We were referred here to follow up as our first ultrasound elsewhere could not 100% confirm the gender a few months ago. The staff was extremely friendly and funny, and they made you feel at ease. The tech was very personable, sweet, and caring towards us and our baby. We are definitely interested in returning closer to 32 weeks! We purchased photos and videos of the experience. I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut. Words can’t describe how great this experience was for me! It’s our first child and we were over the moon when we found out that we’re having a boy!!! Couldn’t be any more happier with my experience. Even though though he didn’t wanna cooperate and move for us the tech did everything she could to try to get him to move so we could watch. Not their fault though. Had a great 3D ultrasound experience at UC BABY St. John's. Got great pics of the face this time. The tech was awesome! I requested for her to put the pic in an envelope so my boys wouldn't know the gender. Done a reveal for the family. The 3 boys we are now expecting our precious girl. Amazing experience!! I cannot be any more pleased. I won the online contest, and I was so excited! Nothing but gratitude for our ultrasound tech!
