Would recommend UC Baby a thousand times over. Our baby was breech & never cooperated with face pictures (hands and feet always covering the face). They rescheduled us several times until we were able to get some pictures of the baby’s face! The quality of the pictures was amazing but the service we received was even better. Such an amazing experience being a client for our 30-week 3D ultrasound at UC Baby. The lady was so thorough with the appointment and wanted to provide us everything that we paid for. Trying to get the baby to move to see her face better, spending a bit of extra time on the details, and explaining everything was so helpful as well. Highly recommended UC BABY to any parents-to-be. We were so impressed we ended up going twice! The images we got are so clear along with a recording of our babys heartbeat and printed photos. We also have everything saved in an online account that we can access at anytime. It was particularly special as we could send a link to our family who live so far from us in Nova Scotia and Australia so they could watch along with us live. The tech was amazing at what she does and even when our baby was not cooperating she managed to get us lots and lots of great images. Loved this amazing experience as a first-time momma. I never thought I'd get the chance to do a 3D ultrasound, the atmosphere was warming and I loved how comfortable it was. 100% would go back and do another ultrasound if I was expecting another in the future. My baby wasn't cooperating and had to come back again, and 2nd time he was being stubborn but eventually, we got to see him completely. Absolutely loved the ultrasound tech. She made it happen to make this experience enjoyable. I hope to see her again in the future Overall experience: This is something I recommend as a first-time and current parent as your curiosity always wondering what your baby will look like. And the other stuff you can get, like a Heartbeat bear and photos, ABSOLUTELY go extra with it not many people get to experience mother/parenthood. I had my ultra sound at the UC BABY Surrey location. It was a great experience to see my little girl. The staff was so kind and took there time with me so I could get good photos of my baby girl. I was supposed to have a 30 minute session and they let me watch her for 45 minutes which was nice. She was moving around so much we couldn't get enough of her! Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. I brought the whole family and we enjoyed watching our little guy move around and soothe himself to sleep by sucking his thumb. Definitely a great experience. I also seen they had a contest for a free package or a Heartbeat Bear so I entered every day and to my surprise won a bear.
