Thank you so much for your determination in getting the best pictures possible of our baby. Although our baby was a little shy, tech made sure we got a great picture of her face. Tech was great in explaining everything we were seeing and making the experience comfortable and fun. I booked here to find out the gender of my baby because I didn't want to wait- and I got so much more than I expected! The ultrasound was quite a bit longer than any other one I had, and she did both 2D and 3D. I got a CD and printed picture of my baby boys cute little face. After 30 minutes of trying to get a clear photo of the my child's face it was unsuccessful because the face of the baby was on the other side. So i was given another appointment to come in and get a free ultrasound which was later successful. So thanks to her for showing genuine concern for what i wanted. Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Very organized, was updated about my appointment and my live broadcasting via email. Very quick to respond to my questions and concerns and upon arrival it was nothing but a great experience. My mother and grandmother never had ultrasounds when they were pregnant. They were very excited to see the first picture of my baby on the screen. It was very emotional for both of them.
We had the best experience ever at the clinic this morning! Our baby girl had her hands in her face most of the time, and the technician did everything she could to get us still some beautiful pictures. The staff is so sweet and informative. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at UC BABY yesterday ❤ Our technician was very friendly and engaged in the ultrasound. We went for a gender reveal and asked not to be told but for the information to be written down on a paper and placed in a sealed envelope.
