My wife and I went here for our 3D ultrasound. This is our first child and first 3D ultrasound experience, and I must say, could not have been a better experience. Warm and welcoming the moment you step into the building and the lady that does the ultrasound was even better. It's our first baby and we decided to come to UCBABY to get a close look of our little boy! The staff and technician are very friendly and professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and it was easy to change our time. It was a very satisfying experience and we would highly recommend UC BABY. Great experience with our Gender Reveal appointment. The baby was not cooperating, but the sonographer spent a lot of time with us, and we got some great pictures. Your images were so spectacular that you made the experience REAL for our family. My brother-in-law was in London and my sister-in-law in Toronto and we were able to do online broadcast of the ultrasound session so they could be a part of that special moment. That?s when it really hit my husband for the first time, that there was a real moving, breathing, living child in there that was his own. Your technicians showed so much care in this special time and made the customer feel so special. Thank you!

We won the Bronze Package draw and went in to get scanned. Our baby was not cooperative so we couldn’t get nice pictures but our tech was super sweet and allowed us to come back for a re-scan. We went back today but once again, my little stubborn baby didn’t want to show her face. The technician was very patient and nice about the whole thing. She knew different tricks to get the baby to move so that we could get nice pictures. She is very sweet and professional and we would recommend this service to anyone who is expecting. I have nothing bad to say about UC BABY or the people running the business. Our baby girl was very stubborn and after over 40mins of trying their best to get good pictures of her, she wouldn't let us and blocked us with every limb she had. We had to give up and got to come back a week later to try again, yet again our baby was stubborn and wouldn't let us get a good glimpse of her face but they tried everything and did get a few good enough shots for us. The Heartbeat Bear was great and our other children loved that it was their baby sister's heartbeat inside and that they could pick which bear to put it in. Everyone who came to the scan was made to feel very welcome and involved in the ultrasound and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us there.
