My husband and I had an amazing, wonderful, and magical experience with UC Baby. The employees were so incredibly delightful and nice. The ultrasound room was spacious and clean. The live broadcasting went smoothly, and we're so happy our parents were able to join the live to watch the entire session. We are 100% going to return to do our second session when we are further along so that we can see our sweet baby's face again. I love how they also have the add-on option of putting the pictures and whole session on a USB key, as well as recording the baby's heartbeat in the Teddy Bear. My husband and I loved the experience. After multiple attempts to confirm the gender, we decided to try a 3D ultrasound. Not only was the gender confirmed, but we also got to see how the baby was growing. The technician was very friendly and kind and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend it. The UC Baby staff was great, she was kind and we were able to get cute photos of our son. This was the first ultrasound for the father. So magical for him to be a part of it. We were also able to share this moment with grandparents via live broadcasting. all of them said it was a special moment and super easy to access. I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!
