It was my first time at any 3D ultrasound and I'm very glad I got to experience it with UC BABY! My baby was being stubborn but they let us stay until she decided to show her face, I really enjoyed that. Very nice staff and the place itself is very cozy and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! We had the most amazing experience here today. The tech was wonderful. We got some really great pictures and video to download from home. We also purchased the Heartbeat Bear, which is also lovely. I had such an amazing appointment yesterday. The lady at the desk was very welcoming started a great conversation, very nice. The technician was super nice, took her time showing us the baby. I love my printed pictures that she was able to get. We found out the gender and also got to hear the baby's heart beat. The ladies were wonderful!! Despite the baby not co-operating, using my placenta as a pillow and facing downwards, I didn't get any pics. However the staff were very nice & accommodating and booked me in for a free session! The reception area is very clean and well presented. The live broadcasting was amazing because my family in England got to participate in my session and see everything!!! Due to Covid 19, my husband hasn't been able to accompany me to any prenatal appointments. I am SO glad we booked this ultrasound with UC Baby. This was his first experience seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat, and he was very excited to come! The day before we received very detailed directions to the facility, and instructions on what to do for Covid protocols. Our tech was so professional and personable and just gave us an amazing experience together.
