While we unfortunately could not get great quality photos during our 3d ultrasound because the baby was super sleepy and stubborn, I wanted to leave a review to mention how absolutely amazing our ultrasound tech was. She was so incredibly patient, and she went totally above and beyond to try and get images of our baby. While we are sad that the baby didn't cooperate enough to get good images, we are so happy with the experience we had thanks to the tech, and she confirmed the gender. We also bought a Heartbeat Bear for a keepsake. We want to thank her so much for trying so hard today for us!! 2nd visit -- UC Baby went out of their way to bring us back for a repeat session, and our baby was much more cooperative this time! It was a great experience! Very nice and welcoming staff! I was surprised that I did not have to wait. The technician did all her best to capture baby's face. I left with a bag full of brochures and small gifts. It was nice!
Wonderful atmosphere and very welcoming and inviting personnel. We had the anatomy scan elsewhere and the baby refused to cooperate. My other two kids never gave me that issue so I was devastated (thanks hormones) and called UC Baby from the parking lot. The call went to voicemail, but I did not leave a message. They called me back anyways and were able to fit me in for a gender scan and were successful! It's a girl! Either way would've been fine but I’m a planner and needed to know. So, I signed up for their contest and I actually WON! We just left after having our Bronze Package 3D ultrasound and paid the extra to get the video. Baby still wasn't overly cooperative with her hands and feet on her face, but they were super patient and managed to get a lot of good photos. Amazing experience!!!! The tech was very funny and spent extra time to ensure we left with some good pictures. We even drove an hour to come to this location because the service here was far superior to the one in our area. I had a lovely experience at UC Baby Winnipeg! They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They took their time to make sure we got a good look at baby. It felt as though the moment was just as special to them as it was to me as the mother seeing baby for the first time. We had such a wonderful experience today. Thanks to the courteous and professional staff, especially the technician who was super kind and encouraging. She really tried very hard to ensure she had the best pictures captured and was very helpful with any questions and technical explanations. Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing.
