I visited this location for a 3D ultrasound and selected the Bronze Package. Our baby did not cooperate with feet and hands, both hiding the face. The ultrasound tech was so kind she offered us to come back and try again free of cost. The overall experience was lovely. We just had our UC BABY 3D ultrasound session today and we really loved it! People there were very approachable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a very comfortable visit and we appreciate the patience of the technician while we're having the 3D session as our baby is not cooperating well. We were in Ontario visiting the in-laws (from Nova Scotia) & we had a great time seeing our 2nd little guy, the family loved it! We got the Silver Package & planned on getting the Heartbeat Bear just like we did with our 1st little guy. We couldn't get any good face views so they gave us the Heartbeat Bear for free! I absolutely loved the experience.. I didn't have the 3D ultrasound with my first, so I really wanted to do it this time around! I am so glad I did! It was amazing! I saw my baby boy and he was so perfect, looked just like my first. My mother-in-law was able to watch from her home in Calgary. I also have the Heartbeat Bear, what a terrific idea!...

We had a wonderful family experience at UC BABY! The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help entertain our daughter who can along for the experience. Our 3d ultrasound technician was very nice and informative, taking the time to help us see every detail of our baby and make the overall experience fun. I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would. They were so friendly and I felt super comfortable. Baby was being difficult and they did everything in their power to get the shots needed.
