Overall our experience with UC BABY was pretty awesome. Our technician was amazing and patient, she spent extra time with us to get a full face image, as our little one was very shy and hid behind his arms and legs for most of it. Whenever I contacted UC BABY either by phone or email, the responses were always received on the same day. I was able to return for the second time because the on the first appointment, the baby kept hiding the face. I was able to bring my son and husband during both appointments so they can experience it with me. The packages are reasonably priced. Booking an appointment is easy. The technician was describing what we're seeing and what the baby is doing. It was really nice and she was really friendly. Hands down the best experience I’ve had. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Invited my whole family to come inside. Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Wow, such an amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was amazing and super friendly. Although my little guy was being super shy she tried everything she could to get him to move his arm from his face and after some time pushing on him she managed to get some amazing photos to take home to my fiancé who couldn't be with me today! It was amazing to see our son and know we have something so special of his moments before he has entered the world! We got the gender package and it was amazing! My 3 year old loved to be apart of the experience, including my fiancé and parents. The tech really took the time to explain what we were seeing and waited for her to flip around to show us who she was. Can't wait to go back a little later in my pregnancy! 5/5 stars! Overall great experience. I got the Ultimate Package, so we found out gender (perfectly accurate) at 16 weeks and went back at 28 weeks for another session! The baby wasn’t in the best position, so they let me come back a week later at 29 weeks. This time, we got some great photos and got to see her eyes open, yawn, and move all around. Wonderful staff! I have been here three times now and it has always been an amazing experience. We came for the Gender Reveal Package and the Bronze Package. During my first appointment, the baby wasn’t cooperating at all so we barely got to see his face. The ultrasound techs invited me back for a free repeat session.
