The UC Baby staff was great, she was kind and we were able to get cute photos of our son. This was the first ultrasound for the father. So magical for him to be a part of it. We were also able to share this moment with grandparents via live broadcasting. all of them said it was a special moment and super easy to access. I was 21 weeks when we visited for a gender determination appointment and they were able to tell us we were having a girl - which the EFW people were not able to. The appointment was on time and quick, and It was awesome to see baby in 3D and receive a couple pictures of baby to take home with us. I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC Baby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. The staff and service are amazing! I went twice with this pregnancy, for gender determination and to see my baby's face later on in the pregnancy and the staff were amazing from start to finish! They help you pick the package that is best for you and they are so kind from start to finish! We went to UC Baby in Sudbury yesterday and had a great experience there. They were fantastic!! We ended up getting lost and were late and there were no problems, and everyone was so informative. So glad we chose to do this.

I will be honest: I was skeptical about spending the money; I went with the cheapest option (Gender Reveal), as my husband wouldn’t be here for the anatomy scan. I can say with confidence that it was completely worth it. The atmosphere and experience alone are things you don’t get at the hospital. The sonographer was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we spent 20 minutes there and were unable to tell the gender, as the baby was down too low. I was advised to drink more water and come back the same day, and we were instantly able to determine the gender. There was also a couch and chair, which made it comfortable for both my husband and toddler to be part of the experience. -- May 2023 | Google Review
I had my 3D ultrasound here today and I highly recommend this UC Baby location. Although the tech had a hard time seeing the best pic of the baby’s face due to the position, she is so patient and let us come back after a few tries. And finally, we had a nice view.
