If you are trying to get pregnant, here are some natural and safe tips to increase your fertility.

Natural Ways to Increase Fertility1. Follow well balanced diet.

Eat at least 5 serving of fresh vegetables and fruits every day. Consume healthy, plant based fat during your ovulation time. Get enough essential fatty acids each day in your diet or take omega supplement which contains omega 3, 6 and 9. The biggest dietary factor that often contributes to infertility is lack of enough essential fats and proteins in the diet.

 2. Eliminate exposure to toxins.
Your fertility chance increases after limiting yourself and your partner’s exposure to household chemicals, pollutants and conventional cosmetic and beauty products.

3. Take Herbs.
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) has been used by herbalists for hundreds of years to increase cervical mucous. This omega 6 reach plant oil also aids for hormonal balance.

Red Raspberry Leaf is a well know fertility herb that is also good during pregnancy.

Dandelion contains vitamins A and C as well as trace minerals, cleanse the body and remove toxins.

4. Eat garlic.
A clove of fresh, raw garlic every day before ovulation increases your chance to conceive.  It is also recommended for males. It is a good idea if both partners eat garlic at the same time.

5. Don’t be sleep deprived. 
It’s important to get enough sleep when you’re trying to conceive. If you are falling short of this recommendation, try setting up a bedtime routine that includes a warm bath before bed and some downtime, like reading or journaling, rather than watching television.

6. Use stress lowering methods.
Use mind-body relaxation techniques such as meditation, guided visualization, yoga, and even talk therapy to relieve stress. And since stress is known to interfere with fertility, any of these stress-busting methods may help you get in a baby-making frame of mind.

7. Look into Hypnosis.
This can enhance fertility by promoting relaxation, which may help prime the body for baby making — especially if stress or anxiety has been standing in the way of your pregnancy plans. Studies show that when women were hypnotized during IVF procedures (to reduce stress), their rates of conception were dramatically improved.

8. Try Acupuncture.
It
 can speed up conception by relaxing body and mind, and helps to balance hormonal issues, may improve blood supply to reproductive organs, regulate ovulation, and decrease stress all of which may help increase your chances of getting pregnant. For men, it may increase sperm quality and count.

9. Reduce caffeine intake.
High caffeine intake can severely impair fertility

10. Be active, try gentle exercise 3-4 times/ week, but avoid vigorous physical exercise.

11. Take Multi Vitamins.

12. Don’t drink alcohol.

13. Don’t smoke.

14. Avoid junk, preserved food.

15. Lie on the bad as long as possible after the intercourse.

16. Check with your doctor if you are taking any medication which can impair the fertility.

17. Be positive.
Erase worry from your mind. Worrying about not getting pregnant creates a negative impact on your body. Enjoy your time as a couple. « Unhappiness » puts a large stress on the woman’s body and acts as a barrier to conception.

18. Try Innovative Foods.
Try foods such as goji berries and kombucha drinks to boost your fertility. Goji berries are the highest rated antioxidant food filled with nutritional value, including protein, minerals, and amino acids. Kombucha drinks also are filled with vitamins and are a natural detoxifier and health aid to support the fertility process.

19. Boost Sperm Count. 
Hot baths, tight jeans, heavy metals, smoking and some chemicals can decrease sperm count and mobility. Make sure your man stays away from these factors.

20. Stop Trying.
Trying to get pregnant can be a reason of depression and stress for couples. Sometimes when you stop « trying » to have a baby, you find yourself pregnant. It’s not always that simple, but for some people, the stress of sex for conception makes the act ineffective.

La technologie 3D utilise exactement les mêmes ondes sonores que l’échographie 2D régulière. L’image 3D est reconstruite avec de nombreuses photos 2D par ordinateurs. Séances 3D commencent toujours par une image 2D.

3. Vous devez une vessie pleine pour la session de l’échographie 3D:

Les séances d’ultrasons  3D sont effectuées avec vessie vide, vous pouvez utiliser les toilettes avant votre rendez-vous.

4. échographie 3D brûle votre bébé:

Les tests sur différents tissus montrent des ondes ultrasonores peuvent causer une certaine augmentation de la température dans le tissu. Mais ces essais sont effectués avec de 50 à 100 fois plus puissant échographie et l’augmentation du temps d’exposition. Qui ne provoque pas encore un dommage permanent. L’augmentation de température dans le corps humain (ou bébé mère) est la même que l’échographie 2D et il est très minime, ne dépasse pas propres changements de température du corps.

5. échographie 3D montre le sexe mieux que 2D:

Il est complètement à la position du bébé, certains bébés montrent mieux avec 2D et d’autres montrent plus claire avec la 3D. Votre technicien ultrasons vérifie l’égalité entre les deux techniques afin de vous donner la bonne réponse. Motherhood is a time when women become more conscious of adopting a healthier lifestyle. They practice an increased openness and awareness to the benefits of more natural alternative health remedies like teas from plants and flowers.

Chamomile is a daisy-like plant comes from Asteraceae family, the most popular types being German (wild) chamomile and Roman (garden) chamomile. They have been eaten since Ancient times for their calming and anti-inflammatory properties and additional health benefits.

The chamomile leaves and flowers are edible and they differ in taste. Chamomile leaves or whole flowers are steeped in hot water, and the liquid is drunk as a hot herbal tea, it can also be enjoyed as a cold beverage. Infusion of Chamomile can be combined by honey, a slice of lemon or other herbs. Hot, warm, moist flowers can be used externally as medicinal compress. Chamomile may ease the itching of eczema and other rashes and reduces skin inflammation when used as a lotion or added in oil form to a bath.

Roman Chamomile has sedative effects and used for centuries by mothers for followings:

  • Relieve restlessness, aid sleeping
  • to calm their crying children
  • relieve earache
  • teething problems, and colic
  • healing of diaper rash (as a oil or wash form)
  • infantile convulsions
  • to treat an upset stomach

German chamomile is more common type and used for;

  • General relaxation and relieve stress
  • Skin conditions such as psoriasiseczemaskin ulcers, wounds, or burns (infusion or bath form)
  • Chamomile’s mildly sedating and muscle-relaxing effects may help those who suffer from insomnia to fall asleep more easily
  • It has immune boosting properties and helps figting against cold
  • To relieve nausea, heartburn, and stress-related bloating
  • Treat eye inflammation and infection. Cooled chamomile tea can be used in a compress to help soothe tired, irritated eyes and it may even help treat conjunctivitis.
  • Drinking chamomile tea regularly has been shown to reduce pain associated with arthritis and other painful inflammations
  • Heal mouth sores, sore throat and prevent gum disease.
  • Reduce menstrual cramps. Its ability to relax the smooth muscles of the uterus helps ease the discomfort of menstrual cramping.
  • Chamomile is used to lighten hair color and get a blonder appearance. Hair products containing chamomile make it moisturized and very manageable.
  • Chamomile has the ability to light a skin tone, and to calm down redness

Note: Due to its sedation effect, use chamomile with caution if you are driving or operating machinery. The findings about the use of chamomile in pregnancy is conflicting. Please consult your health professional before using chamomile during pregnancy.
