Went to UC Baby in Richmond and it was the best!! The service was great and the quality of work was amazing. I booked my appointment very last minute and they were able to set me up within a few hours. The staff were extremely friendly and were willing to stay till 5:30pm (they close at 4pm) for me. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at UC BABY yesterday. Our technician was very friendly and engaged in the ultrasound. We went for a gender reveal and asked not to be told but for the information to be written down on a paper and placed in a sealed envelope. Great experience! At first we didn’t think we would get the gender as he/she was enjoying sitting on their head but before we were done we managed to have the gender written down for our gender reveal at the end of next month. Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing. I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. I didn't get the opportunity to go to UC Baby with this pregnancy, and I hate to say it, but the same bond just isn't there. I really don't like not knowing what I'm having....But I guess I will find out in less than 6 weeks. The atmosphere where I went was very professional and inviting, the staff were very warm and friendly.
