Fantastic experience! Ultrasound tech advised us she would be late due to a personal emergency. She communicated well with us and provided a few options. We decided to just stay in touch and go with the flow. The appointment ended up being on time anyways, and she was fabulous, friendly, and upbeat! 10 out of 10, I would recommend! I'd highly recommend UC BABY London. The other clinic wasn't able to determine the gender. Here at UC BABY they were able to tell me about 5 minutes in. It's a bit pricey but worth it. Super friendly and they send you ALL the pictures (15+) from the 3D ultrasound. Today was a great expierence for me and my family, we had lots of laughs. The room is beautifully set up, and I feel that our 3d ultrasound technician really knows her stuff. She put classical music on and there were 3 screens to see the baby. She was able to tell us the gender and we got to see my child smile. I am blown away by the service provided by UC Baby Toronto. Our ultrasound technician was kind, patient and super encouraging even when our baby was not cooperating to let himself be seen. She tried SOOO hard to get a good picture for us. The office is modern and comfortable. The ultrasound room is super comfy, they have couches for several members of the family to come along and have tv's facing the mommy during the session. It's my first time to use 3d ultrasound and it was really great. My husband and my daughter really enjoyed watching our baby boy in a big screen. Even if it took us time to see the baby clear because he keeps on moving and hiding his face. The lady was very patient. She even gave me the time to go downstairs to eat without rush even if they're busy because there's already few patients by that time. They're very welcoming. The guy at the reception even chat with me while i was waiting for my turn again. They're very friendly and nice. The price that I paid for is so worth it. Just went here today for our gender determination appointment. The lady is amazing! Super friendly and really takes her time to make your experience memorable and positive. I had my 2 young children with me and they can be a handful. My daughter was sitting on the bed with me and was rubbing my belly as the ultrasound was going on, she was also yapping away as was my son. The lady was so understanding and never got frustrated at all. This was the first time we got to hear the baby's heartbeat. We got to hear it for a good amount of time to really enjoy the moment. She also took the time to point out and count all the little fingers and toes. The 3D made me feel so much more at ease with the development and health of my baby. At the end of my appointment we received a CD of the video of the entire appointment along with a beautiful song, and to my surprise and glee the heartbeat was also included. We will be booking another appointment towards the end of my pregnancy to see the baby and get better pictures. We will also be including my family since the facility is so comfortable and gorgeous (I have a grandma and nana who are older and uncomfortable in the hospital we usually go to).
