The staff were amazing and very accommodating! I've never been interested in the 3D ultrasound, didn't see the point... so my initial reason for going was to find out the gender because I couldn't wait. However after experiencing the whole thing I'm in awe of what they do. My baby was shy and still too small that the sonographer couldn't give us a very good look at our baby's face, but that didn't stop her from trying and she did a good job with what she had to work with! The Heartbeat Bear and the USB is also a nice touch ! It's how we told our first born that he was having a baby brother. (Not that he really understands at 2 :p but makes a good photo memory). So, in the end I went from a non believer in the whole 3D experience to a OMG EVERY PARENT NEEDS TO EXPERIENCE THIS! Worth every penny. Due to COVID, my fiancé hadn’t been allowed at any ultrasounds. This was his first time seeing his baby girl real-time and it was an incredible experience... I have found the UC Baby sonographer very caring. This was our first experience with her. She took her time and examined and scanned in detail with ultimate skills. Despite the baby not co-operating, using my placenta as a pillow and facing downwards, I didn't get any pics. However the staff were very nice & accommodating and booked me in for a free session! The reception area is very clean and well presented. The live broadcasting was amazing because my family in England got to participate in my session and see everything!!! I had my 3D Ultrasound/ HD Ultrasound at UC Baby Burnaby, and it was such a fantastic experience. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and they were super accommodating. On the day of the scan, my sonographer was extremely thorough and made an effort to get such amazing pictures for us! Really happy with my experience. They gave us two sessions because the baby was stubborn at the first. Really put a lot of effort into getting good pictures.
