I went to UC Baby Ultrasound for my Gender Reveal scan. The technician was very interactive throughout the session and showed us some amazing shots of the baby (baby sucking fingers and much more), which is now memorable to us. She understood that we were first-time parents and made sure that we experienced the best. We never felt rushed during the session. It was more than what we expected. Your images were so spectacular that you made the experience REAL for our family. My brother-in-law was in London and my sister-in-law in Toronto and we were able to do online broadcast of the ultrasound session so they could be a part of that special moment. That?s when it really hit my husband for the first time, that there was a real moving, breathing, living child in there that was his own. Your technicians showed so much care in this special time and made the customer feel so special. Thank you!
Wonderful 3D ultrasound experience! My baby boy didn't want to take his hands from his face, but the technician was patient and gave me the opportunity to run and get a sugary drink to see if he would wake. She was lovely and even though I know she see tons of babies a day, and they probably all behave the same, she seemed excited seeing him move and yawn and it made my experience so enjoyable. Got an ultrasound here at UC BABY and had a great experience. The girl who runs it is extremely sweet and knowledgable. She constantly pointed out what the baby was doing, and her positions the whole time. I recommend it to anyone pregnant. I went at 18.5 weeks and brought 5 family members with me, the room was spacious enough for everyone. I got the ultrasound, DVD, photos, and bear with the heartbeat in it, and my mom, mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law (all in the US) watched from the live feed the whole time and could hear all if us in the room! Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing.
