Wow, what a great experience! Very personal, comfortable, and professional. Great staff and very organized and no waiting. Well worth the money since we felt like it was such a treat. The tech tried really hard to get a good face shot since she was covering her face. Very special!

Our experience with the UC Baby was amazing. We went to UC Baby after our first official ultrasound (at the hospital). That experience wasn't that good because our technician was a bit rude. We are glad we went to UC Baby. The technician has such a pleasing personality; she took her time to capture good views despite our little one not cooperating much. We left the place with big smiles on our faces, and we really appreciate her accommodating our request for copies of pictures. The place and environment are neat and clean. I loved my experience!!! The tech was fantastic. She described everything we saw and took wonderful pictures. The receptionist was patient when choosing which pictures to print out and allowed my daughter to choose which bear she wanted to put the heartbeat in. Best place! It was so much fun to see our little ones. Photos came out clear you really get a good idea of what they are going to look like. The first time we went, the arms were hiding and they managed to get a ok photo. We waited 30 minutes, drank a smoothie and tried again but he was still hiding. They gave us an appointment the following week after for a rescan free of charge. We went in and he was hiding again but they wouldn’t quit till they got a good one. Went back in 20 minutes later and he finally moved and showed his face. It was so much fun. It’s a great gift for someone as well super happy with the great service. They even send you a text to confirm your appointment and we got the live stream package so friends and family can watch clearly what was going on. I had a great experience. I would recommend this to all expecting moms. Love the Heartbeat Bear with my baby's heart beat. Love the 3D pictures!
