I love UC Baby so much! The tech is the sweetest! The room is cute and comfy, and it’s a very relaxing setting. During this pandemic, partners have often had the short end of the stick when it comes to appointments and ultrasounds. But because of UC Baby’s personal care and privacy, we decided to purchase an Ultimate Package so daddy can see baby too! We started with a gender reveal at 15 weeks, which was awesome and accompanied by 4D photos. And when she grew a liiiiittle bit (actually, a lot lol) more, we had another session at 28 weeks where we got to see all of her features close up! It truly was an incredible experience. I am so thankful for how amazing it was and how cared for we felt. The tech also loves baby’s and gets super excited with us. It’s so sweet, just overall a great experience, and a great place. The UC Baby staff was great, she was kind and we were able to get cute photos of our son. This was the first ultrasound for the father. So magical for him to be a part of it. We were also able to share this moment with grandparents via live broadcasting. all of them said it was a special moment and super easy to access. My Wife and I had an appointment at UC BABY Burnaby location last Saturday. It was fun and pleasurable experience. We loved seeing our little one and getting the vivid photos of her cute face, hands and feet. When the regular ultrasound visits could not tell us anything! The technicians always told us that the gender couldn't be determined. What do they know! You should note that we ended up having 5 medically prescribed ultrasounds and none of them could tell us. My fiance and I have gone to this location twice now to see our first child. The ultrasound tech has been absolutely phenomenal! She has been able to give us so much information I didn't even know you could get from an ultrasound. Not only does she show the passion for her job by being just as excited as us when he moves a certain way, etc but she is also just a great person to speak to! I cannot wait to go back for a third time before baby arrives. We would recommend UC BABY for anyone in a heartbeat! Overall our experience with UC BABY was pretty awesome. Our technician was amazing and patient, she spent extra time with us to get a full face image, as our little one was very shy and hid behind his arms and legs for most of it. Whenever I contacted UC BABY either by phone or email, the responses were always received on the same day. After 30 minutes of trying to get a clear photo of the my child's face it was unsuccessful because the face of the baby was on the other side. So i was given another appointment to come in and get a free ultrasound which was later successful. So thanks to her for showing genuine concern for what i wanted.
