The tech at UC BABY Surrey was great. She saw baby's gender almost right away but we couldn't see baby's face so she told us to take a break and walk around for 20 mins and when we came back baby had flipped! I was amazed at the experience I had at UC Baby. I loved the fact that my sister who lives elsewhere was able to experience the ultrasound with me and be there for the moment when I was told I was having a little girl. I also have the beautiful Heartbeat Bear as a reminder of that special day. Thank you UC Baby for an incredible experience I will never forget. I would definitely recommend this service.
Wonderful staff! I have been here three times now and it has always been an amazing experience. We came for the Gender Reveal Package and the Bronze Package. During my first appointment, the baby wasn’t cooperating at all so we barely got to see his face. The ultrasound techs invited me back for a free repeat session. This is my first baby, and this experience was hands down the most amazing one my partner and I have had thus far. The UC Baby clinic was comfortable, cozy, and warm... even the gel was warm! The sonographer was wonderful and caring and did everything she could to make my experience better than the regional hospital did. She really enjoys what she does, and I'll remember her forever. My husband and I had an amazing experience at UC baby. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. The technician was very good at explaining exactly what we were seeing and letting us know our little one was doing just fine. Our main purpose for going was to find out the gender of our baby but we left with so much more. We will definitely always remember our great experience at UC Baby! Wow, what a great experience! Very personal, comfortable, and professional. Great staff and very organized and no waiting. Well worth the money since we felt like it was such a treat. The tech tried really hard to get a good face shot since she was covering her face. Very special!
The staff was awesome! We went in the first time and the baby would not move so we had to make another appt, they were very accommodating and rebooked us right away.
