Last Saturday my husband and I went to UC Baby to see our little one. The receptionist was very nice to us. She explained everything about the package we chose and helped us to make our account to share the ultrasound video with our family. When we started our session the technician was very patient and explained/showed us our baby during the scan and did her best to have a cute baby picture of our baby’s face. Our experience at UC Baby was unbelievably amazing! Our ultrasound sonographer was so nice and lovely, and she was so caring. I brought my husband and my mother, and we all loved it so much. The large screen we could all see perfectly on was such a huge deal. We could see everything so clearly! The tech made the experience so special and made us feel so welcome. She was very careful and asked us anything before she did or said anything to ensure that we were okay with it. We went for a Gender Reveal package, so she made sure we had the experience we wanted! We opted for the Golden Package and received excellent and super friendly service at both visits! During our first visit, baby was sleeping and facing backwards for most of the 30 minute visit. The technician kept us for nearly 50 minutes to give us a chance at extra pictures, as they didn't have anyone scheduled for the time slot right after us. On our second appointment, I brought my mom along, and the same technician asked her if there was anything special she would like to see on the screen while she was there. I thought that was very sweet, and my mom just loved the entire 3d ultrasound experience! Thank you so much for a very special and memorable experience! My boyfriend and I came to UC BABY yesterday at 27 weeks 2 days to see our little man with our mothers and my sister. So happy that I did totally worth the money and the experience. For everyone looking for an amazing 3D ultrasound experience, this is your place. We’re so happy we chose UC Baby. Our experience was so unique. They answered all our questions, told us about the procedure, and explained in detail the package we chose. We were so nervous to find out the gender of our baby, but she made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The sonographer was super detailed and patient with all our questions. She took her time, to show us everything from all angles, and never rushed. We felt so special and like we were with our close family. Overall, it was a great experience, we got a video of our baby, 3D and 2D photos, and the heartbeat in a cute teddy bear. Such a wonderful memory to share with all your family, and keep it for your baby later. Totally recommend, couldn’t be happier with UC Baby Montreal.
