From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The experience overall was amazing and I will be coming back to do another one (of course if we decide to have another baby). We just had our second ultrasound with UC BABY. We had an amazing experience both times! The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They take their time to make sure every visit is experienced to its fullest! The tech always made sure we were both equally involved and that we were able to see all angles of the baby before we left (we went over our time slot but they wanted to ensure we saw everything). The staff were very kind and very involved in the whole experience. It made everything special. I very much recommend UC BABY. They are so considerate and so kind! Worth every penny and more! My husband, myself, and my family had a wonderful experience at the West Island location. The technician and receptionist were patient and so helpful. It was an amazing and incredible experience to see our baby girl in 3D, something we will never forget. I recommend this to everyone having a baby. We had an amazing experience, highly recommended! From the moment you walk in the staff were above and beyond friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure to point out lots of different features of the baby. The photos we received were high quality and we paid for the USB that contained all our photos and the videos of the entire session so that we could show family members. It was my first time at any 3D ultrasound and I'm very glad I got to experience it with UC BABY! My baby was being stubborn but they let us stay until she decided to show her face, I really enjoyed that. Very nice staff and the place itself is very cozy and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! Love the staff here. They are so nice and they makes you feel relaxed, and the picturs and videos are amazing. And when you go into the room it's way nicer then an actual ultrasound room. If I ever have more kids, I will be going here again. I couldn't ask for anything better, so worth the drive from Grand Falls and so worth the money 🙂 Thanks so much!!!!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!
