If I could give them 6/5 stars I would. They were so friendly and I felt super comfortable. Baby was being difficult and they did everything in their power to get the shots needed. I had a lovely experience at UC Baby Winnipeg! They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They took their time to make sure we got a good look at baby. They are so incredibly kind here. Had a 16-week Gender Reveal, and they took their time to look at everything and allowed my husband and daughter in the room. It was the first time they ever went to an appointment with me, and it was such a special moment. Kind, informative and caring staff. We just got our 3D ultrasound last night. It was such an amazing experience. The staff is so nice. Just to be able to see baby suck her thumb, smile, yawn, stick her tongue out. To be able to see our little girls face features, it was such a heartfelt moment. We also took home a teddy bear with her heart beat. Was the best experience ever. My husband, myself, and my family had a wonderful experience at the West Island location. The technician and receptionist were patient and so helpful. It was an amazing and incredible experience to see our baby girl in 3D, something we will never forget. I recommend this to everyone having a baby. Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Very organized, was updated about my appointment and my live broadcasting via email. Very quick to respond to my questions and concerns and upon arrival it was nothing but a great experience.
