Wonderful! My wife and I were blown away by the level of hospitality, consideration and genuine care we were shown during our visit today. The 3D ultrasound technician (never got her name) was one of the sweetest and most comforting people we have experienced. Mo was very friendly and extremely warm and welcoming. Thank you for such a great experience! We did not want to find out the gender and were worried that this wouldn't be worth it or that the lady might reveal it by mistake. We were very wrong! The tech was very educational. She explained a lot and kept the appointment very personal. The tech at UC BABY Surrey was great. She saw baby's gender almost right away but we couldn't see baby's face so she told us to take a break and walk around for 20 mins and when we came back baby had flipped! This was truly such an amazing experience! From the second we spoke to the receptionist to check in for our appointment we knew it would be a great experience! The sonographer who gave us our ultrasound was so kind. We paid for the 15-minute appointment, and because our baby was hiding and did not want to show his face, UC Baby extended our appointment by another 15 minutes at no extra cost.
