Wonderful experience at UC BABY. They were so friendly, and made me comfortable all the time. First time i went, we couldn’t get a good picture, because my baby was hiding all the time. They offered another ultrasound later to get a better picture. I was more than happy. There are no words to describe the feeling when you see your baby. And of course friendly staff makes you feel more comfortable and relaxed during appointment. I went there with my 3 year old son, and he was active jumping around all the ultrasound room. Wow! What an amazing experience! I went for a gender determination ultrasound at 19.5 weeks. Unfortunately, our little 'man' was not very co-operative during the ultrasound. They were able to give us the gender, but they had hoped to give us a nice photo of his face...Our little one wanted nothing to do with that, but not from lack of trying on the ultrasonographers part. She was amazing! She tried so hard to get us the best images possible. Even though he buried his face in my placenta the entire time, we still have some wonderful pictures. We will definitely be going back around 30 weeks and try again for a face picture. I want to thank the staff at UC BABY for being so amazing and taking their time with me. They knew that our little miracle is just that, a miracle, and they made me feel wonderful! I would really and truly like to thank you for the experience you shared with me and my family today. It was an emotional journey for us, and you were an angel by being exactly what and who we needed in these moments. Not only are we grieving my father's passing as he passed right before I was able to confirm pregnancy but I also had a miscarriage right before this baby. You made it memorable, sympathetic and such a beautiful moment that we all got to share with each other, with my mom present. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If anyone is looking to have a very intimate and fun moment, the UC Baby Newmarket location is the place to be. The sonographer explained what we were looking at and shared the excitement of seeing the clear features of the baby. You will not regret it.
