I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC BABY Whitby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. One word, AMAZING! We have 5 children already, and have never done a 3D ultrasound before. We decided to do the 16 week early gender one and they were amazing! They booked our appointment two months in advance for us and even sent us a reminder. They were so friendly with my husband and I, and even our little ones. They double checked gender three times and even took shots so I could see it all over again. We got a Heartbeat Bear, and 15 ultrasound photos and a 25 minute scan when all they are supposed to give you is 15. They were AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I seriously wish I did this before. I had my 3D ultrasound done at this location at 25 weeks. I must say this was an amazing experience! The technician explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel so comfortable. The place is super clean, and of course just like anywhere you may have to wait a little bit. It is well worth the wait! The technician got amazing pictures of our little girl. I recommend purchasing the USB stick so you can have all of the pictures the technician gets! The video is also amazing, being able to see your baby moving around in there it's unreal. Had a great 3D ultrasound experience at UC BABY St. John's. Got great pics of the face this time. The tech was awesome! I requested for her to put the pic in an envelope so my boys wouldn't know the gender. Done a reveal for the family. The 3 boys we are now expecting our precious girl. We went to UC Baby in Sudbury and couldn't believe the amazing service we received. This is my 4th baby, and my first time going to UC Baby, and I can't believe I didn't go sooner! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and let the whole family in the room to see the baby. What an amazing experience for not only my husband and I, but our 3 children. I cannot say enough good things about this appointment we had. The woman clearly knows her stuff and she was funny, personable and made it a fun little outing for the whole family. 10 out of 10. An absolutely amazing experience. My first UC BABY experience and I was very pleased. The lady was very patient and done everything possible to get our little miss to move so we could see her face. We got some excellent pictures, and a perfect recording of our baby's heartbeat. Very friendly.
