Our ultrasound appointment with UC Baby is outstanding. Despite it being a day the clinic was supposed to be closed, she made time for us. This is our first baby, so when we found out we're pregnant I searched for a good place to do a 3D Ultrasound & since most of our friends kept telling us about UC BABY we gave it a try. It was a nice experience even our baby doesn't cooperate in first few minutes, and my tummy is so hard at that time due to contractions,but she was so patient and made me relax a little bit to get a good picture and video of our baby boy. You don't feel she's in a rush even though there's next appointment after us. She even gave us extra pictures our baby that will be added to our album. Thank you UC BABY! I'd like to thank UC Baby London for being so pleasant, warm and making this an experience we will never forget! We chose not to find out the sex of our baby, and our decision was respected. This is something I worried about as some friends and colleagues warned me that if I get a 3D done, we might find out the sex. Not the case here! Thank you for using warm jelly on my belly. Today we had the first ultrasound for our first pregnancy. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The staff were so kind to us. Phoebe did the actual ultrasound and she was so professional. kind, and sincere. She told us everything she could see and patiently answered all our questions. We felt they went above and beyond. I went today and had an amazing experience! The staff and technician were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were also very professional. The tech was able to capture great photos for us and explained the scan to us very clearly and patiently. My husband and I had a great time. Despite the baby not co-operating, using my placenta as a pillow and facing downwards, I didn't get any pics. However the staff were very nice & accommodating and booked me in for a free session! The reception area is very clean and well presented. The live broadcasting was amazing because my family in England got to participate in my session and see everything!!! The technician was very accommodating and did the best she could to get good pics (baby very stubborn). 5/5 stars! Overall great experience. I got the Ultimate Package, so we found out gender (perfectly accurate) at 16 weeks and went back at 28 weeks for another session! The baby wasn’t in the best position, so they let me come back a week later at 29 weeks. This time, we got some great photos and got to see her eyes open, yawn, and move all around.
