Had a wonderful experience at the UC BABY Surrey location. The technician was patient in getting amazing photos despite my stubborn boy hidding his face. She made sure the live stream was set up so my family in Ottawa could witness the scan as well. I'll be sure to recommend this service and location to anyone interested in a 3D scan. An incredible experience! The ladies at UC BABY were fantastic. My whole family were able to come with me and my husband, and they were so happy to be a part of it! It was comfortable and fun. It's my first time to use 3d ultrasound and it was really great. My husband and my daughter really enjoyed watching our baby boy in a big screen. Even if it took us time to see the baby clear because he keeps on moving and hiding his face. The lady was very patient. She even gave me the time to go downstairs to eat without rush even if they're busy because there's already few patients by that time. They're very welcoming. The guy at the reception even chat with me while i was waiting for my turn again. They're very friendly and nice. The price that I paid for is so worth it. We went to the burnaby location for our 2nd baby..What an experience! We were thrilled to see our baby which was just like born baby face, so real! The whole family loved it as they all joined us to see the baby through live broadcasting.Amazing technology! We went there 2 years ago and it was an amazing experience. So we had to go back! Went yesterday and they are kind, caring and very nice people. We actually found out the baby didn't have a heartbeat and they were extremely amazing to us and helped us through everything to get things rolling to ensure the findings. I would recommend them over and over again because of the lovely couple who runs it.
