This was my second time here, and it was, once again, an awesome experience. Kelsey went above and beyond to make it special and stress-free. She didn't give up until we found the baby's gender, even though the baby wasn't cooperating at first. I went in for a 3D ultrasound last night and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I didn't know what to expect as this is our first child but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was very relaxing and the service was amazing. We got the Silver Package and it was worth every penny. All of our family and friends loved that they could watch the live stream from across the country and we keep watching the video over and over again. We are so in love with our growing daughter. We had a great experience there. It was a very exciting time for us and for our families. Our sonographer was a excellent and she made it very relaxing. No pressure or rush and goes the extra mile to get you the best pics of your new addition to the family. She made it a pleasant and memorable experience.

Baby was a bit stubborn at my first appointment as she wanted to hide her face so I had to do a return visit to get pictures a few weeks later. We managed to get a lot of amazing pictures today. This is my first baby, and this experience was hands down the most amazing one my partner and I have had thus far. The UC Baby clinic was comfortable, cozy, and warm... even the gel was warm! The sonographer was wonderful and caring and did everything she could to make my experience better than the regional hospital did. She really enjoys what she does, and I'll remember her forever.
