I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!
This is the first time I went to UC BABY in Ottawa. They were super amazing. I am a surrogate mom and they were so accommodating. Not only did I have my sister and mom with me but my little nephew who decided to play in the cupboards ....lol...they also let us Skype with the parents of the baby. And the technician took her time to explain every part of their baby to them. It was such an amazing experience. If you want a beautiful pic of your baby and you want an amazing and relaxed environment then UC BABY is the place for you. We had a chance to see our very first baby in 3D and it was an experience we will cherish forever! At 25 weeks we were able to see him move around, yawn, eat his feet and kick his mama! The video broadcast was so COOL and my family enjoyed watching and listening to the whole appointment from home. The tech was AMAZING and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable-I haven't been able to stop smiling since. I left with a DVD of the whole scan, 70 + digital images of baby and three printed out photos. I would highly recommend UC Baby to everyone and will be returning to see baby number 2 in the future! We went to UC Baby after having a less then desirable atmosphere at our hospital ultrasound. UC Baby was amazing! They welcomed us and made us feel at home, the room was so relaxing and the setting so calming my husband almost fell asleep on the soft leather couch! The technician was very knowledgeable and so nice! We left feeling elated and overjoyed to see our little baby and we're ready to take on the world! After having a very disappointing gender determination on Thursday at another ultrasound location, UC BABY far exceeded my expectations! Not only did they squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, but they quite literally saved the day! I had pre-arranged a gender reveal party for today and they were able to find out the sex of my baby just in time! I can't thank you ladies enough! I can't wait to come back with the rest of the family not only too see my sweet baby but to meet the wonderful staff at this location! The whole experience was absolutely worth every cent!! The sonographer was the sweetest I have ever had, and she made our experience of seeing our boy magical. Not only did she get the best videos and pictures, she also informed us of what was going on in every still. The vibes were amazing and made my partner and I feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment. We felt so blessed leaving knowing that our baby was happy and healthy and also glad our family was able to have been connected in real-time to see the amazing work she did. I had my 3D Ultrasound today at the UC BABY Surrey location. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was so great, she took her time to try to get a good picture of our little man. He was being shy and facing my back. We tried a few positions and even got up to move around a bit giving him a chance to face us. He moved around tons and it took quite a while to get his heartbeat recorded and good pictures but we left with everything we came for thanks to your tech. Thank you UC BABY. Amazing staff and an amazing clinic. They were very focused on explaining to me the packages and services to provide the best one for me - which resulted in a much better deal for me. I visited this location for a 3D ultrasound and selected the Bronze Package. Our baby did not cooperate with feet and hands, both hiding the face. The ultrasound tech was so kind she offered us to come back and try again free of cost. The overall experience was lovely.
