I had a great experience at UC BABY. The ultrasound tech spent about 25 minutes with us and made sure we were satisfied with our experience prior to ending the session. We were able to pick the pictures we wanted to print and did not feel rushed. Our technician made us feel special, engaging with us while also letting us have our moment. They had a nice big screen for my husband or myself to view and another screen for my viewing. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would. They were so friendly and I felt super comfortable. Baby was being difficult and they did everything in their power to get the shots needed. I've been to UC BABY Abbotsford with my partner last week, it was a great 3d ultrasound experience!The technician was very nice and gave us very clear picture of our unborn baby. It was an amazing experience and I recommend this place for every pregnant woman! My parents were in Ontario and they were viewing our session on live broadcasting, it was a great opportunity for them to see their grandchild. Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing. UC BABY Whitby location is the best place you can meet your precious baby. We were expecting to see our baby in 3D, but we were happily surprised that they also have HD LIVE. I absolutely loved the experience.. I didn't have the 3D ultrasound with my first, so I really wanted to do it this time around! I am so glad I did! It was amazing! I saw my baby boy and he was so perfect, looked just like my first. My mother-in-law was able to watch from her home in Calgary. I also have the Heartbeat Bear, what a terrific idea!...
What a cool experience!! We went in with no expectations as we had heard baby might not cooperate but that definitely wasn't the case for us! Baby was face up the whole time sleeping and then gave us a big yawn and opened his eyes TWICE! Who knew they could open their eyes?!
