The sonographer was amazing at our appointment! She was so excited, upbeat and positive. She really made the whole appointment (and 3-hour trip) worth it. She was happy to show us the baby and do as we asked for revealing the gender with no complaints. We'll be back for our next baby when the time comes! Not a single complaint to be had. I had come here for my 3D/4D Ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few years ago and kept UC BABY in mind when I found out about this pregnancy. The staff was very polite, very customer oriented and was just down right amazing. Amazing service! Staff is friendly and welcoming. We got clear images and videos of our little little girl and a clear gender reveal. ? They allowed my parents and our oldest daughter to come in with us during the ultrasound. Can not wait to go again with this baby. ..baby#3!

Fantastic experience! Ultrasound tech advised us she would be late due to a personal emergency. She communicated well with us and provided a few options. We decided to just stay in touch and go with the flow. The appointment ended up being on time anyways, and she was fabulous, friendly, and upbeat! 10 out of 10, I would recommend! I had my 3D ultrasound done at the UC BABY Barrie location. The technician was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything that the baby was doing and was able to get us an amazing photo that we will cherish forever. I had such a terrible experience at my first ultrasound at the hospital. I wasn't told much information, my boyfriend wasn't allowed to see the baby and I did not get a picture. I contacted UC BABY that night to book a 3D ultrasound appointment. They got back to me right away and booked me for the next morning! The sonographer was so much fun and so informative. The atmosphere was extremely positive and I was able to really enjoy the experience this time. I also brought home a video of the entire scan and a printed picture to share with friends and family 🙂 Thank you so much for making my week! I went in this afternoon at 16 for gender determination and the technician was AMAZING. I haven't had the best experience with ultrasounds in Barrie, so she was a very much appreciated breath of fresh air. She knows what she's doing, is extremely sweet and when I was really nervous and the tears were flowing just as she was about to begin she was awesome about it!
