Staff was super friendly. Great location and beautiful office. Our technician was the best! Described everything we were seeing and invited us to ask lots of questions. They don't rush you through anything. Such an enjoyable experience compared to regular clinical ultrasounds you simply get to sit back and enjoy getting to know your baby and their little quirks. I just had the most unbelievable experience today
My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender. Very pleasant staff and an unforgettable experience. Everything was incredibly relaxing and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We went in to find the gender of our little one because our Anatomy scans (x3 due to uncooperative baby) did not work out to give us a definitive answer! Within moments of seeing our little one on screen and multiple times before leaving we were shown it is in fact a baby girl! My husband and I really felt it was special and worth everything and more. Thank you for such a great experience! We did not want to find out the gender and were worried that this wouldn't be worth it or that the lady might reveal it by mistake. We were very wrong! The tech was very educational. She explained a lot and kept the appointment very personal. I had my 3D ultrasound done at this location at 25 weeks. I must say this was an amazing experience! The technician explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel so comfortable. The place is super clean, and of course just like anywhere you may have to wait a little bit. It is well worth the wait! The technician got amazing pictures of our little girl. I recommend purchasing the USB stick so you can have all of the pictures the technician gets! The video is also amazing, being able to see your baby moving around in there it's unreal.
