I attended the 3D ultrasound of my granddaughter this morning. I cannot say enough good things about this UC BABY experience. Both of the individuals that we dealt with were very kind and helpful. They were so pleasant to deal with. There were lots of different add ons to the original package but we were not pressured to purchase any of them. We went for a 3D ultrasound. UC Baby really goes above and beyond to give you a great experience. My little one wasn't being very cooperative and the technician remained patient. Fantastic experience! From walking in the door and being greeted immediately with a smile to the actual appointment with the ultrasound tech. She was so calm and made sure we got all the photos. Also, warm jelly, which is a super bonus for all the expecting mommas out there! Went there today after our OB was only 70% sure about the gender!!! Had a great experience from start to finish, and the Best part was that the tech was able to see the gender and told us that she was 100% sure!!! We're so excited and will find out on Saturday at our Gender Reveal party...Can't wait!!! We recommend them 100%, customer service is awesome! The experience was AMAZING!!! My husband and I went for our first 3D ultrasound, and were very happy with our experience! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, and our technician was very patient (our baby was being stubborn and hiding often!) and extremely kind. We had a wonderful experience at UC BABY today. They were so friendly and nice. We went there to find out the gender of our baby and our baby was being stubborn and didn't want to cooperate, but the lady doing our ultrasound was so patient and kind.
