Wonderful experience at UC BABY. They were so friendly, and made me comfortable all the time. First time i went, we couldn’t get a good picture, because my baby was hiding all the time. They offered another ultrasound later to get a better picture. I was more than happy. There are no words to describe the feeling when you see your baby. And of course friendly staff makes you feel more comfortable and relaxed during appointment. I went there with my 3 year old son, and he was active jumping around all the ultrasound room. Its a great place to get your 3D ultrasound done. Very nice and friendly place. We were returning clients since we are having 2nd baby...and we would not go anywhere else. 5 stars!
It was my first time at any 3D ultrasound and I'm very glad I got to experience it with UC BABY! My baby was being stubborn but they let us stay until she decided to show her face, I really enjoyed that. Very nice staff and the place itself is very cozy and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! Exactly what I requested, they called me back within a few hours. There wasn't a receptionist when I arrived but it was pretty clear that it is a one person operation that day. We did a 5D ultrasound at UC Baby. The experience from booking until the end of the appointment was amazing! The receptionist was very patient, explained all the packages to me and helped me pick the most suitable option. We were able to get an appointment within just 2 days! When me and my partner arrived the day of, we were greeted enthusiastically, and there was no wait time for our appointment. The sonographer was really empathetic and was happy to answer all our questions. The session with her was very comfortable, fun and relaxing. She took as many photos as she could during a mere 15-minute session . We got lots of cute pictures, and we were not pushed into any “up-selling”, it was chill and laid back. Before we left, we were given a nice goodie bag of practical baby stuff. Dee and Dr Maha also shared some insights and made us feel at ease since this is our first baby. It was amazing! We got to see our prince and know he was a boy before we met him!! Our sonographer was amazing and so sweet with the sessions! Would recommend this service to anyone expecting!! 🙂
Staff was wonderful! My baby was stubborn and had the umbilical cord between his legs so we weren’t 100% sure if it was a boy! The ultrasound tech let us come back after an appointment that was after us! A 15min appointment turned into 30min appointment! So appreciative and grateful that they were able to and willing to continue looking for the baby’s gender! I cannot wait until October when I will see my baby boy in 3D/4D! We came in today for a last minute appointment for a 3D ultrasound and they were able to accommodate me even on a busy day! I loved the experience! The tech was so nice and sweet! I went to the other 3D place for the gender assessment and it was cheaper, but with UC BABY you do get so much more and a nicer experience. You also get an awesome gift afterwards!
