We went to UC BABY Hamilton. We were hoping to get a quick gender determination ultrasound, but we left with so much more. We were so happy to see baby moving around in there, and seeing him in 3D was something else! The staff are lovely, professional, and so inviting. Exactly how you want the experience to be! My 5-10 minute appointment ended up being 45 minutes to an hour because we have one stubborn baby who refused to show us the gender. The ultrasound tech was so persistent and tried different ways to get the baby to work with us. I expected that the tech would only focus on the lower half of the baby because we only purchased the gender ultrasound and not one of the packages - however she showed us everything multiple times trying to get the best shot of the babies face as she could. I hope to come back for another ultrasound near the end of my pregnancy to get some amazing pictures! Thank you!!
We had a great experience with UC Baby and got some cute photos of our little man! I had my ultrasound at 31weeks and the details were pretty amazing to see. Certain things were pointed out to us and there was conversation during the scan, which was really nice! Some things we may not have picked up on otherwise, so this was a plus in our eyes. I have recently visited UC BABY to meet my baby niece. It is a very spacious office with very friendly and nice staff. The experience was amazing and the customer service was beyond our expectations. Wow, what a wonderful experience! Our sonographer was friendly, and got some great shots of our little one. I was so happy to hear that the staff were able to accommodate our request of not revealing our baby's gender. The sonographer made sure to tell us to "look away" when necessary and provided us with our baby's gender in an envelope upon departure, so we could find out with friends and family! I may have to come back when I am further along in my pregnancy...so much fun!
UC Baby Richmond has an amazing tech who clearly loves her job. She welcomes her customers with such a friendly smile And is descriptive when doing the scan And really takes her time, such a relaxing and warm environment!
