The office was serene and calming. The receptionist dee was kind and talked to us making us feel very welcome. They took us early cause we showed up early and they could tell even at 16 weeks I was having a boy. I went in this afternoon at 16 for gender determination and the technician was AMAZING. I haven't had the best experience with ultrasounds in Barrie, so she was a very much appreciated breath of fresh air. She knows what she's doing, is extremely sweet and when I was really nervous and the tears were flowing just as she was about to begin she was awesome about it! I liked UC Baby because I got to finally see my baby brother/sister in 3D and 4D. My Mom showed us the black and white picture from her doctor, but it didn't even compare to the amazing pictures from UC Baby. My favorite part of the appointment was getting the Heartbeat Bear with my brother's or sister?s heartbeat inside it. I sleep with it every night, and it makes me feel that much closer to them. Thank you so much.

I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us!
