After 30 minutes of trying to get a clear photo of the my child's face it was unsuccessful because the face of the baby was on the other side. So i was given another appointment to come in and get a free ultrasound which was later successful. So thanks to her for showing genuine concern for what i wanted. Just wanted to let you know that I had the most amazing time at UC baby. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the 3D ultrasound. Hands down the best experience I’ve had. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Invited my whole family to come inside. Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The technician was so kind and got some amazing photos. Very interactive with my guests, understanding and compassionate with me. For a first time experience i absolutely enjoyed it.watching her movements and seeing her smile made me cry. It was amazing how we even got a funny picture of baby girl covering her bum like she didnt want us to see. I would so go back and do it all again with the next baby. (Dec 12, 2015)
Such an amazing experience being a client for our 30-week 3D ultrasound at UC Baby. The lady was so thorough with the appointment and wanted to provide us everything that we paid for. Trying to get the baby to move to see her face better, spending a bit of extra time on the details, and explaining everything was so helpful as well.
