I am just so happy with my 3D ultrasound experience here. This is my second baby and didn't do this with our first. It was so cool. Everyone was so nice and went out of there way to make you happy and have a good experience. I went for a gender reveal and I am hoping to go back when I'm 30 weeks for a 3D experience. We had such a wonderful experience today. Thanks to the courteous and professional staff, especially the technician who was super kind and encouraging. She really tried very hard to ensure she had the best pictures captured and was very helpful with any questions and technical explanations. Despite the baby not co-operating, using my placenta as a pillow and facing downwards, I didn't get any pics. However the staff were very nice & accommodating and booked me in for a free session! The reception area is very clean and well presented. The live broadcasting was amazing because my family in England got to participate in my session and see everything!!! The technician was very accommodating and did the best she could to get good pics (baby very stubborn). i have to say that this experience at UC BABY for the 3D ultrasound was AMAZING!!! To be honest I really didn't know what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images and what you could actually see. The technician explained everything and the ambiance of the surrounding made for an even better experience. My husband, mother-in-law and 2 year old came along and there was so much space in the room, more could have come to share this with us. We got a Heartbeat Bear, pictures and a DVD along with a CD of all the other photos that can upload and make more images from. Wonderful experience at UC BABY. They were so friendly, and made me comfortable all the time. First time i went, we couldn’t get a good picture, because my baby was hiding all the time. They offered another ultrasound later to get a better picture. I was more than happy. There are no words to describe the feeling when you see your baby. And of course friendly staff makes you feel more comfortable and relaxed during appointment. I went there with my 3 year old son, and he was active jumping around all the ultrasound room. We got the Gold Package with Gender Determination and added photos, DVD and the Heartbeat Bear and it is worth every penny. We could not have been happier with our experience! The technician and the office manager are extremely friendly and funny. They entertained all our guests and we all had such a memorable time. They made the experience so exciting!!
