My wife and I had a wonderful experience at UC Baby. A very professional operation with a clean and comfortable setting. The technician, Freda, was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome as she was kind, friendly and accommodating. The image quality was very good. I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us! I highly recommend UC Baby 3D Ultrasound. They are very lovely, attentive, helpful, welcoming and professional, so I felt so comfortable. I would really and truly like to thank you for the experience you shared with me and my family today. It was an emotional journey for us, and you were an angel by being exactly what and who we needed in these moments. Not only are we grieving my father's passing as he passed right before I was able to confirm pregnancy but I also had a miscarriage right before this baby. We had an amazing 3D ultrasound experience at UC BABY. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere of the viewing rooms was so calming and comfortable.
