I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut. We went to UC BABY Hamilton. We were hoping to get a quick gender determination ultrasound, but we left with so much more. We were so happy to see baby moving around in there, and seeing him in 3D was something else! The staff are lovely, professional, and so inviting. Exactly how you want the experience to be! We had the most AMAZING experience!! ❤️ Don’t walk, RUN to UC Baby to have their 3D ultrasound! We had the most incredible experience with our ultrasound technician today. She went above and beyond to capture images of our stubborn little baby, who kept putting his hands and feet in front of his face. She managed to capture some amazing images of him and his side profile and 3/4 of his face! She positioned me perfectly to ensure we could get good quality images and even knew exactly how to get him to stretch and move amniotic fluid around so he could move into better positions. We were so excited that she worked so hard to give the perfect images of our little guy. She showed us all of the core structures, we got to listen to the heartbeat, and she answered our questions in incredible detail! I would highly recommend this experience. I had a great experience, they were very informative and didn't try to upsell hard on the more expensive options available. They were very sweet to my 2 year old who came with us and included her in the experience as well. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to get more detail and find out the sex of your baby.
