If I could give 100 stars, I would! The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We could not see the baby's face, and they offered another session for free to see the face. The staff was so nice and welcoming, I can't find the right words to describe how happy I am with everything! Highly recommend. It will change the whole pregnancy experience for you. They take the time to explain everything to you and offer Live Streaming. It's a blessing, especially if you are an immigrant and you have no family here. I had a 3D Ultrasound at UC BABY Surrey location and it was a great experience. The technician was very patient and waited for the baby to move as my baby was hiding her face. She even gave me time to walk around. Finally, I got to see my baby. It was such an unforgettable experience. We Had an excellent experience with UC Baby Moncton. Our baby girl was a little stubborn but the staff really took their time to make sure we got a good look at her, even offering for us to come back a few days later to try again! Very happy!
Fantastic experience! From walking in the door and being greeted immediately with a smile to the actual appointment with the ultrasound tech. She was so calm and made sure we got all the photos. Also, warm jelly, which is a super bonus for all the expecting mommas out there!
