The ultrasound technician is amazing and gave all the time for the baby to move and show up and give you all the time to make your experience more enjoyable. We won the Bronze Package draw and went in to get scanned. Our baby was not cooperative so we couldn’t get nice pictures but our tech was super sweet and allowed us to come back for a re-scan. We went back today but once again, my little stubborn baby didn’t want to show her face. The technician was very patient and nice about the whole thing. She knew different tricks to get the baby to move so that we could get nice pictures. She is very sweet and professional and we would recommend this service to anyone who is expecting. It's our first baby and we decided to come to UCBABY to get a close look of our little boy! The staff and technician are very friendly and professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and it was easy to change our time. It was a very satisfying experience and we would highly recommend UC BABY. Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing. Our experience with UC Baby was pretty awesome. Our technician was amazing and patient, she spent extra time with us to get a full face image, as our little one was very shy and hid behind his arms and legs for most of it. Whenever I contacted UC Baby either by phone or email, the responses were always received on the same day.
