My 5-10 minute appointment ended up being 45 minutes to an hour because we have one stubborn baby who refused to show us the gender. The ultrasound tech was so persistent and tried different ways to get the baby to work with us. I expected that the tech would only focus on the lower half of the baby because we only purchased the gender ultrasound and not one of the packages - however she showed us everything multiple times trying to get the best shot of the babies face as she could. I hope to come back for another ultrasound near the end of my pregnancy to get some amazing pictures! Thank you!!
My husband and I visited this place for the first time. I had gone to another place during my previous pregnancy. But my friend recommended UC BABY and it was a wonderful experience. My husband and I saw our daughter for the first time at this place, when I was 7.5 months into my pregnancy! Can't thank our tech enough for working so hard for us to get our daughter's first visuals. Our baby is was shying away from revealing her face and our tech was not just patient but also very considerate and she let us have multiple visits so that we weren't disappointed. We had a very stubborn baby, would not show the face. Had to get up and jump around, not just once but twice. And chug an orange juice and still would not show the face. I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC BABY Whitby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. Despite the baby not co-operating, using my placenta as a pillow and facing downwards, I didn't get any pics. However the staff were very nice & accommodating and booked me in for a free session! The reception area is very clean and well presented. The live broadcasting was amazing because my family in England got to participate in my session and see everything!!! The technician was very accommodating and did the best she could to get good pics (baby very stubborn). Really nice, professional staff. Amazing photos. Our baby was hiding her face at first, and we really appreciated the time that the technician took to get really good video and photos of her face.
