We were referred here to follow up as our first ultrasound elsewhere could not 100% confirm the gender a few months ago. The staff was extremely friendly and funny, and they made you feel at ease. The tech was very personable, sweet, and caring towards us and our baby. We are definitely interested in returning closer to 32 weeks! We purchased photos and videos of the experience. Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family (4 people) if you wanted, my bf & I loved the sweet bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake. I enjoyed the friendliness of the receptionist and how the technician was passionate and took her time in explaining the different body parts to me confirming my baby's gender like I asked. We really loved our experience here at UC Baby. The technician was so kind. She would also tell us exactly what our baby was doing as she was scanning, which was so cool. She printed amazing photos, and I also got the Heartbeat Bear. I really recommend UC Baby. 100% worth your time and money. We saved all the images and videos to my phone. For first-time parents, my husband and I had a great experience at UC BABY 3D Ultrasound in Richmond few days ago. We decided to go with Silver Package, and glad we did it! Our technician was super nice and patient. She took her time to explain the body parts of our little one, and it was such a pleasure that she tried her best to get good view/shots of our baby girl's face. I would highly recommend getting a 3D Ultrasound as you are anxiously waiting closer to the due date, it will enlighten your heart to see how your little one looks like and is doing inside your tummy. Aside from a great service, the room can definitely accommodate your family and friends (comfortably).
