From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The experience overall was amazing and I will be coming back to do another one (of course if we decide to have another baby). Such a great experience! Had family from Arizona and Ontario watching the live broadcast and had my partner and older brother in the room with me - got great pictures of baby and watched baby move around and make faces smile emoticon will definitely come back for the next baby! (November 28, 2015)
UC Baby is an amazing experience and the sonographer is very good at what she does. It is such a relaxed atmosphere and it will be a memorable experience for both expecting parents, family and friends. I highly reccomend it!! 🙂
Very accommodating personnel.. good customer service.. clean and well-maintained location.. over-all a wonderful experience for parents to be.. My husband and I went there few days ago (28 gestational weeks). At first, our baby doesn’t want to cooperate and keeps on hiding her face. They are so patient with us and gave us another try. During our second round of scanning, we got really good pictures. We are so happy to see how our baby is doing inside the tummy. They are so incredibly kind here. Had a 16-week Gender Reveal, and they took their time to look at everything and allowed my husband and daughter in the room. It was the first time they ever went to an appointment with me, and it was such a special moment. Kind, informative and caring staff. I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. The staff who answers the phone and schedules all the appointments is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest, warmest human being I’ve ever met. She was absolutely meant for a career working with expectant moms. Her softness and kindness enhance the entire experience. She helps put all your nerves to rest. The sonographer points out all the baby's organs and body parts, shows you everything and explains what you’re looking at. She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to show you all that she can. The pictures and heartbeat audio are just the most reassuring thing. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have any nervousness from past losses or fertility difficulties. I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!
