Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. I brought the whole family and we enjoyed watching our little guy move around and soothe himself to sleep by sucking his thumb. Definitely a great experience. I also seen they had a contest for a free package or a Heartbeat Bear so I entered every day and to my surprise won a bear. This place is amazing! When I called I had been hoping to get an appointment that following Saturday, the receptionist was kind enough to fit us in even though they were fully booked. When we got there she was just as friendly as she was over the phone.The lady who did the ultrasound was super sweet and was very thorough, she went over our baby girls entire body so we could see her cute little nose to her tiny little feet. I was very impressed with the quality of the photos as well. My husband was skeptical at first but once we got there he was amazed and was so grateful we got to experience this. We went there 2 years ago and it was an amazing experience. So we had to go back! Went yesterday and they are kind, caring and very nice people. We actually found out the baby didn't have a heartbeat and they were extremely amazing to us and helped us through everything to get things rolling to ensure the findings. I would recommend them over and over again because of the lovely couple who runs it. My wife and I were here yesterday morning and had a pleasant experience. Booking the appointment over the phone was easy, and they were flexible with appointment times. Staff was super friendly and the technician did a great job. We opted for the silver package. They threw in a few extra freebies (baby supplies), which are always great to help you figure out what you need (especially since it's our first). My wife was provided with paper towels to wipe the gel off once finished. The technician captured 74 images. As long as I get several good ones out of all those, I'm happy. What an amazing experience!! The first time we went the baby had her face covered so we were booked a second scan for free. The second time the baby was face up and she was so cute! She opened her eyes several times and was opening her mouth and making adorable puckered lips! The ultrasound tech was such a sweet lady and clearly loves her job. We had purchased the bronze package. Our baby was not cooperating and hiding his face in the placenta. They were patient and tried everything to get him to move. I left that day empty handed and sad, but they had us come back another day ( not part of the package) and he was right there for us to see!! The location is small but very warm and welcoming. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly and made the entire experience something to enjoy. From beginning to end, my family and I felt comfortable and had excellent conversation. She even went as far as to make sure we got to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy, who hid his face for a good portion of the session. We'll defintely be back soon.
