Highly recommended UC BABY to any parents-to-be. We were so impressed we ended up going twice! The images we got are so clear along with a recording of our babys heartbeat and printed photos. We also have everything saved in an online account that we can access at anytime. It was particularly special as we could send a link to our family who live so far from us in Nova Scotia and Australia so they could watch along with us live. The tech was amazing at what she does and even when our baby was not cooperating she managed to get us lots and lots of great images. Thank you so much for your determination in getting the best pictures possible of our baby. Although our baby was a little shy, tech made sure we got a great picture of her face. Tech was great in explaining everything we were seeing and making the experience comfortable and fun. We had such a great experience at UC Baby! My wife and I were really interested in learning the gender of our baby and possibly leaving with a few pictures. We called, and the man who answered was helpful and nice and booked us right away. We showed up an hour later and received a very warm greeting. When we saw the technician, she was so friendly and funny and made the experience very memorable and lovely for both of us. Both of these incredible staff members put any doubts we had to rest! Absolutely wonderful experience with our baby's ultrasound! Seeing our little one's movements and hearing the heartbeat was incredibly reassuring and emotional. Our 3D ultrasound session went amazing, my family and I enjoy it. It was very personal, relax and welcoming place. I will definitely be going back. They did everything in front of you. A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. A live streaming app from our phone devices were made available for those who remained in the waiting room between viewings. Such a great experience today. First, I was called to make sure I had the correct address, and then told to drive safely. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. The sonographer was wonderful with us, too, but especially with our 5 year old, who was very shy at the start, but felt such comfort with her after a few minutes. She got some great shots of our little guy, who is 31.5 weeks today. We were/ are so pleased with the outcome. The setting is calm and comforting, and the bathroom is super clean (I look at those details ?). We've already framed one of the pictures and put it in our 5 year old's room, as per his request.
