We came here after a bad 1st experience at an ultrasound place in Vancouver and we stumbled upon UC BABY 3D ultrasound online. As soon as I called to make the appointment, the manager/owner answered the phone and she was very friendly and professional. We made the appointment very easily and the technician was also very friendly and professional. We did not feel rushed or uncomfortable and the pictures were perfect. Just had our 3/4D ultrasound yesterday....what an amazing experience! We made a last minute appointment and were accommodated without hesitation from the staff. We received helpful tips over the phone plus reminder text messages to ensure we had the best session possible. The environment is clean, relaxing and well laid out to accommodate a bigger group. The tech was kind, knowledgeable and funny. She really went the extra mile to ensure the other 3 kids we had in tow felt welcomed and included in the session. Her expertise, patience and genuinely caring personality ensured things went smoothly and that our experience was above and beyond all expectations!!!! We went to UC Baby and it was amazing! Our appointment was rescheduled to 8:45pm and the ultrasound tech was so nice and you could tell how much she enjoys what she does. This is our 4th baby and though our baby didn't want to cooperate, our tech was patient and still able to get some great photos! We had a wonderful experience at UC BABY today. They were so friendly and nice. We went there to find out the gender of our baby and our baby was being stubborn and didn't want to cooperate, but the lady doing our ultrasound was so patient and kind. She took her time and tried different positions ensuring that what she first saw was indeed our baby's gender. Thank you UC BABY for making this such a fun and special experience for us. The staff was amazing , so caring and personable . My son was with us and they made him feel right at home. He even got to help with the ultrasound. The Tech was so incredibly nice and makes you feel so comfortable . She was patient and it took time but we ended up finding out the gender! We had a 3D ultrasound at 28 weeks and it allowed my partner and I to feel more connected with our little boy. As a mother carrying our son for 9 months, I felt connected right from the start but the ultrasound gave my partner something to feel connected too. It was an amazing experience. I really enjoyed seeing my partner's reaction when he saw our baby boy on the monitor.
Our dear Syrian friends had an opportunity to attend the UC Baby experience, and it was the most beautiful one ever. The owner and ultrasound technician made them feel very safe and comfortable, and treated them with such kindness and respect.
