Last Saturday my husband and I went to UC Baby to see our little one. The receptionist was very nice to us. She explained everything about the package we chose and helped us to make our account to share the ultrasound video with our family. When we started our session the technician was very patient and explained/showed us our baby during the scan and did her best to have a cute baby picture of our baby’s face. We had an amazing experience here at UC Baby in Hamilton. Both of the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. The sonographer was extremely kind and warm and made us feel so excited. She kept the gender a secret and put it in an envelope for us. We highly recommend anyone to come here for any of the amazing packages they offer! Well worth the money! The ultrasound technicians were the best. We have 3 children and went to the Vaughan location once, and the Whitby location twice. It was something we will never forget and the third child was just as exciting to us as the first. The ultrasound technicians were amazing and made us feel even more excited as they would explain what baby was doing, their bladders, etc… just an amazing experience overall 🙂 Thanks UC Baby!

The tech at UC BABY Surrey was great. She saw baby's gender almost right away but we couldn't see baby's face so she told us to take a break and walk around for 20 mins and when we came back baby had flipped! Exactly what I requested, they called me back within a few hours. There wasn't a receptionist when I arrived but it was pretty clear that it is a one person operation that day. This was truly such an amazing experience! From the second we spoke to the receptionist to check in for our appointment we knew it would be a great experience! The sonographer who gave us our ultrasound was so kind. We paid for the 15-minute appointment, and because our baby was hiding and did not want to show his face, UC Baby extended our appointment by another 15 minutes at no extra cost.
