My fiancé and I went to UC Baby location today to see our baby boy and we had an amazing experience! Very professional, cozy and clean atmosphere. We had a fantastic time at UC Baby when we found out the gender of our baby and got our Heartbeat Bear. The attention is very courteous, the staff is friendly, and the process is simple and fast. I had my 3D ultrasound at UC Baby Toronto and it was a great experience. I did not make an earlier booking and called them in the morning requesting if they could take me in. They were amazing with their response, and immediately could book me in for a slot later that evening, which meant that were going to attend to me after hours! I was blown away by the customer service and a special mention to the technician. She is highly experienced and very very caring and made the whole experience very memorable for us. Good experience! Our baby was being very stubborn during the ultrasound (he didn't want to show us his face) but the ultrasound technician was very patient and tried many techniques so we could get a good picture of him. Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. I brought the whole family and we enjoyed watching our little guy move around and soothe himself to sleep by sucking his thumb. Definitely a great experience. I also seen they had a contest for a free package or a Heartbeat Bear so I entered every day and to my surprise won a bear.
