I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. The staff who answers the phone and schedules all the appointments is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest, warmest human being I’ve ever met. She was absolutely meant for a career working with expectant moms. Her softness and kindness enhance the entire experience. She helps put all your nerves to rest. The sonographer points out all the baby's organs and body parts, shows you everything and explains what you’re looking at. She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to show you all that she can. The pictures and heartbeat audio are just the most reassuring thing. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have any nervousness from past losses or fertility difficulties. Wow! What an amazing experience!! I just saw my sister’s live broadcast of her ultrasound session and it was terrific! It was amazing to see how clear you could see the baby. My husband and I visited UC BABY yesterday for our second time. First appointment was to find out the gender and second was to see our beautiful baby boy's face. The staff there were very friendly and attentive both times. The tech is super sweet but didn't talk much in the gender appointment (which was fine with me, our baby was covering himself with his hand in the beginning and I really wanted her to be sure and she was!!). On our second appointment we had the same tech, she was so kind and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. I would go back for a third and fourth time! What an amazing experience we had yesterday seeing our sweet baby boy on the big screen and the prints we received were absolutely beautiful! Our baby didn't want to cooperate to see his whole face for the first while but the technician was so wonderful and did everything she could to get us some great shots and get the baby moving! Having my 3D ultrasound done at UC BABY was such an amazing experience. I got to come back twice as my baby was being stubborn and wouldn’t show the face for us. Second time was amazing. I was here at UC BABY Whitby clinic today to meet my little prince 🙂 We were late about 15min to our session and worried if we would have time to have our whole session or be rushed into it. Even though it was our mistake that we arrived late, the staff were so kind and understanding and were able to complete our whole session. Our experience was great, staff was so nice and helpful. This place was highly recommended by my wife friends. They said they had fantastic experience and told us we had to go. .My wife and I went two days ago to learn the sex of the baby but ended up getting a package because they have different affordable packages that will suit to everyone for sure. We had superb and amazing experience! Place is clean and very nice.The staff there are very courteous and very professional. We totally enjoyed our time there. Our technician took her time to show us all the different angles of our baby and the service desk was very helpful in explaining us all of the packages that we had no idea exists. We ended up getting one actually because its really a good deal. We loved seeing our little one in 3D/4D.
