Loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I also loved that my family in different provinces were able to watch the session LIVE! I went three times to UC Baby in Ottawa, and loved every second of my ultrasounds.

I so loved my ultrasound at UC BABY. I'm going to have to dig it out again, but it was remarkable just how accurate it was when he was born as to the picture from our ultrasound. Just as cool, to me, he has this habit of holding his hands over his ears if he's feeling emotional and we noticed he did that a lot in the ultrasound. Some behaviours are just ingrained, I think.
Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing. Having my 3D ultrasound done at UC BABY was such an amazing experience. I got to come back twice as my baby was being stubborn and wouldn’t show the face for us. Second time was amazing. What an amazing experience! I was very early on in my pregnancy with twins and just wanted my mind put at ease about how the pregnancy was progressing. Their sonographer was the most thorough person I have ever met. She addressed every single on of my concerns and kept me in the room for nearly 45 minutes! She let me listen to both babies heartbeats more than several times and continued to show me them over and over again. She never made me feel rushed. The price was unbeatable! Best money I had ever spent. I would have gladly paid triple what I actually paid. I will definitely be back later on in the pregnancy to see my babies again! We had an excellent experience at UC Baby! The sonographer who works in the evenings is extremely professional and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys her job. She was kind and extremely generous. Wow, what a wonderful experience! Our sonographer was friendly, and got some great shots of our little one. I was so happy to hear that the staff were able to accommodate our request of not revealing our baby's gender. The sonographer made sure to tell us to "look away" when necessary and provided us with our baby's gender in an envelope upon departure, so we could find out with friends and family! I may have to come back when I am further along in my pregnancy...so much fun!
