I believe I was one of your first clients here in Winnipeg. The first time I went was to find out the gender of our baby - so excited when we heard it was a girl, and your tech was excited with us. We went again for our next pregnancy at 10 weeks, just for peace of mind as I was an "older" mommy and feeling very apprehensive. First time mother to be, friends and coworkers told me about the option to have a 3D ultrasound done. So I located UC baby and we booked it for 31 weeks. Such a great experience today. First, I was called to make sure I had the correct address, and then told to drive safely. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. The sonographer was wonderful with us, too, but especially with our 5 year old, who was very shy at the start, but felt such comfort with her after a few minutes. She got some great shots of our little guy, who is 31.5 weeks today. We were/ are so pleased with the outcome. I had my 3D ultrasound at UC Baby Toronto and it was a great experience. I did not make an earlier booking and called them in the morning requesting if they could take me in. My fiancée and I went a few weeks ago, and honestly, this was such a beautiful experience. To be able to have my fiancée actually attend an ultrasound with me during this pandemic was memorable for both of us. We were able to see our baby in 3D/4D which is INCREDIBLE! This is our first baby, so when we found out we're pregnant I searched for a good place to do a 3D Ultrasound & since most of our friends kept telling us about UC BABY we gave it a try. I've gone to UC Baby London twice now, once at 17weeks to find out my baby's gender and again today, for my final 3D ultrasound (30weeks). The technician was MORE than patient when my little girl loved to hide her face with her feet and hands, and waited until she finally revealed herself. My 5-10 minute appointment ended up being 45 minutes to an hour because we have one stubborn baby who refused to show us the gender. The ultrasound tech was so persistent and tried different ways to get the baby to work with us. I expected that the tech would only focus on the lower half of the baby because we only purchased the gender ultrasound and not one of the packages - however she showed us everything multiple times trying to get the best shot of the babies face as she could. I appreciated that we were offered a second viewing because my little guy hid from us on the first try. What's amazing was we were able to have both sets of grandparents see/hear the whole session. We were in Calgary, while they were in Saint John, NB and Minnesota! It was such a special moment to see some of his personality in utero that he still had once born was surreal (sticking out his tongue).

Just wanted to update and let everyone know I had another great experience today. The tech was wonderful! She was a sweet, gentle lady who did everything she could to make today great. I was very happy to get lots of pictures and be able to see all the things we wanted. My son also had a great time seeing his baby sister! Thanks again UC Baby for another memory of my pregnancy. I highly recommend 3D/4D ultrasound during pregnancy!

Visited UC BABY twice this pregnancy because of not only the amazing service but to be able share this unique positive experience with our families! Going to UC BABY made it so easy to convince my husband to go again because we were both so blown away with our first visit. Our first visit was at 30 weeks and our second visit was at 32 weeks. Both times we were fortunately greeted by the amazing staff. On our first visit, we were running late due to traffic yet we were still greeted with exceptional service. Not only that- we were also upgraded to an even better deal than we expected before coming in! During each session, the manager explained the packages and pricing to us prior to going in the room. She even provided some needed sugar to make sure baby will cooperate. They were so awesome that they provided an extra photo for both sides of the family to keep at the end of our second session. How thoughtful is that? Our technician addressed our questions in such a professional and respectful manner. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I really loved how she acknowledged our family members and made sure their questions and concerns were also addressed. This wonderful duo honestly blew us away with their amazing customer service and we cannot thank you enough for our memorable experience. We had an amazing experience, highly recommended! From the moment you walk in the staff were above and beyond friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure to point out lots of different features of the baby. The photos we received were high quality and we paid for the USB that contained all our photos and the videos of the entire session so that we could show family members. Excellent experience! Detailed instructions sent right to your phone, as well as directions to the office. Thorough exam with a fantastic technician who took the time to explain and show us the features of our baby. She genuinely seemed excited with us and even when baby would turn away and not cooperate, she was super patient and didn't rush us out. Such an incredible experience! Came here before three years ago with our first baby and just had to come back again for our second baby. So amazing to be able to get a sneak peek of our little peanut before the big day. Makes it that much more exciting. Such a magical moment to get a glimpse of what's going on inside you. The office was serene and calming. The receptionist dee was kind and talked to us making us feel very welcome. They took us early cause we showed up early and they could tell even at 16 weeks I was having a boy. It has been by far the best experience I had at a private ultrasound place. The technician is knowledgeable, but also funny and entertaining. She cares about customers and their experiences. I got the Heartbeat Bear as a part of the contest but she went above and beyond just giving us a plush bear. We saw our baby and had time to go over images and listen to the heartbeat.
