I was the January winner for a Heartbeat Bear. I also upgraded to the Bronze Package so my husband, kids and I could see our baby boy. It was such an amazing experience. Our tech was amazing as our boy kept covering his face with his hands or feet. My kids thought it was funny watching their baby brother try to eat his hands. Our pictures are amazing and the receptionist even let my kids pick out their own photo which they now have in their bedrooms. Also the email link with the photos is great to share with our family who live outside the city. And the Heartbeat Bear is amazing! My son loves pressing the button and listening to his baby brother. The staff was very friendly and made it feel like a enjoyable and pleasent visit. It was amazing to see the 3D image to get a better idea of what our second bundle of joy would look like! Really an amazing and memorable experience at UC baby and we really appreciate the patience of the tech to get a clear picture of our baby. The staff and the tech are the nicest you will meet. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would. They were so friendly and I felt super comfortable. Baby was being difficult and they did everything in their power to get the shots needed. Went above and beyond expectations when our little girl wasn't co operating for the first scan. And they managed to fit us in for a time I knew she would be active before my husband had to leave town. Very helpful and professional. Wonderful staff! I have been here three times now and it has always been an amazing experience. We came for the Gender Reveal Package and the Bronze Package. During my first appointment, the baby wasn’t cooperating at all so we barely got to see his face. The ultrasound techs invited me back for a free repeat session.
