Words can’t describe how great this experience was for me! It’s our first child and we were over the moon when we found out that we’re having a boy!!! Couldn’t be any more happier with my experience. Even though though he didn’t wanna cooperate and move for us the tech did everything she could to try to get him to move so we could watch. Not their fault though. I had a great experience, they were very informative and didn't try to upsell hard on the more expensive options available. They were very sweet to my 2 year old who came with us and included her in the experience as well. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to get more detail and find out the sex of your baby. I attended the 3D ultrasound of my granddaughter this morning. I cannot say enough good things about this UC BABY experience. Both of the individuals that we dealt with were very kind and helpful. They were so pleasant to deal with. There were lots of different add ons to the original package but we were not pressured to purchase any of them. Went there today after our OB was only 70% sure about the gender!!! Had a great experience from start to finish, and the Best part was that the tech was able to see the gender and told us that she was 100% sure!!! We're so excited and will find out on Saturday at our Gender Reveal party...Can't wait!!! We recommend them 100%, customer service is awesome! The experience was AMAZING!!! The staff and service are amazing! I went twice with this pregnancy, for gender determination and to see my baby's face later on in the pregnancy and the staff were amazing from start to finish! They help you pick the package that is best for you and they are so kind from start to finish! We had such a great experience at UC Baby! My wife and I were really interested in learning the gender of our baby and possibly leaving with a few pictures. We called, and the man who answered was helpful and nice and booked us right away. We showed up an hour later and received a very warm greeting. When we saw the technician, she was so friendly and funny and made the experience very memorable and lovely for both of us. Both of these incredible staff members put any doubts we had to rest!
