The 3D ultrasound was fantastic!! It was such a great experience we laughed so hard because baby was sleeping and wouldn't move as soon as the tech said "ok I think we're done for now", the baby started to move and we got some great shots of his face. The Heartbeat Bear is the greatest thing ever and such a wonderful memory to have for baby. Thank you so much for letting me experience this amazing ultrasound. This is my first baby, and this experience was hands down the most amazing one my partner and I have had thus far. The UC Baby clinic was comfortable, cozy, and warm... even the gel was warm! The sonographer was wonderful and caring and did everything she could to make my experience better than the regional hospital did. She really enjoys what she does, and I'll remember her forever. UC BABY gave me the ultimate experience as a first time parent! The technology is amazing and the quality of imaging was far better than I could have imagined it would be. The staff were unbelievably friendly, made you feel so welcome and at home, and I could not have asked for anything better! If I end up having more children in the future, there is no question that I’ll be going back. But in the meantime, I will be recommending UC BABY to everyone I know! We visited UC Baby in Barrie Ontario today. We just wanted to let anyone here looking for a 3D ultrasound clinic that UC Baby is the place to go. The tech is beyond fantastic! She takes her time, and ensures that you're comfortable and you understand everything that's going on. She ensures that you go home with the best pictures possible and that the Heartbeat Bears are loud and clearly recorded. The receptionist is friendly and easy going and gets to know everyone who walks in the door. Whether it is your first, or third visit they are more than accommodating! I can't explain to anyone here how welcoming they are in there and how comforting they are during your session. Both times I was only suppose to be receiving 30 minutes + some. I received almost 2 hours to ensure that everything was done well & to standard. I can't recommend them enough!
I am so happy with my experience today at UC Baby. I really want to thank our technician. She is a professional and amazing person. She made our experience unforgettable and marvellous. She had a lot of patience with me and my little princess. For sure I will be back in a month before my due date to try to capture more amazing memories !!!! Great experience! At first we didn’t think we would get the gender as he/she was enjoying sitting on their head but before we were done we managed to have the gender written down for our gender reveal at the end of next month. My husband and I visited UC BABY yesterday for our second time. First appointment was to find out the gender and second was to see our beautiful baby boy's face. The staff there were very friendly and attentive both times. The tech is super sweet but didn't talk much in the gender appointment (which was fine with me, our baby was covering himself with his hand in the beginning and I really wanted her to be sure and she was!!). On our second appointment we had the same tech, she was so kind and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. I would go back for a third and fourth time!
