I had a wonderful experience at UC BABY Vaughan. The receptionist and the technician were friendly and patient. I went in for a 15-min session but the tech was nice and genuine enough to push it to 30 mins as we had trouble seeing our baby’s face. First time mother to be, friends and coworkers told me about the option to have a 3D ultrasound done. So I located UC baby and we booked it for 31 weeks. What an amazing experience myself and the father-to-be had at UC Baby. The technician was really helpful answering questions and showing us exactly what we were looking at. She was also very patient with getting cute photos for us to keep on the usb drive. We're so happy we had the 3D done because we have an amazing memory to keep and show our family and baby when she is older. I was in for a 3D ultrasound at 29 weeks and my experience was fantastic. From the friendly greeting on the admin side to the technician that showed us all kinds of angles of our baby girl. The quality of the imaging was fantastic and more then I could have expected. The immediate family to our baby are in Nova Scotia and West Virgina and they were able to watch and listen in giving them a sneak peak with out even having to be there !! We also were happy to get comforting reassurance on the gender! No need to return any cute dresses or repaint the nursery! The dvd from the session i will cherish as it is worth every penny to see her move and make expressions. I do agree that I think one great session is enough at around the 29-30 week mark in the pregnancy. I had three people in the room with me but you can take up to 5 and it doesn't have to be family so it was really fun. We made a day of it. I had the most amazing experience of my life (so far)!!! The only better thing will be meeting my sweet boy. The staff are lovely. They make you feel so much at home. It was a very emotional and satisfying experience. I would like to thank UC Baby for providing such a good service. I loved my technician. She was very professional and very friendly. She walked us through the ultrasound very patiently. The baby was sleeping and hiding but with the tech's experience we got the baby movin' and shkin' and we were able to capture some beautiful memories in our minds, hearts ,on DVD & pictures! This was truly such an amazing experience! From the second we spoke to the receptionist to check in for our appointment we knew it would be a great experience! The sonographer who gave us our ultrasound was so kind. We paid for the 15-minute appointment, and because our baby was hiding and did not want to show his face, UC Baby extended our appointment by another 15 minutes at no extra cost. Fantastic experience! Ultrasound tech advised us she would be late due to a personal emergency. She communicated well with us and provided a few options. We decided to just stay in touch and go with the flow. The appointment ended up being on time anyways, and she was fabulous, friendly, and upbeat! 10 out of 10, I would recommend! I had such an amazing appointment yesterday. The lady at the desk was very welcoming started a great conversation, very nice. The technician was super nice, took her time showing us the baby. I love my printed pictures that she was able to get. We found out the gender and also got to hear the baby's heart beat. The ladies were wonderful!!
