Very pleasant staff and an unforgettable experience. Everything was incredibly relaxing and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We went in to find the gender of our little one because our Anatomy scans (x3 due to uncooperative baby) did not work out to give us a definitive answer! Within moments of seeing our little one on screen and multiple times before leaving we were shown it is in fact a baby girl! My husband and I really felt it was special and worth everything and more. We went for a 3D ultrasound on my 27 weeks. The sonographer was super nice from the moment we stepped in. She explained everything and tried all in her hand to obtain our baby face image, but she wasn't cooperating. She booked us for a repeated session on my 30th week and gave me some advice to help the baby be in a better position. This time, we were able to see her face and get some pictures. Again, the baby wasn't that cooperative, but our tech did everything she could for us to have a nice video and picture of our little one. We just got our 3D ultrasound last night. It was such an amazing experience. The staff is so nice. Just to be able to see baby suck her thumb, smile, yawn, stick her tongue out. To be able to see our little girls face features, it was such a heartfelt moment. We also took home a teddy bear with her heart beat. Was the best experience ever. We got the gender package and it was amazing! My 3 year old loved to be apart of the experience, including my fiancé and parents. For my 2nd child I decided to do 3D pictures with UC Baby. First off, the service was top notch. They made me feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole process. Their rapport with their client is truly exceptional as their humour created an even better experience than expected. They were able to capture such great shots of my baby even though she liked to hide her face. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely come back for my future babies. I had such a great experience with UC Baby. We bought the Golden Package. The first visit I got a very big bag full of samples and my pictures of baby. And at my next visit we had such a hard time getting baby to show her face that the lady there said I could go for a walk and all that with my time paused so they could get a better veiw of her. And it took about 40 mins for her to finally show her face. The tech was very patient though. And once I was going to get my photos printed the printer ran out of ink. So the owner said he would send me some pictures in the mail, of which I got 6 instead of the 3! That's really nice of them! I will recommend UC Baby to everyone. (12 Aug 2016 | Website Submission)

First time at UC Baby and I’m sad that I didn't do this with my first baby. Such an amazing experience and the people who run the place are so nice and personable. We won the Bronze Package draw and went in to get scanned. Our baby was not cooperative so we couldn’t get nice pictures but our tech was super sweet and allowed us to come back for a re-scan. We went back today but once again, my little stubborn baby didn’t want to show her face. The technician was very patient and nice about the whole thing. She knew different tricks to get the baby to move so that we could get nice pictures. She is very sweet and professional and we would recommend this service to anyone who is expecting.
