The office was serene and calming. The receptionist dee was kind and talked to us making us feel very welcome. They took us early cause we showed up early and they could tell even at 16 weeks I was having a boy. UC Baby was great, there was a nice atmosphere and play area for toddlers. The staff were very pleasant and made sure we got the best out of our experience! We absolutely loved our experience with UC Baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The space felt safe, clean, and comfortable. It was amazing to have the experience of finding out the gender and hearing the heartbeats with my husband able to join me. I had my 3D ultrasound done at the UC BABY Barrie location. The technician was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything that the baby was doing and was able to get us an amazing photo that we will cherish forever. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The experience overall was amazing and I will be coming back to do another one (of course if we decide to have another baby). What a cool experience!! We went in with no expectations as we had heard baby might not cooperate but that definitely wasn't the case for us! Baby was face up the whole time sleeping and then gave us a big yawn and opened his eyes TWICE! Who knew they could open their eyes?! We won the Bronze Package draw and went in to get scanned. Our baby was not cooperative so we couldn’t get nice pictures but our tech was super sweet and allowed us to come back for a re-scan. We went back today but once again, my little stubborn baby didn’t want to show her face. The technician was very patient and nice about the whole thing. She knew different tricks to get the baby to move so that we could get nice pictures. She is very sweet and professional and we would recommend this service to anyone who is expecting.
