We went to UC BABY Hamilton. We were hoping to get a quick gender determination ultrasound, but we left with so much more. We were so happy to see baby moving around in there, and seeing him in 3D was something else! The staff are lovely, professional, and so inviting. Exactly how you want the experience to be! I was amazed at the experience I had at UC Baby. I loved the fact that my sister who lives elsewhere was able to experience the ultrasound with me and be there for the moment when I was told I was having a little girl. I also have the beautiful Heartbeat Bear as a reminder of that special day. Thank you UC Baby for an incredible experience I will never forget. I would definitely recommend this service.
I did the Gender Reveal at 17 weeks and had an amazing experience at the UC Baby. The staff was very friendly and gave an outstanding service. Being first-time parents, it has been very hard going to the ultrasounds and appointments alone because of covid. Fortunately, with UC Baby they allowed my boyfriend to join the appointment with me. This meant everything to both of us. He wants to be there to experience it all with me. Exactly what I requested, they called me back within a few hours. There wasn't a receptionist when I arrived but it was pretty clear that it is a one person operation that day. My wife wanted an additional ultrasound between her regularly scheduled appointments. They were able to schedule us in quickly and the ultrasound service was incredible. We purchased a package and we received an amazing video of the ultrasound session which I view on a daily basis. The ultrasound technician was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was in for a 3D ultrasound at 29 weeks and my experience was fantastic. From the friendly greeting on the admin side to the technician that showed us all kinds of angles of our baby girl. The quality of the imaging was fantastic and more then I could have expected. The immediate family to our baby are in Nova Scotia and West Virgina and they were able to watch and listen in giving them a sneak peak with out even having to be there !! We also were happy to get comforting reassurance on the gender! No need to return any cute dresses or repaint the nursery! The dvd from the session i will cherish as it is worth every penny to see her move and make expressions. I do agree that I think one great session is enough at around the 29-30 week mark in the pregnancy. I had three people in the room with me but you can take up to 5 and it doesn't have to be family so it was really fun. We made a day of it. We just had our second ultrasound with UC BABY. We had an amazing experience both times! The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They take their time to make sure every visit is experienced to its fullest! The tech always made sure we were both equally involved and that we were able to see all angles of the baby before we left (we went over our time slot but they wanted to ensure we saw everything). The staff were very kind and very involved in the whole experience. It made everything special. I very much recommend UC BABY. They are so considerate and so kind! Worth every penny and more! Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family if you wanted. My bf & I loved the sweet Bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake.
