i have to say that this experience at UC BABY for the 3D ultrasound was AMAZING!!! To be honest I really didn't know what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images and what you could actually see. The technician explained everything and the ambiance of the surrounding made for an even better experience. My husband, mother-in-law and 2 year old came along and there was so much space in the room, more could have come to share this with us. We got a Heartbeat Bear, pictures and a DVD along with a CD of all the other photos that can upload and make more images from. I am truly happy i found UC Baby. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful and the technicians are very accomodating, friendly and super professional. I've Been there for my baby's Ultrasound about 4 times and just about to schedule my last one at 36 weeks. I feel so happy every time i go there. They make me feel super special. UC Baby (Edmonton) was for me one of the best experiences in service yet. Getting to see your baby weeks early in itself is a blessing but to have it be made so special for me, the client, was so awesome. I had a lazy baby and didn't want to move at our session. We were invited back at a time that would suit baby and had a bit better outing. We were AGAIN invited back at no extra charge at a convenient time for us. Thank goodness baby was a bit more outgoing this time. I look forward to using UC Baby for my future pregnancy, when I have caught up on some sleep! 🙂
I won a free Bronze Package through the UC Baby Instagram page. I paid the difference to have the Silver Package. It was definitely worth it. It was exciting to see my little girl's face for the first time, and it was extra special that her 5-year-old sister got to experience it with me. The staff were extremely friendly and inviting, and made everything run smoothly, even when our little one didn't want to cooperate for her photos. What I like most about UC Baby is their customer service and high standards. No matter which location you visit (I have been to 3 and will visit my 4th in just a few weeks), they are always helpful and kind. They do their best to get you the pictures and video you dream of. The technicians go above and beyond to offer extended times or second visits when your little one(s) will not cooperate.
I haven't had the privilege to visit your St. John's location yet, but I am anxiously awaiting my appointment in March. I have read many stories and heard many stories from friends who all had wonderful experiences at UC Baby. I was told that the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and that the overall experience is amazing. I can't wait to see my baby in 4D and to find out what we are having. I am glad we get to do this at UC Baby!
