We recently had the pleasure of visiting UC Baby for a 3D ultrasound session, and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. The clinic itself was immaculately clean and had a soothing ambiance that instantly put me at ease. Our ultrasound tech was not only highly skilled but also incredibly personable. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire session. I love the way they gave us more time just to get a clear shot of my baby's face. They gave us more than what I expected from a Bronze Package that I booked. It was a great experience! Very nice and welcoming staff! I was surprised that I did not have to wait. The technician did all her best to capture baby's face. I left with a bag full of brochures and small gifts. It was nice!
I am so thankful I decided to use UC Baby! I initially went to UC baby at 19 weeks and the ultrasound tech immediately showed me on the screen that it was a boy. We had a video, pictures and were able to hear the heartbeat. It was an incredible feeling. I was even MORE thankful because at 22 weeks I went for an ultrasound ordered by my OB at a medical imaging centre (not UC baby), and the ultrasound tech said "100% a girl". She was rude and mean and spent very little time going over the ultrasound with my partner and I and left us very confused. The tech at UC baby is incredibly kind and fit me in the day after this experience and confirmed that it was a boy. (I definitely saw the male parts).
