first visit. Our first visit was at 30 weeks and our second visit was at 32 weeks. Both times we were fortunately greeted by the amazing staff. On our first visit, we were running late due to traffic yet we were still greeted with exceptional service. Not only that- we were also upgraded to an even better deal than we expected before coming in! During each session, the manager explained the packages and pricing to us prior to going in the room. She even provided some needed sugar to make sure baby will cooperate. They were so awesome that they provided an extra photo for both sides of the family to keep at the end of our second session. How thoughtful is that? Our technician addressed our questions in such a professional and respectful manner. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I really loved how she acknowledged our family members and made sure their questions and concerns were also addressed. This wonderful duo honestly blew us away with their amazing customer service and we cannot thank you enough for our memorable experience. We really loved our experience here at UC Baby. The technician was so kind. She would also tell us exactly what our baby was doing as she was scanning, which was so cool. When we were pregnant with our 2nd child we went to UC Baby and the experience was overpowering. However all of our family was able to watch our little miracle from home, thanks to the technology at UC Baby. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!
