The location is small but very warm and welcoming. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly and made the entire expereince something to enjoy. From beginning to end me and my family felt comfortable, had excellent conversation and she even went as far as to make sure we go to to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy would hid his face for a good portion of the session. I went in for a gender determination at 17 weeks. The staff here were so kind and even allowed for the gender to be placed in a sealed envelope so that my husband and I can find out together with family. The tech was so patient with my very uncooperative little one. Despite sugar and caffeine before the appt, baby just didn't want to move! She kindly asked me to drink some more water, do some jumping jacks and we got the shot. Can't wait to see in a couple weeks what that shot actually was of. We had our 3D Ultrasound today at UC Bay, and it was wonderful!! She was so kind and patient, and it was an amazing experience to have with my family. My husband and kids really enjoyed getting to see and watch the baby. Thank you so much for all of your kindness and patience.
