My husband, myself, and my family had a wonderful experience at the West Island location. The technician and receptionist were patient and so helpful. It was an amazing and incredible experience to see our baby girl in 3D, something we will never forget. I recommend this to everyone having a baby. Our experience with the UC Baby was amazing. We went to UC Baby after our first official ultrasound (at the hospital). That experience wasn't that good because our technician was a bit rude. We are glad we went to UC Baby. The technician has such a pleasing personality; she took her time to capture good views despite our little one not cooperating much. We left the place with big smiles on our faces, and we really appreciate her accommodating our request for copies of pictures. The place and environment are neat and clean. For everyone looking for an amazing 3D ultrasound experience, this is your place. We’re so happy we chose UC Baby. Our experience was so unique. They answered all our questions, told us about the procedure, and explained in detail the package we chose. We were so nervous to find out the gender of our baby, but she made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The sonographer was super detailed and patient with all our questions. She took her time, to show us everything from all angles, and never rushed. We felt so special and like we were with our close family. Overall, it was a great experience, we got a video of our baby, 3D and 2D photos, and the heartbeat in a cute teddy bear. Best place! It was so much fun to see our little ones. Photos came out clear you really get a good idea of what they are going to look like. The first time we went, the arms were hiding and they managed to get a ok photo. We waited 30 minutes, drank a smoothie and tried again but he was still hiding. They gave us an appointment the following week after for a rescan free of charge. We went in and he was hiding again but they wouldn’t quit till they got a good one. Went back in 20 minutes later and he finally moved and showed his face. It was so much fun. It’s a great gift for someone as well super happy with the great service. They even send you a text to confirm your appointment and we got the live stream package so friends and family can watch clearly what was going on. Seriously loved my experience there today. The sonographer was knowledgeable and was able to get my baby girl to move so that we could get the best photos of her. Wow, what a great experience! Very personal, comfortable, and professional. Great staff and very organized and no waiting. Well worth the money since we felt like it was such a treat. The tech tried really hard to get a good face shot since she was covering her face. Very special!
