After a miscommunication with booking, a non existent appointment and an extremely upset hormonal pregnant lady, UC BABY exceeded expectations with a prompt, generous solution and we had the most amazing ultrasound. My whole family and I are extremely pleased with how the situation was handled and the outcome of our visit. If you are considering 3D/4D/5D ultrasound, I highly recommend UC Baby. We had the most special time seeing my baby, thanks to Beth. Not only is she a professional, but she did so well at capturing my baby’s features in precise detail.. she offers such an inviting space and positive energy for myself, guests, and the baby. He was smiling the whole time! We came from Calgary & it was worth every mile and effort to come here. What an amazing experience!! The first time we went the baby had her face covered so we were booked a second scan for free. The second time the baby was face up and she was so cute! She opened her eyes several times and was opening her mouth and making adorable puckered lips! The ultrasound tech was such a sweet lady and clearly loves her job. I had amazing experience at UC baby!! Very nice facility with friendly stuff. The ultrasound tech was awesome. They answered all questions and showed us the baby as long as we wanted.
