We had a great experience with UC BABY. The staff was very friendly and they seem to have lots of experience in Ultrasound. The price is great compare to the services provided to the customers. This place is amazing! When I called I had been hoping to get an appointment that following Saturday, the receptionist was kind enough to fit us in even though they were fully booked. When we got there she was just as friendly as she was over the phone.The lady who did the ultrasound was super sweet and was very thorough, she went over our baby girls entire body so we could see her cute little nose to her tiny little feet. I was very impressed with the quality of the photos as well. My husband was skeptical at first but once we got there he was amazed and was so grateful we got to experience this. My husband and I won a package through a UC Baby contest for the St. John's location, and all I can say is, WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was so friendly, and super patient with getting pictures of our baby girl who kept covering her face! We felt super comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment! If you are considering 3D/4D/5D ultrasound, I highly recommend UC Baby. We had the most special time seeing my baby, thanks to Beth. Not only is she a professional, but she did so well at capturing my baby’s features in precise detail.. she offers such an inviting space and positive energy for myself, guests, and the baby. He was smiling the whole time! We came from Calgary & it was worth every mile and effort to come here. Great experience with our Gender Reveal appointment. The baby was not cooperating, but the sonographer spent a lot of time with us, and we got some great pictures.
