I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us! Just had our 3/4D ultrasound yesterday....what an amazing experience! We made a last minute appointment and were accommodated without hesitation from the staff. We received helpful tips over the phone plus reminder text messages to ensure we had the best session possible. The environment is clean, relaxing and well laid out to accommodate a bigger group. The tech was kind, knowledgeable and funny. She really went the extra mile to ensure the other 3 kids we had in tow felt welcomed and included in the session. Her expertise, patience and genuinely caring personality ensured things went smoothly and that our experience was above and beyond all expectations!!!! UC Baby (Edmonton) was for me one of the best experiences in service yet. Getting to see your baby weeks early in itself is a blessing but to have it be made so special for me, the client, was so awesome. I had a lazy baby and didn't want to move at our session. We were invited back at a time that would suit baby and had a bit better outing. We were AGAIN invited back at no extra charge at a convenient time for us. Thank goodness baby was a bit more outgoing this time. I look forward to using UC Baby for my future pregnancy, when I have caught up on some sleep! 🙂

It was an amazing experience. Tech was very friendly! Baby was not overly active, but we got some really good pictures. I was able to include both of my sons in the room which was awesome, And they were so excited! Huge rave to the UC BABY Edmonton location! Had a 3D ultrasound today at a different place and they weren't able to find the gender... Thank you to UC Baby for giving us an awesome experience with our ultrasound on the 18th. Thank you UC Baby for creating an amazing experience to parents. I enjoyed seeing our baby. The best part was being able to see baby's features so clear and also for giving us a gender confirmation. We had tried from 18weeks to 27 to find out what it was and we come to you to be told we are having a little girl and to be reassured that they give 100% confirmation definitely made my Christmas.
