This was our second time visiting UC Baby! My husband and I were so satisfied and happy with the service we received. This time was more special since we had our daughter, too. It was an emotional journey for us, and you were an angel by being exactly what and who we needed in these moments. Not only are we grieving my father's passing as he passed right before I was able to confirm pregnancy but I also had a miscarriage right before this baby. We really enjoyed our experience today! A very special memory for our family and friends. Can't wait to come back in five weeks for another look at our little one! Very professional and friendly service and I felt very comfortable through the entire process, unlike at a cold, sterile hospital!
My son had his head down each time we went in but my tech didn't give up. She continued to try having me come back. The care she provided was amazing and I thank her so much for trying to get me the picture I wanted. Unfortunately my son is so low and facing away so in the end we couldn't get the picture but it definitely wasn't her lack of trying. I would definitely want to go back to UC Baby! They made the experience joyful for me.
First baby and first 3D ultrasound. We had difficulty with live broadcast and the tech who did our ultrasound took the situation in hand and everything to work on wheels! She even left some comments on the screen so viewers can understand what baby does! The Images Are very clear and beautiful. When we got there our little BOY was sleeping we had to make him up and you could tell we woke him up because his mouth was open and yawning the entire time! Absolutely LOVED my 3D ultrasound experience at UC BABY! They were so kind, friendly and thoughtful. I got over 50 pictures and my Heartbeat Bear is perfect! The sonographer was absolutely fantastic with our children and making them feel included in the session. She was very professional yet super friendly and easy to speak with. I was the July 2018 Bronze Package winner & out of 3 pregnancies this ultrasound experience was the best! The staff and technician were so friendly and accommodating. They took their time & made sure we left just as excited as we came in. The pictures were so amazing, I can't wait to compare them to my little girl in a couple months.
