Very accommodating personnel.. good customer service.. clean and well-maintained location.. over-all a wonderful experience for parents to be.. My husband and I went there few days ago (28 gestational weeks). At first, our baby doesn’t want to cooperate and keeps on hiding her face. They are so patient with us and gave us another try. During our second round of scanning, we got really good pictures. We are so happy to see how our baby is doing inside the tummy. Few minutes after, we were given a link to the website were all the pictures are uploaded. We are very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended! - (Facebook Review | | Oct 4, 2019)

I had a great experience at UC BABY! Very friendly and efficient technician. My baby never cooperates for ultrasounds but still the technician was able to get very good shots of my baby. I would strongly recommend UC BABY! 5 stars! - (Google Review | Feb 2018)

My son had his head down each time we went in but my tech didn't give up. She continued to try having me come back. The care she provided was amazing and I thank her so much for trying to get me the picture I wanted. Unfortunately my son is so low and facing away so in the end we couldn't get the picture but it definitely wasn't her lack of trying. I would definitely want to go back to UC Baby! They made the experience joyful for me.

I have been here thrice for appointments. Each time has been a great experience. The tech was wonderful, friendly, and extremely professional. We felt very comfortable each time and it really adds to your joyous and sentimental occasion when the professional matches or compliments our energy. It's a memorable event and the tech’s attitude and energy only added to the pleasantness. I highly recommend UC Baby and its services. They help families create treasured moments. - (Google Review | 2 June 2021)

I was very happy with my experience at UC BABY Whitby. The staff made me and my family feel very comfortable, and I was able to find out that my little one is going to be a boy! Well worth it. I was close to 21 weeks along, and we still saw alot! Little farther along we might have seen more clearly but it was still worth it to see the look on our parents faces when they got to see their first grandchild on the screen. 4 stars! - (Facebook Review | 3 March 2017)

We had our 3D Ultrasound today at UC Bay, and it was wonderful!! She was so kind and patient, and it was an amazing experience to have with my family. My husband and kids really enjoyed getting to see and watch the baby. Thank you so much for all of your kindness and patience. We love the Heartbeat Bear that we won in the UC Baby contest - a beautiful memory for us to have. Thank you, UC Baby!! - (Facebook Review | 5 February 2021)

We went to UC Baby after having a less then desirable atmosphere at our hospital ultrasound. UC Baby was amazing! They welcomed us and made us feel at home, the room was so relaxing and the setting so calming my husband almost fell asleep on the soft leather couch! The technician was very knowledgeable and so nice! We left feeling elated and overjoyed to see our little baby and we're ready to take on the world! I highly recommend UC Baby to every expecting parent and my doctor highly recommended it to me. (June 26, 2015 | Website submission)
