I was the January winner for a Heartbeat Bear. I also upgraded to the Bronze Package so my husband, kids and I could see our baby boy. It was such an amazing experience. Our tech was amazing as our boy kept covering his face with his hands or feet. My kids thought it was funny watching their baby brother try to eat his hands. Our pictures are amazing and the receptionist even let my kids pick out their own photo which they now have in their bedrooms. Also the email link with the photos is great to share with our family who live outside the city. And the Heartbeat Bear is amazing! My son loves pressing the button and listening to his baby brother. When we had our hospital ultrasound our baby had her legs crossed the whole time. Were were disappointed not to be able to find out the gender so started searching for a private ultrasound place. All the reviews for UC BABY were positive so we scheduled our appointment. We were happy to find they could get us in within the week, working around my work schedule. The staff were all friendly and professional. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We were very excited to find our lttle one is a girl and can't wait to meet her in September. 5/5 stars! Overall great experience. I got the Ultimate Package, so we found out gender (perfectly accurate) at 16 weeks and went back at 28 weeks for another session! The baby wasn’t in the best position, so they let me come back a week later at 29 weeks. This time, we got some great photos and got to see her eyes open, yawn, and move all around. My husband and I went yesterday for our 3D ultrasound at UC BABY. What an amazing experience! The location was clean and beautiful, the technician was so sweet and really wanted us to see our baby perfectly which we did! My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender. The images of my unborn baby are the coolest thing. Most people have never seen a 3D/4D picture. My package included the blue Heartbeat Bear but they didn’t have any at the time of my appointment. I had someone set up to pick one up when they came in but that fell through. I asked them to mail my bear as I live over 2 1/2 hours away and could not come and pick it up. I enjoyed everything about UC baby! It was an all-around amazing experience! The staff were so inviting and made us feel comfortable. And I really liked the ultrasound room, so relaxing! Went above and beyond expectations when our little girl wasn't co operating for the first scan. And they managed to fit us in for a time I knew she would be active before my husband had to leave town. Very helpful and professional.
