We went there 2 years ago and it was an amazing experience. So we had to go back! Went yesterday and they are kind, caring and very nice people. We actually found out the baby didn't have a heartbeat and they were extremely amazing to us and helped us through everything to get things rolling to ensure the findings. I would recommend them over and over again because of the lovely couple who runs it. It was my first time at any 3D ultrasound and I'm very glad I got to experience it with UC BABY! My baby was being stubborn but they let us stay until she decided to show her face, I really enjoyed that. Very nice staff and the place itself is very cozy and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! I just wanted to thank you both for your wonderful service and a great experience. It's refreshing to come across such genuine kindness and understanding. You can tell when business owners are passionate about what they do. We got to see our baby girl and the tech was so funny and sweet she made it such an enjoyable experience, calling her "gorgeous" and "sweetie" taking her time to explain what she saw and that she looked healthy. Went for a 20 week gender scan & now a 4D ultrasound at 29 weeks. We had the same tech both times & she was amazing! Loved seeing our baby girl change in the 9 weeks apart. Highly recommend it. We had the best experience at UC Baby in Winnipeg. The facility was clean and the staff were so welcoming and fun. They accommodated our request to keep the results a secret and we loved our visit. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
We have been to UC Baby twice now, once for a 3D ultrasound of our son in 2021 and last week for an early gender screen. We have had an excellent experience both times, The receptionist is super lovely, very personable and makes you feel at ease. The ultrasound tech was fantastic; she thoroughly explained everything she saw and really made sure she had the correct gender prior to telling us.
