We had the best experience with this company! I went two times and the lady was very nice with me and my husband and she made sure that we were happy with the results and the pictures! I’ve got the live stream to share with my family outside Canada and she even gave me for free the whole video to send them after for the ones that couldn’t watch at that time. I highly recommended!! We paid just over $300 for 2 sessions.. Comes with DVD's of each session and photos and 2 Heartbeat Bears (Twins) with a recording of each babies heartbeats :). It was an amazing experience. But when you are watching 2 hyper babies moving, it's harder to find them and zoom in for good clear shots... The technician and ladies at the front desk were very sweet... The room was very spacious and it was a great experience overall.
I am so happy with my experience today at UC Baby. I really want to thank our technician. She is a professional and amazing person. She made our experience unforgettable and marvellous. She had a lot of patience with me and my little princess. For sure I will be back in a month before my due date to try to capture more amazing memories !!!! It has been by far the best experience I had at a private ultrasound place. The technician is knowledgeable, but also funny and entertaining. She cares about customers and their experiences. I got the Heartbeat Bear as a part of the contest but she went above and beyond just giving us a plush bear. We saw our baby and had time to go over images and listen to the heartbeat. What a wonderful experience at the UC BABY Brampton. So happy i got to share it with my husband and my son. He was so excited to see his baby brother again. this was our second visit to UC Baby first time we visit was to find out baby's gender at only 16 week's so incredible how clear we got to see baby. He was tiny but I love that we were able find out baby's gender within seconds! And our second visit was a treat i was 24 weeks and 6 days. Our sweet baby boy was moving alot and again we got to see him so nice and clear. The best 3D Ultrasound! The images we purchased are just amazing! Amazing staff and an amazing clinic. They were very focused on explaining to me the packages and services to provide the best one for me - which resulted in a much better deal for me.
