Your images were so spectacular that you made the experience REAL for our family. My brother-in-law was in London and my sister-in-law in Toronto and we were able to do online broadcast of the ultrasound session so they could be a part of that special moment. That?s when it really hit my husband for the first time, that there was a real moving, breathing, living child in there that was his own. Your technicians showed so much care in this special time and made the customer feel so special. Thank you!

My husband and I had our first appointment today at 23 weeks. We both found the staff extremely kind and helpful. We are so excited to come back and have our second scan in one month. We had a wonderful experience finally seeing our daughter for the first time in 3D today at UC BABY! This was our 3rd attempt (the first 2 our daughter did not want to cooperate). The staff had absolutely no issues rescheduling our appointments, was very understanding and accommodating beyond our expectations! We did not feel rushed with the technician. She was very knowledgeable, and took time to explain what we were seeing on the large screens! We were provided with pictures on a USB, and a video of the session (together with the pictures) that was uploaded on their our online accounts minutes later for us to enjoy and download! Thrilled with my experience at UC Baby Moncton. They took their time and we got some great photos and video. I had to travel from PEI to get there so it was extra expensive with the added cost of the bridge, gas etc., but well worth every penny when we got to see our little man. Thank you for such an amazing experience and I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends.
I went in for a 3D ultrasound last night and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I didn't know what to expect as this is our first child but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was very relaxing and the service was amazing. We got the Silver Package and it was worth every penny. All of our family and friends loved that they could watch the live stream from across the country and we keep watching the video over and over again. We are so in love with our growing daughter. I had such a terrible experience at my first ultrasound at the hospital. I wasn't told much information, my boyfriend wasn't allowed to see the baby and I did not get a picture. I contacted UC BABY that night to book a 3D ultrasound appointment. They got back to me right away and booked me for the next morning! The sonographer was so much fun and so informative. The atmosphere was extremely positive and I was able to really enjoy the experience this time.
