The technician did an excellent job, went at 17 weeks and got the gender right away. Baby was very active for the beginning of the session. I had 7 people and 2 live streamed and it was perfect. A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. A live streaming app from our phone devices were made available for those who remained in the waiting room between viewings. The location is small but very warm and welcoming. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly and made the entire experience something to enjoy. From beginning to end, my family and I felt comfortable and had excellent conversation. She even went as far as to make sure we got to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy, who hid his face for a good portion of the session. We'll defintely be back soon. I went to UC BABY today with my son and wife to view 3D ultrasound of my granddaughter! Such a great experience, the staff is beyond friendly, accommodating and funny!
