I am so thankful I decided to use UC Baby! I initially went to UC baby at 19 weeks and the ultrasound tech immediately showed me on the screen that it was a boy. We had a video, pictures and were able to hear the heartbeat. It was an incredible feeling. I was even MORE thankful because at 22 weeks I went for an ultrasound ordered by my OB at a medical imaging centre (not UC baby), and the ultrasound tech said "100% a girl". She was rude and mean and spent very little time going over the ultrasound with my partner and I and left us very confused. The tech at UC baby is incredibly kind and fit me in the day after this experience and confirmed that it was a boy. (I definitely saw the male parts). We had a wonderful experience again at UC Baby. We had a 3D ultrasound done 2 years ago for our son and again, just this past weekend for our second baby. The staff were so thorough and pleasant. The ultrasound tech explained everything in great detail and answered questions we had. I just wanted to thank you both for your wonderful service and a great experience. It's refreshing to come across such genuine kindness and understanding. You can tell when business owners are passionate about what they do. We got to see our baby girl and the tech was so funny and sweet she made it such an enjoyable experience, calling her "gorgeous" and "sweetie" taking her time to explain what she saw and that she looked healthy. My husband and I won a package through a UC Baby contest for the St. John's location, and all I can say is, WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was so friendly, and super patient with getting pictures of our baby girl who kept covering her face! We felt super comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment! Had such a great experience at UC Baby Sydney 3D & 4D Ultrasound. Thank You for such a memorable experience. Baby was a bit stubborn at my first appointment as she wanted to hide her face so I had to do a return visit to get pictures a few weeks later. We managed to get a lot of amazing pictures today. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at UC BABY yesterday ❤ Our technician was very friendly and engaged in the ultrasound. We went for a gender reveal and asked not to be told but for the information to be written down on a paper and placed in a sealed envelope. Very accommodating personnel.. good customer service.. clean and well-maintained location.. over-all a wonderful experience for parents to be.. My husband and I went there few days ago (28 gestational weeks). At first, our baby doesn’t want to cooperate and keeps on hiding her face. They are so patient with us and gave us another try. During our second round of scanning, we got really good pictures. We are so happy to see how our baby is doing inside the tummy. Hands down the best experience I’ve had. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Invited my whole family to come inside. Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family (4 people) if you wanted, my bf & I loved the sweet bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake. I enjoyed the friendliness of the receptionist and how the technician was passionate and took her time in explaining the different body parts to me confirming my baby's gender like I asked.
