My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender. The staff and service are amazing! I went twice with this pregnancy, for gender determination and to see my baby's face later on in the pregnancy and the staff were amazing from start to finish! They help you pick the package that is best for you and they are so kind from start to finish! Went above and beyond expectations when our little girl wasn't co operating for the first scan. And they managed to fit us in for a time I knew she would be active before my husband had to leave town. Very helpful and professional. Just wanted to update and let everyone know I had another great experience today. The tech was wonderful! She was a sweet, gentle lady who did everything she could to make today great. I was very happy to get lots of pictures and be able to see all the things we wanted. My son also had a great time seeing his baby sister! Thanks again UC Baby for another memory of my pregnancy. I highly recommend 3D/4D ultrasound during pregnancy!
