I absolutely love how friendly the staff was and how they made us feel comfortable! We were so pleased that our family was able to watch online and find out the sex of our baby with us! My sister who works in Afghanistan was thrilled to be included on this special day! Thank you UC Baby for such an amazing experience!
The staff was awesome! We went in the first time and the baby would not move so we had to make another appt, they were very accommodating and rebooked us right away. My Wife and I had an appointment at UC BABY Burnaby location last Saturday. It was fun and pleasurable experience. We loved seeing our little one and getting the vivid photos of her cute face, hands and feet. When the regular ultrasound visits could not tell us anything! The technicians always told us that the gender couldn't be determined. What do they know! You should note that we ended up having 5 medically prescribed ultrasounds and none of them could tell us. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We were able to watch our son smile, blink, stretch, kick, We saw him stick his tounge out and grab his own feet. He likes to touch his face. Truly amazing. Brings tears to my eyes. We are 30 and a half weeks pregnant and seeing him the way we did makes his pending arrival even that more special. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We purchased the Silver Package which allowed us to receive pictures and video and allowed us to share the experience live with family and friends who live all the way on the east coast. Such a great experience! Had family from Arizona and Ontario watching the live broadcast and had my partner and older brother in the room with me - got great pictures of baby and watched baby move around and make faces smile emoticon will definitely come back for the next baby! (November 28, 2015)

As a first time mom this is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with the mandatory ultrasounds I’ve had previously and those technicians always made me feel like it was my fault they couldn’t get results. Here at UC Baby, they make you feel incredibly wonderful and celebrate the new baby you’re growing! The technician here was outstanding! She’s super sweet, patient and is super kind. We’ve been yanked around the past few weeks trying to find out the sex of the baby and our sonographer at UC Baby took a mere matter of 30 seconds to find out! The atmosphere here is absolutely calming. It feels almost like a spa retreat! There is a huge TV where you can see the action happening. We were able to see so much of our baby and our amazing technician explained every little bit to us. She also let us ask any questions we had which was a bonus too! Honestly, I’d recommend this to any parent(s) who are going to have a baby. My husband and I had the best time here and if we get pregnant in the future we’re definitely coming back! Highly highly recommend!
We went to UC Baby and it was amazing! Our appointment was rescheduled to 8:45pm and the ultrasound tech was so nice and you could tell how much she enjoys what she does. This is our 4th baby and though our baby didn't want to cooperate, our tech was patient and still able to get some great photos! We went to UC Baby in Sudbury and couldn't believe the amazing service we received. This is my 4th baby, and my first time going to UC Baby, and I can't believe I didn't go sooner! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and let the whole family in the room to see the baby. What an amazing experience for not only my husband and I, but our 3 children. I cannot say enough good things about this appointment we had. The woman clearly knows her stuff and she was funny, personable and made it a fun little outing for the whole family. 10 out of 10.
