Just wanted to let you know that I had the most amazing time at UC baby. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the 3D ultrasound. Both women who were there were extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. It was an amazing experience. The building was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Called for an appointment and they got me in right away! Was treated like family as soon as we walked in the building! Very polite and wonderful people working! Everything is so clean and tidy! They listened to all my requests but went out of their ways to make things better! 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back myself in a few weeks!! As a first time mom this is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with the mandatory ultrasounds I’ve had previously and those technicians always made me feel like it was my fault they couldn’t get results. Here at UC Baby, they make you feel incredibly wonderful and celebrate the new baby you’re growing! The technician here was outstanding! She’s super sweet, patient and is super kind. We’ve been yanked around the past few weeks trying to find out the sex of the baby and our sonographer at UC Baby took a mere matter of 30 seconds to find out! The atmosphere here is absolutely calming. It feels almost like a spa retreat! There is a huge TV where you can see the action happening. We were able to see so much of our baby and our amazing technician explained every little bit to us. She also let us ask any questions we had which was a bonus too! Honestly, I’d recommend this to any parent(s) who are going to have a baby. My husband and I had the best time here and if we get pregnant in the future we’re definitely coming back! Highly highly recommend!
The staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. Very patient, and we didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable!! We will go back in a few months, and we cannot wait!! It is a very clean and beautifully well-decorated place! The tech went above and beyond to try to get the baby moving and get us pictures. I won a free Bronze Package through the UC Baby Instagram page. I paid the difference to have the Silver Package. It was definitely worth it. It was exciting to see my little girl's face for the first time, and it was extra special that her 5-year-old sister got to experience it with me. The staff were extremely friendly and inviting, and made everything run smoothly, even when our little one didn't want to cooperate for her photos. My husband and I booked an appointment at UC Baby. Due to Covid, he hasn’t been allowed at any of my pregnancy appointments and has felt left out of our first baby’s growth. The staff at UC Baby were lovely from start to finish. Our sonographer took her time, explained everything we were seeing on the screen and even put it in 3D mode on our baby’s face! The staff was amazing , so caring and personable . My son was with us and they made him feel right at home. He even got to help with the ultrasound. The Tech was so incredibly nice and makes you feel so comfortable . She was patient and it took time but we ended up finding out the gender!
