For my 2nd child I decided to do 3D pictures with UC Baby. First off, the service was top notch. They made me feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole process. Their rapport with their client is truly exceptional as their humour created an even better experience than expected. They were able to capture such great shots of my baby even though she liked to hide her face. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely come back for my future babies. When we first went into the UC Baby, we were blown away how comfortable it was! The giant screen in front of us, the couch and comfy pillows everywhere was the first sign that I knew we were going to have a great time. Being in a completely different province from our families has always been hard, but to have UC Baby allow our families to watch the Live Broadcast and see our child all together was so amazing! It was one of the best experiences in my pregnancy and my life.

A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. A live streaming app from our phone devices were made available for those who remained in the waiting room between viewings. I had a fantastic appointment here, it was 100% worth it, and I would highly recommend this experience to expecting parents. Our technician went above and beyond to get wonderful images. Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family if you wanted. My bf & I loved the sweet Bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake.
