My husband and I went for a 3D ultrasound at UC BABY and had to say we had a great experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. The technician who was doing the ultrasound patiently spent time and explained every movement of the baby and let us enjoy watching our daughter with no rush ending the session. UC Baby was an amazing experience. The office had a wonderful atmosphere and the ladies were very professional. We got some beautiful picture and videos of our little princess. My family and I didn't know what to expect with the 3D ultrasound and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the manager and ultrasound technician. The technician took extra time with us and explained everything we were seeing with enthusiasm and a smile. We got to see exactly what we came for (despite having some issues with baby cooperating!) I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC BABY Whitby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. Thanks again to UC BABY! We have been three times for two pregnancies and have had a beyond amazing experience each time!! UC BABY Barrie is a 2.5 hour drive for us from North Bay, but is worth every minute of that drive! The staff were super friendly, personable, and appeared to share in our excitement with us!! My baby’s cord was covering half his face and he would not move, so therefore the tech could not get good pictures. So, I have another appt in two weeks, complimentary! I love UC Baby because it clearly shows your baby's interactions and growth development, giving not only the mother a sense of what is happening, but giving the opportunity to extended family to experience it as well. The 3D and 4D views made this new life more visibly clear, compared to the standard black and white ultrasound which can be hard to make out. This is an experience all expectant parents should definitely experience!!
