I will be honest: I was skeptical about spending the money; I went with the cheapest option (Gender Reveal), as my husband wouldn’t be here for the anatomy scan. I can say with confidence that it was completely worth it. The atmosphere and experience alone are things you don’t get at the hospital. The sonographer was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we spent 20 minutes there and were unable to tell the gender, as the baby was down too low. I was advised to drink more water and come back the same day, and we were instantly able to determine the gender. We went for a 3D ultrasound. UC Baby really goes above and beyond to give you a great experience. My little one wasn't being very cooperative and the technician remained patient. Loved this amazing experience as a first-time momma. I never thought I'd get the chance to do a 3D ultrasound, the atmosphere was warming and I loved how comfortable it was. 100% would go back and do another ultrasound if I was expecting another in the future. My baby wasn't cooperating and had to come back again, and 2nd time he was being stubborn but eventually, we got to see him completely. Absolutely loved the ultrasound tech. She made it happen to make this experience enjoyable. I hope to see her again in the future Overall experience: This is something I recommend as a first-time and current parent as your curiosity always wondering what your baby will look like. And the other stuff you can get, like a Heartbeat bear and photos, ABSOLUTELY go extra with it not many people get to experience mother/parenthood. I appreciated that we were offered a second viewing because my little guy hid from us on the first try. What's amazing was we were able to have both sets of grandparents see/hear the whole session. We were in Calgary, while they were in Saint John, NB and Minnesota! It was such a special moment to see some of his personality in utero that he still had once born was surreal (sticking out his tongue).
Wonderful staff! I have been here three times now and it has always been an amazing experience. We came for the Gender Reveal Package and the Bronze Package. During my first appointment, the baby wasn’t cooperating at all so we barely got to see his face. The ultrasound techs invited me back for a free repeat session. We paid just over $300 for 2 sessions.. Comes with DVD's of each session and photos and 2 Heartbeat Bears (Twins) with a recording of each babies heartbeats :). It was an amazing experience. But when you are watching 2 hyper babies moving, it's harder to find them and zoom in for good clear shots... The technician and ladies at the front desk were very sweet... The room was very spacious and it was a great experience overall.

Just wanted to update and let everyone know I had another great experience today. The tech was wonderful! She was a sweet, gentle lady who did everything she could to make today great. I was very happy to get lots of pictures and be able to see all the things we wanted. My son also had a great time seeing his baby sister! Thanks again UC Baby for another memory of my pregnancy. I highly recommend 3D/4D ultrasound during pregnancy!
