Such a great experience today. First, I was called to make sure I had the correct address, and then told to drive safely. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. The sonographer was wonderful with us, too, but especially with our 5 year old, who was very shy at the start, but felt such comfort with her after a few minutes. She got some great shots of our little guy, who is 31.5 weeks today. We were/ are so pleased with the outcome. The setting is calm and comforting, and the bathroom is super clean (I look at those details ?). We've already framed one of the pictures and put it in our 5 year old's room, as per his request. Had the most magical experience here, seeing my beautiful baby and all her prominent features. The staff was absolutely amazing. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. I had a really great experience at this establishment earlier today, where i got to see my baby in 3D which was actually even cooler than expected. The staff was amazing and worked to help me get exactly what I wanted. They were very patient, accommodating and super friendly. Thanks again to UC BABY! We have been three times for two pregnancies and have had a beyond amazing experience each time!! UC BABY Barrie is a 2.5 hour drive for us from North Bay, but is worth every minute of that drive! What I most enjoyed was the fact they actually care about you, you?re not just a paying customer to them. When I went in for my 3D ultrasound, my baby was hiding its face so they let me go and come back later on and we got a perfect picture. I was so overjoyed and grateful. Now I have this wonderful picture I see every morning. I look down at my son and feel so grateful I get to remember that special moment he was inside of me. THANKS AGAIN UC BABY!?
