Visited UC BABY twice this pregnancy because of not only the amazing service but to be able share this unique positive experience with our families! Going to UC BABY made it so easy to convince my husband to go again because we were both so blown away with our first visit. Our first visit was at 30 weeks and our second visit was at 32 weeks. Both times we were fortunately greeted by the amazing staff. On our first visit, we were running late due to traffic yet we were still greeted with exceptional service. Not only that- we were also upgraded to an even better deal than we expected before coming in! During each session, the manager explained the packages and pricing to us prior to going in the room. She even provided some needed sugar to make sure baby will cooperate. They were so awesome that they provided an extra photo for both sides of the family to keep at the end of our second session. How thoughtful is that? Our technician addressed our questions in such a professional and respectful manner. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I really loved how she acknowledged our family members and made sure their questions and concerns were also addressed. This wonderful duo honestly blew us away with their amazing customer service and we cannot thank you enough for our memorable experience. Your images were so spectacular that you made the experience REAL for our family. My brother-in-law was in London and my sister-in-law in Toronto and we were able to do online broadcast of the ultrasound session so they could be a part of that special moment. That?s when it really hit my husband for the first time, that there was a real moving, breathing, living child in there that was his own. Your technicians showed so much care in this special time and made the customer feel so special. Thank you!
Thanks again to UC BABY! We have been three times for two pregnancies and have had a beyond amazing experience each time!! UC BABY Barrie is a 2.5 hour drive for us from North Bay, but is worth every minute of that drive! We had purchased the bronze package. Our baby was not cooperating and hiding his face in the placenta. They were patient and tried everything to get him to move. I left that day empty handed and sad, but they had us come back another day ( not part of the package) and he was right there for us to see!! The whole experience was absolutely worth every cent!! The sonographer was the sweetest I have ever had, and she made our experience of seeing our boy magical. Not only did she get the best videos and pictures, she also informed us of what was going on in every still. The vibes were amazing and made my partner and I feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment. We felt so blessed leaving knowing that our baby was happy and healthy and also glad our family was able to have been connected in real-time to see the amazing work she did. We had the most AMAZING experience!! ❤️ Don’t walk, RUN to UC Baby to have their 3D ultrasound! We had the most incredible experience with our ultrasound technician today. She went above and beyond to capture images of our stubborn little baby, who kept putting his hands and feet in front of his face. She managed to capture some amazing images of him and his side profile and 3/4 of his face! She positioned me perfectly to ensure we could get good quality images and even knew exactly how to get him to stretch and move amniotic fluid around so he could move into better positions. We were so excited that she worked so hard to give the perfect images of our little guy. She showed us all of the core structures, we got to listen to the heartbeat, and she answered our questions in incredible detail! I would highly recommend this experience.
