The location is small but very warm and welcoming. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly and made the entire expereince something to enjoy. From beginning to end me and my family felt comfortable, had excellent conversation and she even went as far as to make sure we go to to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy would hid his face for a good portion of the session. UC Baby Brampton is amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable during your time there. I had my gender results there for my surprise gender reveal party and they were absolutely 100% accurate! They put it in an envelope sealed up so we couldn't see. I went a second time later on during my pregnancy to see what our baby girl looks like in 3D. And it is an awesome experience! My friends recommended this place, and in a heartbeat, I'd go back. Had a wonderful experience at the UC BABY Surrey location. The technician was patient in getting amazing photos despite my stubborn boy hidding his face. She made sure the live stream was set up so my family in Ottawa could witness the scan as well. I'll be sure to recommend this service and location to anyone interested in a 3D scan. We came here after a bad 1st experience at an ultrasound place in Vancouver and we stumbled upon UC BABY 3D ultrasound online. As soon as I called to make the appointment, the manager/owner answered the phone and she was very friendly and professional. We made the appointment very easily and the technician was also very friendly and professional. We did not feel rushed or uncomfortable and the pictures were perfect. When we got there our little BOY was sleeping we had to make him up and you could tell we woke him up because his mouth was open and yawning the entire time! Absolutely LOVED my 3D ultrasound experience at UC BABY! They were so kind, friendly and thoughtful. I got over 50 pictures and my Heartbeat Bear is perfect! I've been here for both of my pregnancies... Really enjoyed the experience. They go above and beyond to make the day special. My husband and I enjoyed the whole experience with the 3D ultrasound. We fell more in love with our daughter when we saw her facial features and how she was moving around so much. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure we left feeling reassured that we were having a girl! It was also good that my parents were able to watch the whole session online thru Live Broadcast because they couldn't make the appointment!
