My husband and I visited this place for the first time. We had a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and supportive. You will find the place super comfy, clean and surrounded by a positive environment with an incredible customer service. Also, the ultrasound tech explained every detail about our baby. We had the best experience ever at the clinic this morning! Our baby girl had her hands in her face most of the time, and the technician did everything she could to get us still some beautiful pictures. The staff is so sweet and informative. Loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I also loved that my family in different provinces were able to watch the session LIVE! I went three times to UC Baby in Ottawa, and loved every second of my ultrasounds.
I had the most beautiful experience at UC Baby 3D ultrasound. They take the time to make your experience truly amazing. They don't rush. It's so worth the money ! Amazing experience! They were very professional and attentive. The price is very good and transparent, there was no wait time and they really take the time to get the best 3D pictures of the baby. Today was a great expierence for me and my family, we had lots of laughs. The room is beautifully set up, and I feel that our 3d ultrasound technician really knows her stuff. She put classical music on and there were 3 screens to see the baby. She was able to tell us the gender and we got to see my child smile.
