I went to UC Baby Ultrasound for my Gender Reveal scan. The technician was very interactive throughout the session and showed us some amazing shots of the baby (baby sucking fingers and much more), which is now memorable to us. She understood that we were first-time parents and made sure that we experienced the best. We never felt rushed during the session. It was more than what we expected. Very friendly staff! They were prompt at booking an appointment and sent me a confirmation text message the day before my appointment. The staff was excellent at describing the packages and helping me select one. Family is welcome for the ultrasound! The technician was very funny and talking to the baby to have her move. Beautiful experience! This is my third pregnancy and my first time getting it done. Im so happy with my results and wished I’d did it with my two previous pregnancies. I’ve bought the bronze package but leaving here wanting the gold. Worth the money and you get your baby’s precious memories for a life time.
I loved my experience!!! The tech was fantastic. She described everything we saw and took wonderful pictures. The receptionist was patient when choosing which pictures to print out and allowed my daughter to choose which bear she wanted to put the heartbeat in. We had purchased the bronze package. Our baby was not cooperating and hiding his face in the placenta. They were patient and tried everything to get him to move. I left that day empty handed and sad, but they had us come back another day ( not part of the package) and he was right there for us to see!! We had our first visit today at 25 weeks. The entire experience was incredible. It was so amazing seeing our little guy up close and personal. We purchased the Gold Package, USB recording and the Heartbeat Bear- so worth every penny. The staff was so friendly and made us all feel so welcome. We had 6 people in total and were told to bring all our family and friends. The facility is warm and inviting we will definitely recommend to family and friends. The ultrasound technician was super friendly and spoke to baby the entire visit. Our little guy was not very cooperative but she took so much time to make sure we got to see everything we wanted and get some great photos and videos. The gentleman at the front was very kind and made sure everything went smoothly from setting up the appointments to making sure we selected our favourite photos to print at the end. My husband and I won a package through a UC Baby contest for the St. John's location, and all I can say is, WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was so friendly, and super patient with getting pictures of our baby girl who kept covering her face! We felt super comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment!
