Today my family and I went to UC BABY to see a glimpse of our baby girl for the first time. What an amazing experience it was! We were treated wonderfully by the staff at UC BABY and had the most wonderful experience. During our 3D ultrasound, we were able to see our baby's face and all of her little details, fingers, toes and feet. We got to see her smiling several times and trying to suck her thumb. We purchased all of the images from our session and a video. We also have a Heartbeat Bear with her heartbeat recorded so we can listen to her heart beating years from now. We had our first visit today at 25 weeks. The entire experience was incredible. It was so amazing seeing our little guy up close and personal. We purchased the Gold Package, USB recording and the Heartbeat Bear- so worth every penny. The staff was so friendly and made us all feel so welcome. We had 6 people in total and were told to bring all our family and friends. The facility is warm and inviting we will definitely recommend to family and friends. The ultrasound technician was super friendly and spoke to baby the entire visit. Our little guy was not very cooperative but she took so much time to make sure we got to see everything we wanted and get some great photos and videos. The gentleman at the front was very kind and made sure everything went smoothly from setting up the appointments to making sure we selected our favourite photos to print at the end. I like the whole experience?gives you a great visual of the baby and the technician was so nice. She tried her hardest to get a picture of our little one's face but she wasn?t in the mood! You guys give a way better picture definitely makes it more real!

i have to say that this experience at UC BABY for the 3D ultrasound was AMAZING!!! To be honest I really didn't know what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images and what you could actually see. The technician explained everything and the ambiance of the surrounding made for an even better experience. My husband, mother-in-law and 2 year old came along and there was so much space in the room, more could have come to share this with us. We got a Heartbeat Bear, pictures and a DVD along with a CD of all the other photos that can upload and make more images from. The staff were super friendly, personable, and appeared to share in our excitement with us!! My baby’s cord was covering half his face and he would not move, so therefore the tech could not get good pictures. So, I have another appt in two weeks, complimentary! Went to UC Baby in Richmond and it was the best!! The service was great and the quality of work was amazing. I booked my appointment very last minute and they were able to set me up within a few hours. The staff were extremely friendly and were willing to stay till 5:30pm (they close at 4pm) for me. This is my first pregnancy, so being my first 3D/HD ultrasound, I was expecting an uncomfortable experience. However, I was extremely wrong. Our technician was very comforting along with being very happy and excited to meet us. We received many photos, more than I expected, and all our questions were answered. Wow, such an amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was amazing and super friendly. Although my little guy was being super shy she tried everything she could to get him to move his arm from his face and after some time pushing on him she managed to get some amazing photos to take home to my fiancé who couldn't be with me today! It was amazing to see our son and know we have something so special of his moments before he has entered the world!
